چکیده

زمینه وهدف: دیابت یکی از شایع‌ترین و پرنفوذ‌ترین بیماری‌های مزمن است که محدودیت‌های زیادی در فعالیت‌‌های بیمار ایجاد می‌کند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه تاثیر آموزش بیمار‌محور با خانواده محور بر کیفیت زندگی بیماران دیابتی نوع2 انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها:این پژوهش یک مطالعه شاهد‌دار تصادفی بود که بر روی75 بیمار دیابتی نوع دو مراجعه کننده به کلینیک دیابت شهرستان قاین انجام گرفت. نمونه گیری به روش مبتنی بر‌هدف انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری پس از کسب مجوزهای لازم و رضایت کتبی از نمونه‌هاانجام شدو به سه گروه 25 نفری شامل گروه کنترل،گروه آموزش فرد‌محور، گروه آموزش خانواده‌محور مبتنی برالگوی توانمند سازی تقسیم شدند.ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه استانداردکیفیت زندگیSF-36))است. این پژوهش به روش پیش و پس آزمون انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS 22 و آزمون‌های آماری تی زوجی و کروسکال انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها:بین ابعاد(سلامت عمومی،عملکرد جسمی،عملکرد اجتماعی،مشکل روحی،انرژی و خستگی،مشکل جسمی)و همچنین نمره کل کیفیت زندگی در تمام بیماران بین قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد(0/001=p). در نمره کل کیفیت زندگی بین سه گروه خانواده‌محور(0/001=p)،فرد-محور(0/001=p)،کنترل(0/001=p)، قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت معناداری وجوددارد.
نتیجه گیری:آموزش خانواده محور نیز می‌تواند همانند آموزش فرد‌محور به طور موثری کیفیت زندگی بیماران دیابتی را بهبود بخشد از این رو بایستی برای حفظ و بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران دیابتی از اعضای خانواده بیماران به عنوان عضوی از تیم درمان استفاده گردد.

چکیده [English]

Background: Diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases is the most influential and many restrictions on patients' experiences can create. This study aimed to compare the effect of patient-centered quality of life in patients with type‌2‌diabetes were Family-centered.
Materials and Methods: This study was a randomized controlled trial of 75 type II diabetic patients who referred to Qaen Diabetes Clinic in order to investigate the effect of family-centered education on the quality of life of diabetic patients. training of family-centered empowerment model-based groups. The instrument of this study was standard quality of life questionnaire) SF-36(.This research was done pre and post‌test. data analysis using SPSS22statistical software and statistical tests were performed t test and Kruskal.
Results: Between Dimensions (general health, physical functioning, social functioning, emotional problems, vitality, physical problems) as well as the total score quality of life in all patients there was a significant difference between before and after the intervention. (P=0/001) as well as in quality of life scores between the three groups of family-centered (P=0/001), the axis (P=0/001), controls (P=0/001), there is a significant difference before and after the intervention.
conclusion: family - oriented education as well as individual - oriented education can be effectively the quality of life of diabetes patients from this should improve to maintain and improve the quality of life for the diabetics patients from family members as a member of the team will be used as treatment.
