چکیده

زمینه  قدردانی، به عنوان یک عامل مثبت، میتواند به غنیسازی و تحکیم روابط بین زوجین کمک کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی مدل ساختاری روابط بین قدردانی، کیفیت ارتباط زناشویی و رضایت زناشویی انجام شد. روش کار طرح پژوهش همبستگی از طریق مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری، کلیه معلمان زن شهر  نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی 541 بودند که از بین آنها 1351سبزوار در سال ساده انتخاب شدند. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ، پرسشنامه قدردانی و پرسشنامه کیفیت ادراک شده ابعاد ارتباط زناشویی جمعآوری شد.
یافته‌ها ارزیابی برازندگی مدل، روابط مستقیم و واسطه‌ای با استفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و از طریق نرم‌افزار‌های AMOS-24 و SPSS-24 انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد مدل با انجام برخی اصلاحات، برازش مطلوبی با داده‌ها دارد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد قدردانی علاوه بر رابطه مستقیم با رضایت زناشویی، از طریق افزایش کیفیت ارتباط زناشویی به صورت غیرمستقیم نیز رضایت زناشویی را افزایش می‌دهد (p<0/05).
نتیجه‌گیری قدردانی به صورت مستقیم و همچنین غیرمستقیم از طریق افزایش کیفیت ارتباط زناشویی، با افزایش رضایت زناشویی همراه است. این مطالعه به درک بهتر فرایندهای مثبتی که زوجین را در مقابل نارضایتی زناشویی حفظ می‌کنند، کمک می‌کند و متخصصان می‌توانند از نتایج آن به منظور حفظ و دستیابی به رضایت زناشویی استفاده کنند.

Structural Model of the Relationships between Gratitude, Marital Relationship Quality and Marital Satisfaction in teachers of Sabzevar city

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Gratitude, as a positive factor, can help enrich and strengthen relationships between couples. The aim of this study was testing a model of the relationships gratitude, marital relationship quality, and marital satisfaction.
Materials and Methods: The statistical population included all married female teachers of Sabzevar city in 1396. The statistical sample was 241 participants who were selected using the random sampling method. The data collection was performed using the ENRICH Marital Satisfaction (EMS), Gratitude Questionnaire-6 (GQ-6), perceived Relationship Quality. Amos -24 and SPSS -24 software packages were applied for data analysis. Bootstrap in Preacher and Hayes’ Macro program was used for testing mediation.
Results: Results indicated that the model with some modification had a good fit with the data. The gratitude had a positive direct effect on marital satisfaction and marital relationship quality (p<0.05). Marital relationship quality had a positive direct effect on marital satisfaction (p<0.05). The gratitude had the positive indirect effect on marital satisfaction via marital relationship quality (p<0.05).
Conclusion: Gratitude, directly and indirectly, through increased marital relationship quality, is associated with higher marital satisfaction. This study shows a stage into a better understanding of positive processes that can protect couples against marital dissatisfaction, and that can assist counselors to help couples in attaining and keeping the marital satisfaction.
