چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه اثر نه هفته تمرینات طناب زنی- مقاومتی با و بدون مصرف شیر بر تغییرات اشتها، ترکیب بدنی و برخی شاخص‌های آمادگی جسمانی در دانش‌آموزان دختر چاق بود..
مواد و روش­ها: از بین دانش‌آموزان دختر دبستان مهر مشهد،40 دانش‌آموزان 9-12 ساله چاق به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه مساوی تمرین ترکیبی با و بدون مصرف شیر تقسیم شدند. تمرینات طناب زنی و تمرینات مقاومتی با کش هرکدام 30 دقیقه به مدت 9 هفته و هر هفته سه جلسه اجرا گردید. گروه تمرین + شیر بعد از تمرینات 240 میلی‌لیتر شیر کم‌چرب و گروه د تمرین مجاز به خوردن همان مقدار آب بودند. برای تعیین  اختلاف میانگین بین دو گروه از آزمون ANOVA با اندازه‌گیری مکرر در سطح معناداری کمتر از 05/0< P استفاده شد.
یافته­ها: پس از 9 هفته تمرین ترکیبی میزان اشتها در گروه تمرین بدون مصرف شیر نسبت به تمرین با مصرف شیر کاهش معناداری داشت (05/0P˂). علی‌رغم بهبود در شاخص‌های استقامت قلبی-تنفسی، استقامت عضلات مرکزی و کمربند شانه، قدرت پنجه دست و ترکیب بدن در هر دو گروه، تفاوت معنی‌داری بین آن‌ها دیده نشد (05/0P>).
نتیجه‌گیری: احتمالاً 9 هفته تمرین طناب زنی-مقاومتی  نسبت به تمرین همراه با مصرف شیر سبب کاهش اشتهای بیشتری شود. اگرچه برای  شناخت اثربخشی این دو شیوه تمرینی برشاخص‌های آمادگی جسمانی کودکان چاق نیاز به انجام مطالعات دقیق‌تری است.

Comparison of the Effect of nine Weeks Combined Exercise Training with and Without Milk on Appetite, Body Composition and Physical Fitness in Obese Female Students

چکیده [English]

Introduction: This study aimed to compare the effects of nine weeks of combined exercise training with and without milk on body composition, physical fitness, and appetite in overweight female students.
Materials and Methods: Overweight female students aged 9 to 12 from Mehr Primary School in Mashhad were purposefully selected and randomly divided into two groups: one group engaged in combined exercise with milk supplementation, while the other group did not (n=40). The combined exercise included resistance training with elastic bands and jump rope activities, each lasting 30 minutes, conducted three times per week for nine weeks. Following the training sessions, the milk supplementation group received 240 ml of low-fat milk, while the control group received the same volume of water. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 21, employing the Shapiro-Wilk test for normality and repeated measures ANOVA for group comparisons, with a significance level set at P<0.05.
Results: After nine weeks of combined exercises, the group that did not consume milk exhibited a greater reduction in appetite compared to the milk consumption group. However, no significant differences were observed between the two groups regarding cardiorespiratory endurance, core and shoulder muscle endurance, handgrip strength, and body composition. Notably, the average changes within each group indicated improvements in these factors.
Conclusion: Nine weeks of combined training may reduce appetite more effectively than training with milk supplementation. Further research is necessary to evaluate the impact of these interventions on physical fitness in obese children.
