چکیده

 
زمینه و هدف: ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی (HPV) یک عفونت مقاربتی شایع در سراسر جهان است که ممکن است پرخطر باشد. شناخت عوامل پیش‌بینی کننده رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از HPV می‌تواند در کاهش سرطان‌های مرتبط با عفونت ناشی از این ویروس مؤثر واقع شود. این مطالعه باهدف تعیین پیش‌بینی کننده‌های رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از HPV در زنان متأهل بر اساس نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده انجام شد.
مواد و روش­ها: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی و بر روی 80 زن متأهل 10 تا 54 ساله در شهرستان جاجرم و با نمونه‌گیری به روش خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و سؤالات مربوط به سازه‌های نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده بود که از طریق آن مهم‌ترین سازه‌های پیش‌بینی کننده رفتار بررسی و تعیین شدند. داده‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 27 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.
یافته­ها: در این مطالعه، 45 درصد از شرکت‌کنندگان تحصیلات دانشگاهی، 77.5 درصد خانه‌دار، 74 درصد درآمد بیش از 8 میلیون تومان، 95 درصد دارای فرزند و 55 درصد آزمایش پاپ اسمیر داده بودند. درحالی‌که تمامی سازه‌های تئوری رفتار برنامه‌ریزی برای رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از HPV معنی‌دار بودند، سازه‌های کنترل رفتاری درک‌شده (p<0.001 و β=0.51) و هنجارهای انتزاعی (p<0.001 و β=0.51) بیشترین قدرت پیشگویی را داشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که نظریه رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده در پیشگویی رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از HPV مناسب است.

‌Background and objective: Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a common, high-risk sexually transmitted infection globally. Identifying factors that predict preventive behaviors against HPV is crucial for reducing associated cancers. This study aimed to determine the predictors of HPV preventive behaviors among married women based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB).
Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study included 80 married women aged 10 to 54 years in Jajarm City, selected using a multi-stage cluster sampling method. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire that covered demographic information and TPB constructs. Data were analyzed using Descriptive and analytical statistics in SPSS version 27.
Results: Among participants, 45% had a university education, 77.5% were housewives, 74% had an income exceeding 8 million Tomans, 95% had children, and 55% had undergone a Pap smear test. While all TPB constructs significantly predicted HPV preventive behaviors, perceived behavioral control (p<0.001, β=0.51) and subjective norms (p<0.001, β=0.51) demonstrated the greatest predictive power.
Conclusion: The Theory of Planned Behavior is an appropriate framework for predicting HPV preventive behaviors. Interventions focusing on enhancing perceived behavioral control and subjective norms may be particularly effective.
