چکیده

زمینه و هدف: از بخش های مختلف گیاه گردو در طب سنتی و در درمان بیماریهای مختلف از جمله دیابت استفاده می شود. با توجه به با توجه به نقش استرسهای مختلف در بروز بیماری دیابت و عوارض داروهای شیمیایی در درمان این بیماری، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر عصاره هیدروالکلی برگ گردو بر پروفایل لیپیدی در موشهای صحرایی نر بالغ دیابتی شده تحت استرس شنا انجام گرفت.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه تجربی برروی50 سرموش صحرایی نر بالغ که به 5گروه ،کنترل،دیابتی ،دیابتی تیمار با عصاره برگ گردو (mg/kg200) ،دیابتی با استرس شنا درآب 15درجه سانتیگراد و دیابتی تیماربا استرس شنا و عصاره برگ گردوتقسیم گردیدند انجام گرفت.در پایان بعد از تجویز21روزه و اندازه گیری وزن و خونگیری از حیوانات، میزان سرمی تری گلیسیرید،کلسترول تام،LDL و HDLاندازه گیری شدودادهها با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS-18 و آزمونهای ANOVA و توکی آنالیز و معناداری اختلاف داده ها در سطح05/0 P< در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان دادکه دیابت و دیابت با استرس شنا باعث کاهش معنادار وزن و میزان سرمی HDL درسطح01/0P< و افزایش معنادار میزان سرمی تری گلیسیرید،کلسترول تام،LDL درسطح001/0P< نسبت به گروه کنترل می گردد درحالی که عصاره برگ گردو باعث افزایش معنادارHDL درسطح01/0P< درسطح01/0P< وکاهش معنادار میزان سرمی تری گلیسیرید،کلسترول تام وLDL درسطح001/0P< در حیوانات دیابتی و تحت استرس شنا می گردد.
نتیجه گیری:نتایج نشان داد که استرس شنا و دیابت احتمالا به دلیل افزایش ترکیبات اکسیدانت باعث افزایش میزان سرمی تری گلیسیرید،کلسترول تام وLDL وکاهش HDLدرخون می شود و عصاره

چکیده [English]

Background & aim:Of different parts of Walnut plant in traditional diseases treatment such as diabetes are used. Given role of stresses in diabetes and chemical drugs’ side-effects in treating this disease, this study aimed to investigate alcoholic effects of walnut leaves extract on lipid profile in adult male rats’ diabetes with swimming stress was performed.
methods: This experimental study on 50 male rats matured divided into 5 groups: control, diabetic, diabetic treated with walnut leaves (200mg/kg), diabetes with swimming stress in water 15°C, diabetic treated with swimming stress and walnut leaves was done. The end, after 21 days injecting, weighing, and phlebotomizing rats, triglycerides serum levels, total cholesterol, LDL and HDL were measured and data using SPSS-18 software, ANOVA and Tukey were analyzed, so the significant data difference P
