چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه‌ اثربخشی شناخت‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی و درمان هیجان‌مدار بر انسجام روانی در بیماران دیابتی نوع 2 بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی از نوع پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه افراد مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 که در سال 1398 به کلینیک دیابت شهر سبزوار مراجعه کردند تشکیل دادند که تعداد 45 نفر به­عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به صورت تخصیص تصادفی در سه گروه آزمایش شناختی‌درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی، آزمایش درمان هیجان­مدار و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها پرسش‌نامه احساس انسجام روانی آنتونوسکی (2006) بود و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارSPSS24  و از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی (کوواریانس چندمتغیره) استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر انسجام روانی مؤثر است (0/05> P). روش درمان هیجان‌مدار بر انسجام روانی مؤثر است (0/05> P) و بین اثربخشی روش درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی و درمان هیجان‌مدار بر انسجام روانی بیماران دیابتی نوع دو تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد (0/05< P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تأثیر معنادار روش درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی و درمان هیجان‌مدار بر انسجام روانی پیشنهاد می­شود از این دو روش در راستای بهبود انسجام روانی و مشکلات روان‌شناختی مربوط به بیماری در بیماران دیابتی نوع دو و خانواده‌های آن‌ها بهره برده شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and emotion-oriented therapy on psychological cohesion in type 2 diabetic patients.
Materials and Methods: The present study was applied in terms of purpose, with pre-test-post-test design, which used a quasi-experimental research design. The statistical population of the study included all people with type 2 diabetes who referred to Sabzevar Diabetes Clinic in 1398. From the mentioned statistical population, 45 people were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into 3 groups of 15 people (2 experimental groups and one control group). Antonovski (2006) answered the questionnaire of feeling psychological cohesion. In this study, descriptive data analysis was used to describe the collected data and the data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software.
Results: The results showed that mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and emotion-oriented therapy are effective on mental cohesion in type 2 diabetic patients and there was no significant difference in their effectiveness
Conclusion: Cognitive therapies based on mindfulness and emotion-oriented therapy can be used to moderate the psychological problems of diabetic patients.
