چکیده

مقدمه: آتشنشانی از جمله مشاغلی می باشد که به علت خواسته های فیزیکی کار بالا و فعالیت هایی همچون دویدن، بالارفتن و واکنش سریع در موقعیت های مختلف بارذهنی بالایی را متحمل می شوند و این تغییرات ناگهانی وضعیت های کاری استرس روانی زیادی را بر آتش نشانان وارد خواهد کرد، در این مطالعه هدف بررسی سطح بارکاری ذهنی و میزان استرس وارد شده بر این افراد و اثر بر کیفیت زندگی افراد آتشنشان می باشد.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی به صورت سرشماری در 65 نفر از کارکنان سازمان آتشنشانی استان خراسان در سال 97 انجام شد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه پرسشنامه بار کاری (NASA TLX (، پرسشنامه استرس شغلی و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی شغلی استاندارد استفاده گردید. داده ها پس از جمع آوری توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20 و ارتباط بین شاخص های بار کاری، استرس شغلی از آزمون های تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه و t مستقل و پیرسون استفاده شد.
نتایج و یافته ها: میانگین نمرات استرس در بین کارکنان آتشنشانی 2/169 که در سطح بالا و میانگین بارکاری4/66 در سطح خیلی زیاد و کیفیت زندگی کاری3/84 که درسطح کیفیت پایین می باشد. آزمون های آماری نشان داد بین استرس شغلی و کیفیت زندگی با بارکاری ذهنی ارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد(p

چکیده [English]

Abstract
Introduction: Firefighting is due to high physical demand and activities such as running, rising, and responding quickly to a variety of different situations, endure high mental workload And these sudden make changes in work situations will put a lot of psychological stress on the firefighters. The purpose of this study was investigating the level of mental health in firefighters.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 65 randomly selected firefighters in Khorasan Razavi Province. The data were collected using the NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX), stress and quality of life questionnaire. Data analysis was performed in SPSS, version 20, using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, ANOVA, and independent samples t-test.
Results: The results of stress, NASA-TLX and quality work life demonstrated that the mean scores of were 169.2, 66.4 and 84.3 respectively, stress and mental workload were at a high level and quality of work life was low.
