چکیده
زمینه و هدف: زردی یکی از مشکلات شایع دوران نوزادی است. تغذیه مطلوب مادر یکی از فاکتورهای مهم در ایجاد شیردهی موفق است و میتواند باعث اختلال در تکامل شیرخوار شود و زردی نوزاد را به دنبال داشته باشد. از طرفی نوع مزاج مادر با تغذیه او ارتباط دارد. در طب سنتی، علت زردی افزایش یافتن سطح صفرا است. لذا مطالعهای را باهدف ارتباط مزاج مادر با زردی نوزادان انجام دادیم.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه مورد-شاهدی حاضر بر روی 200 مادر و نوزاد در بیمارستان شهدا شهر قائن در سال 1401 انجام شد. 100 نوزادی که در هفته اول پس از تولد دچار زردی فیزیولوژیک شده بودند در گروه مورد و 100 نوزادی که زردی نداشتند در گروه شاهد قرار گرفتند. نمونه گیری بهصورت در دسترس و با رضایت آگاهانه مادر جهت شرکت در پژوهش، فرم اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی مادر و نوزاد، تکمیل شد. پرسشنامه مزاج شناسی، به روش مصاحبه تکمیل شد. دادهها از طریق نرمافزار spss نسخه 21 تجزیهوتحلیل شد.
یافتهها: بین زردی نوزاد و شغل پدر (001/0=p)، تحصیلات مادر (084/0=P)، محل سکونت (001/0)، سن حاملگی (001/0P<) وزن نوزاد (02/0=P) و مزاج (005/0) رابطه آماری معنیداری داشتند. زردی در نوزادانی که بین 3-4 کیلوگرم وزن داشتند و در هفته 38 -39 بارداری متولدشده بودند، بیشتر بود.
نتیجهگیری: برای پیشگیری از خطرات جبرانناپذیر زردی در نوزادان و لزوم کنترل آن، ضروری است برای تصمیم گیری در مورد برنامه ریزیهای لازم، به این موارد توجه کافی داشته باشید تا بتوان از زردی و عوارض آن پیشگیری کرد.

Introduction: Jaundice is a common condition observed in the neonatal period. Optimal maternal nutrition is crucial for successful breastfeeding and can significantly impact infant development, potentially leading to neonatal jaundice. Furthermore, a mother's temperament can influence her nutritional choices. In traditional medicine, jaundice is attributed to elevated bile levels. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between maternal temperament and neonatal jaundice.
Materials and Methods: This case-control study was conducted on 200 mothers and infants at Shohada Hospital in Qaen in 2022. The case group consisted of 100 infants who exhibited physiological jaundice within the first week after birth, while the control group included 100 infants without jaundice. Sampling was performed using a convenience approach, and informed consent was obtained from the mothers. Data on demographic characteristics of mothers and infants were collected, and the temperament questionnaire was assessed by interview. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21 software.
Results: A statistically significant association was found between neonatal jaundice and several factors: father's occupation (p = 0.001), mother's education (p = 0.084), place of residence (p = 0.001), gestational age (p < 0.001), newborn weight (p = 0.02), and maternal temperament (p = 0.005). Jaundice was more prevalent in newborns weighing between 3-4 kg and those born at 38-39 weeks of gestation.
Conclusion: To mitigate the risks associated with neonatal jaundice and its complications, it is essential to pay sufficient attention to these issues when making decisions about the necessary plans to prevent jaundice and its complications.
