چکیده

زمینه و هدف: تغییرات آب و هوایی تهدیدی جدی برای سلامت انسان است و کارکنان بهداشتی نقش مهمی در مقابله با پیامدهای آن دارند. این مطالعه باهدف ارزیابی درک خطر تغییرات آب و هوایی و پیامدهای سلامتی مرتبط  با آن در بین کارکنان بهداشتی درمانی انجام‌شده است.
مواد و روش­ها: مطالعه مقطعی با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته درک خطر در بین 293 نفر از کارکنان بهداشت و درمان در سطح کشور در سال 1403 انجام شد. پرسشنامه ابعاد شناختی، احساسی، اجتماعی و نهادی درک خطر را ارزیابی کرد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه‌وتحلیل و روایی پرسشنامه به‌صورت روایی محتوایی، توسط 5 نفر از اساتید و محققین حوزه سلامت و  پایایی آن نیز از طریق  آلفای کرونباخ  و با میانگین عدد78/0 تائید شد.
یافته­ها: زنان در مقایسه با مردان، درک خطر بالاتری در ابعاد مختلف و درک خطر کلی نشان دادند. کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی نیز درک خطر بالاتری نسبت به کارکنان مراکز درمانی داشتند. با افزایش سن، سطح درک خطر کاهش یافت. محل خدمت (دولتی/خصوصی) تأثیر معناداری بر درک خطر نداشت. در بعد نهادی درک خطر، تفاوت معناداری بر اساس متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: درک خطر پیامدهای سلامتی تغییرات آب و هوایی در بین کارکنان بهداشت و درمان تحت تأثیر جنسیت، محل خدمت (بهداشتی در مقابل درمانی) و سن قرار دارد. زنان و کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی درک خطر بالاتری دارند و با افزایش سن، این درک کاهش می‌یابد. این یافته‌ها در طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی و مداخلات هدفمند برای افزایش آگاهی و آمادگی این کارکنان در برابر اثرات تغییرات آب و هوایی بر سلامت جامعه مفید خواهد بود.

Introduction: Climate change poses a significant threat to human health, and healthcare workers play a crucial role in addressing its consequences. This study aimed to evaluate healthcare workers' risk perception of climate change and its related health outcomes.
Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2024 using a researcher-developed risk perception questionnaire administered to 293 healthcare professionals across Iran. The questionnaire assessed cognitive, emotional, social, and institutional dimensions of risk perception. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. Content validity was established through review by five health experts, and internal consistency reliability was demonstrated by a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.78.
Results: Female healthcare workers exhibited a higher risk perception across various dimensions and overall compared to their male counterparts. Workers in healthcare centers demonstrated a greater risk perception than those in medical treatment facilities. Risk perception was inversely correlated with age. In contrast, neither workplace type (public/private) nor any of the measured demographic variables were found to be significant determinants of risk perception, including within its institutional dimension.
Conclusion: Healthcare workers' perception of climate change-related health risks is associated with gender, workplace type (health center vs. treatment facility), and age. Female workers and those in healthcare centers have a higher risk perception, which tends to decrease with age. These findings can inform the design of targeted educational programs and interventions to enhance awareness and preparedness among different groups of healthcare workers regarding the health impacts of climate change on the community.
