چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مصرف داروهایی نظری بیسفسفناتها، ضد جذبها و آنتیآنژیوژنیکها در طی روند درمانی بیماران تحت شیمیدرمانی، میتواند احتمال بروز برونژ را افزایش دهد. مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین درصد میزان بروز ضایعه در نواحی مختلف فک و در نظر داشتن مدت و نوع داروهای شیمیدرمانی مورداستفاده انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه مقطعی پرونده ۷۴۹ بیمار که در طول 5 سال گذشته (1402-1397) در شهر قم به دلیل سرطان، دوره شیمیدرمانی دریافت کرده بودند، بررسی شد. بیماران با میانگین سنی 85/13 ± 05/56 به شیوه تصادفی ساده و با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای ورود و متغیرهایی شامل نوع تشخیص سرطان، وجود یا عدم وجود متاستاز و.... انتخاب شدند. دادههای استخراجشده با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS-22 تجزیهوتحلیل شد.
یافتهها: بیشترین فراوانی بیماران مبتلا به انواع مختلف سرطان مربوط به پستان با 301 نفر و میانگین مدت درمان 46/0 ± 12/1 سال بود. بیشترین فراوانی از نظر داروی مصرفی در بیماران مربوط به آلندرونیت با 391 نفر بود. در 45 نفر از بیماران متاستاز وجود داشت. ارتباط معناداری بین بررسی ارتباط بروز برونژ با متغیرهای مختلف مشاهده نشد؛ اما در بررسی ارتباط بروز برونژ با شدت بیماری و محل ایجاد برونژ ارتباط معنادار مشاهده شد (001/0>P).
نتیجهگیری: باتوجهبه نتایج مطالعه حاضر، میزان بروز برونژ در بیماران موردبررسی، میزان شدت برونژ و ناحیه آن میتواند متفاوت باشد. بیشترین میزان بروز برونژ در ناحیه خلف فکین میباشد و همچنین با افزایش مرحله بیماری میزان بروز آن کاهش پیدا میکند.

Background: The use of bisphosphonates, anti-adsorption and anti-angiogenic drugs during the treatment process of chemotherapy patients can increase the likelihood of developing Bisphosphonate-Related Osteonecrosis of the Jaw. The present study was conducted to determine the percentage of lesion incidence in different areas of the jaw considering the duration and type of chemotherapy drugs used.
Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, a total of 749 files of patients aged 18-92 years were coded and selected by simple random sampling, considering the inclusion criteria. Patients with a mean age of 56.05 ± 13.85 years were selected using simple random sampling, considering inclusion criteria and variables such as cancer diagnosis type, presence or absence of metastasis, etc. The extracted data were analyzed using SPSS version 22.
Results: The highest frequency of patients with different types of cancer was related to breast cancer with 301 patients and the average duration of treatment was 1.12 ± 0.46 years. The highest frequency in terms of drug use in patients was related to Alendronate with 391 patients; and 45 patients had metastases. No significant relationship was observed between the association of BRONJ incidence with different variables, but a significant association was observed between the BRONJ incidence, the severity of the disease and the location of BRONJ.
Conclusion: The incidence of BRONJ in the patients, the severity of bronzing and its area can vary. The highest incidence of BRONJ was in the posterior jaw area; and its incidence decreased with increasing disease grade.
