چکیده

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به روند رو به افزایش شیوع دیابت در میان زنان و تأثیرات منفی این بیماری بر عملکرد جنسی و کیفیت زندگی، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عملکرد جنسی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در زنان مبتلابه دیابت انجام شد.
مواد و روش­ها: مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی حاضر بر روی ۲۰۴ زن مبتلابه دیابت که در تابستان و پاییز سال ۱۴۰۳ به کلینیک دیابت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم مراجعه کردند، صورت گرفت. نمونه‌گیری به روش در دسترس انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از چک‌لیست اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و شغلی و مقیاس خودگزارش‌دهی عملکرد جنسی زنان جمع‌آوری گردید. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن برای بررسی ارتباط بین نمره عملکرد جنسی و متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی و شغلی استفاده و سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته­ها: میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان ۴۵/12 ± 72/45 سال و میانگین مدت ابتلا به دیابت 85/5 ± 57/7 سال بود. میانگین نمره عملکرد جنسی زنان 96/5 ± 11/20 گزارش شد. عملکرد جنسی با سن، سن همسر، وضعیت اشتغال، تعداد فرزندان و عوارض دیابت رابطه معکوس و معنادار و با درآمد، وضعیت تأهل و میزان تحصیلات رابطه مثبت و معناداری داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نتایج نشان داد که دیابت می‌تواند منجر به اختلال عملکرد جنسی در زنان شود و این اختلالات تحت تأثیر عواملی چون سن، سن همسر، تأهل، تحصیلات، اشتغال، درآمد و عوارض دیابت قرار دارند. توصیه می‌شود غربالگری و پایش منظم مشکلات جنسی در برنامه مراقبت سلامت زنان دیابتی در کلینیک‌های تخصصی دیابت موردتوجه قرار گیرد.

Background: The rising prevalence of diabetes among women and its adverse effects on sexual function and overall quality of life, this study aimed to evaluate sexual function and its associated factors in women with diabetes.
Materials and Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 204 women with diabetes were recruited using convenience sampling from the Diabetes Clinic of Qom University of Medical Sciences during the summer and autumn of 2024. Data were collected using a demographic and occupational checklist and a self-reported female sexual function scale. Descriptive statistics and Spearman’s correlation coefficient were used to analyze the relationship between sexual function scores and demographic/occupational variables. Statistical significance was set at p < 0.05.
Results: The mean age of participants was 45.72 ±12.83 years, and the mean duration of diabetes was 7.57 ±SD = 5.85 years. The mean female sexual function score was 20.11± 5.96. Sexual function showed a significant negative correlation with age, spouse’s age, employment status, number of children, and diabetes complications. A significant positive correlation was observed with income, marital status, and education level.
Conclusion: Diabetes is associated with sexual dysfunction in women, influenced by several factors, including age, spouse’s age, marital status, educational level, employment, income, and diabetes-related complications. Integrating regular screening and monitoring of sexual health issues into routine diabetes care, particularly in specialized clinics, is recommended.
