چکیده

زمینه و هدف: حضور در دانشگاه همواره برای تمام دانشجویان خوشایند نیست و ممکن است برخی مواقع دانشجویان با چالش‌هایی مواجه شوند که منجر به بی‌علاقگی، خستگی و احساس ناکارآمدی آنها شود. بی‌علاقگی، خستگی و احساس ناکارآمدی از وجوه فرسودگی تحصیلی می‌باشد که در چند دهه اخیر موردتوجه پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است. براین‌اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی ارتباط ادراک از محیط یادگیری و فرسودگی تحصیلی با واسطه‌گری تاب‌آوری تحصیلی در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه حکیم سبزواری می‌باشد.
مواد و روش‌ ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی–تحلیلی (با استفاده از مدل‌یابی روابط ساختاری) می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان رشته علوم تربیتی دانشگاه حکیم سبزواری تشکیل دادند که از بین آنها 170 نفر بصورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورداستفاده، شامل پرسشنامه‌های اندازه‌گیری ادراک محیط آموزشی داندی، تاب‌آوری تحصیلی ساموئلز و فرسودگی تحصیلی برسو و همکاران می‌باشد. داده‏های جمع‏آوری شده به وسیله نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و AMOS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد، ادراک از محیط یادگیری اثر معناداری بر فرسودگی تحصیلی (33/0-) و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی (51/0) و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی اثر معناداری بر فرسودگی تحصیلی (55/0-) داشت. علاوه‌براین، اثر غیرمستقیم ادراک از محیط یادگیری بر فرسودگی تحصیلی از طریق تاب‌آوری تحصیلی نیز معنادار (28/0-) بود. همچنین با توجه به شاخص‌های برازندگی مدل؛ شاخص نیکویی برازش (93/0)، ریشه دوم برآورد واریانس خطای تقریب (07/0)، شاخص برازش هنجارشده (90/0)، مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بود.
نتیجه گیری: ادراک از محیط یادگیری علاوه بر اثر مستقیم بر فرسودگی تحصیلی، بطور غیرمستقیم نیز از طریق تاب‌آوری تحصیلی بر فرسودگی تحصیلی اثرگذار است. بنابراین متغیر تاب‌آوری تحصیلی را می‌توان به عنوان متغیر میانجی بین ادراک از محیط یادگیری و فرسودگی تحصیلی در نظر گرفت.

The Perception of Learning Environment and Academic Burnout: Mediate role of Academic Resilience

چکیده [English]

Background and Objective: Attending University is not always pleasant for all the students and students can sometimes encounter with challenges leading them to uninterested, fatigue, and ineffectiveness feeling. Uninterested, fatigue, and ineffectiveness feeling are of academic burnout dimensions have attracted many researchers' interest in recent decades. Bearing this mind, the present research aims at identifying the relationship of perception of learning environment and academic burnout with academic resilience mediating among the students of Hakim Sabzevari University.
Materials and Methods: The present study is cross-sectional (modeling of structural relationships). The population encompasses all the educational sciences students of Hakim Sabzevari University; 170 of which are randomly selected as the sample. The instruments are three questionnaires, Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure questionnaire, Samuel's Academic Resilience questionnaire, and Breso Academic Burnout questionnaire. The collected data are analyzed by SPSS and AMOS.
Findings: The findings of the study demonstrated that perception of learning environment had a significant effect on academic burnout (-0.33) and academic resilience (0.51). And academic resilience had a significant effect on academic burnout (-0.55). Beside the direct effects, the indirect effect of perception of learning environment on academic burnout via academic resilience was significant (-0.28). Also according to the model fit indices, goodness of fit index (0/93), Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (0/07), normative fit index (0/90) the proposed model was a good fit.
Conclusion: Not only perception of learning environment directly influences on academic burnout, but it also indirectly influences it through academic resilience.
