چکیده

زمینه و هدف: بیماری یک عضو خانواده کل خانواده را درگیر و سبک زندگی آن‌ها را تغییر می­دهد. پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های خودتعیین‌گری و آموزش کیفیت زندگی اسلامی بر تاب­آوری و بهزیستی روان‌‌شناختی مراقبان اصلی بیماران روانی مزمن شهرستان بروجن بود.
مواد و روش­ها: مطالعه حاضر، نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون- پیگیری و گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مراقبان اصلی بیماران مزمن روانی تحت‌نظر مراکز بهزیستی و توانبخشی شهرستان بروجن به تعداد 550 نفر بود. 60 مراقب اصلی بیماران مزمن روانی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و سپس از طریق جایگزینی تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (آموزش مهارت‌های خودتعیین‌گری و آموزش کیفیت زندگی اسلامی) و یک گروه گواه گمارده شدند و در طول زمان سه ماهه به مدت 19 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای مورد آموزش قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای پژوهش، شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های تاب‌آوری (کانر و دیویدسون، 2003) و بهزیستی روان‌‌شناختی (ریف، 1989) بود.
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های خودتعیین‌گری و آموزش گروهی کیفیت زندگی اسلامی بر افزایش تاب­آوری (0/05> P) معنادار و میزان اثربخشی آموزش گروهی کیفیت زندگی اسلامی بیشتر از آموزش مهارت‌های خودتعیین‌گری بود. هم‌چنین، اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های خودتعیین‌گری و آموزش کیفیت اسلامی بر افزایش بهزیستی روان‌شناختی (0/05> P) معنادار و میزان اثربخشی آموزش کیفیت زندگی اسلامی بیشتر از آموزش مهارت‌های خودتعیین‌گری بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش مهارت‌های خودتعیین‌گری و آموزش کیفیت زندگی اسلامی می­توانند میزان تاب­آوری و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی مراقبین اصلی بیماران روانی مزمن را بهبود بخشند.

Comparison of the Effectiveness of Self-determination Skills Training and Islamic Quality of Life on Resilience and Psychological Well-being

چکیده [English]

Background: The illness of a family member affects the whole family and changes their lifestyle. The purpose of this research was to compare the effectiveness of self-determination skills training and Islamic quality of life training on resilience and psychological well-being of primary caregivers of chronic mental patients in Borujen city.
Materials and Methods: The present study is a semi-experimental which was selected from the community of primary caregivers of chronic mental patients in Borujen city in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province using available sampling method. Research tools included resilience questionnaires (Connor and Davidson, 2003) and psychological well-being (Reif, 1989).
Results: The results showed that the effectiveness of self-determination skills training and Islamic quality of life group training on increasing resilience was significant (P<0.05) and the effectiveness of Islamic quality of life group training was more than training self-determination skills. Also, the effectiveness of self-determination skills training and Islamic quality training on increasing psychological well-being was significant (P<0.05) and the effectiveness of Islamic life quality training was more than self-determination skills training.
Conclusion: Therefore, it can be said that teaching self-determination skills and teaching the quality of Islamic life can improve the resilience and psychological well-being of the main caregivers of chronic mental patients.
