چکیده
زمینه و هدف: آفلاتوکسین B1 یک آلاینده رایج در خوراک دام است و بیشترین سمیت حاد و مزمن را در بین مایکوتوکسینها دارد. در مطالعات مختلف، اثر جانبی آفلاتوکسین B1 بر سلامت دام و درنتیجه سلامت انسان به اثبات رسیده است، بنابراین تعیین غلظت آفلاتوکسین B1 در خوراک دام ضروری است به همین منظور و با توجه به فقدان تحقیقاتی در این زمینه در این منطقه، این بررسی طراح و اجرا شد تا غلظت این سم را در خوراک دام گاوداریهای اطراف سبزوار مطالعه نماییم.
مواد و روشها: در حدود 360 گاوداری در اطراف شهر سبزوار وجود دارد که ما برای نمونهبرداری آنها را به دو گروه گاوداریهای بزرگ (صنعتی) و کوچک (سنتی) تقسیمبندی کردیم و متناسب با فراوانی هر گروه تعدادی را بهصورت تصادفی از هر گروه انتخاب و از انبار خوراک دام آنها از گروههای مختلف مواد غذایی (کنسانتره، نان خشک و علوفه خشک)، نمونهگیری انجام و بعد از خشک و پودر کردن به روش الایزا آزمایش انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که تمامی نمونههای کنسانتره، علوفه و نان خشک جمعآوریشده از گاوداریهای سنتی و صنعتی آلوده بودند و میانگین غلظت آفلاتوکسین B1 در نمونهها 01/14 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم و سطح آلودگی همه آنها بالاتر از حد مجاز استاندارد ملی ایران µg/kg) 5(بود.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به آلودگی بالای آفلاتوکسین B1 در خوراک دامهای گاوداریهای سبزوار، لازم است نهادهای بهداشتی نظارت دقیقتری از نظر خوراک دام داشته باشند.

Assessment of the Level of Contamination with Aflatoxin B1 in Animal Feed in the Northeast of Iran (Sabzvar) in 2021

Introduction: Aflatoxin B1 is a common contaminant in animal feed and has the highest acute and chronic toxicity among mycotoxins. In various studies, the adverse effect of aflatoxin B1 on animal health and, consequently, human health has been proven; therefore, determining the concentration of aflatoxin B1 in animal feed is essential. For this purpose, and given the lack of research in this field in this area, this study was designed and implemented to study the concentration of this toxin in animal feed in dairy farms around Sabzevar.
Materials and Methods: There are about 360 dairy farms around Sabzevar city, which we divided into two groups of large (industrial) and small (traditional) dairy farms for sampling. According to the frequency of each group, a number of samples were randomly selected from each group and samples were taken from their animal feed storage from different food groups (concentrate, dry bread and dry fodder) and after drying and pulverizing, the test was performed using the ELISA method.
Results: The results of this study showed that all concentrate, fodder, and dry bread samples collected from traditional and industrial dairy farms were contaminated, and the average concentration of aflatoxin B1 in the samples was 14.01 micrograms per kilogram, and the contamination level of all of them was higher than the permissible limit of the Iranian national standard (5 µg/kg).
Conclusion: Given the high aflatoxin B1 contamination in animal feed in Sabzevar dairy farms, it is necessary for health institutions to have more careful monitoring and supervision of animal feed.
