چکیده

زمینه و هدف: مراقبت از بیماران مبتلا به اختلال سطح هوشیاری نیازمند نگرشی عمیق نسبت به بیمار و نیازهای آنان است. هدف این مطالعه تبیین تجارب پرستاران در مراقبت از بیماران مبتلابه کاهش سطح هوشیاری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه است.
مواد و روش­ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی توصیفی است که در سال 2022 با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای مرسوم انجام شد. انتخاب مشارکت‌کنندگان 18 پرستار شاغل در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه بیمارستان‌های شهر سبزوار بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها به‌وسیله مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته، مشاهده و یادداشت میدانی انجام شدد. تمامی مصاحبه‌ها در اتاق استراحت ICU انجام گرفت. مصاحبه‌ها بین 20 تا 50 دقیقه به طول انجامید. تمامی مصاحبه‌ها در زمان استراحت پرستاران انجام با تلفن همراه وی ضبط گردید. جهت بررسی تائید پذیری و استحکام داده‌ها از معیارها لینکلن و گوبا استفاده شد.
یافته­ها: درمجموع 1623 کد اولیه استخراج شد. پس از حذف کدهای مشابه و ادغام آن‌ها 597 کد اولیه باقی ماند. این کدها در یازده زیر طبقه دسته‌بندی و درنهایت با توجه به شباهت در چهار طبقه "هوشیاری در مراقبت"، "مسئولیت‌پذیری"، "شفقت در مراقبت" و "مراقبت معنوی" ادغام شدند. درون‌مایه اصلی این تحلیل با عنوان مراقبت حرفه‌ای از بیماران کماتوز شکل گرفت.
نتیجه‌گیری: علیرغم مشکلات و چالش‌های بسیار در بستر سیستم درمان، پرستاران در حین مراقبت هوشیاری، مسئولیت‌پذیری، شفقت زیادی از خود نشان می‌دهند. همچنین آنان تلاش می‌کنند تا بر اساس عقاید و باورهای مذهبی خود ابعاد معنوی بیمار را حین مراقبت پوشش دهند که تا حدود زیادی بادید مراقبت جامع و کل‌نگر منطبق است.

Introduction: Caring for patients with decreased levels of consciousness requires a profound understanding of their needs. This study aims to explain nurses' experiences in caring for patients hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit with a decreased level of consciousness.
Materials and Methods: This study was conducted in 2022 using conventional content analysis on 18 participants. Data collection methods included semi-structured interviews, observations, and field notes. All interviews took place in the ICU break room, which lasted between 20 and 50 minutes. The first and second researchers conducted and recorded the interviews using mobile devices. Lincoln and Guba's criteria were applied to assess the verifiability and robustness of the data.
Results: A total of 1,623 initial codes were identified. After removing duplicates, 597 primary codes remained, which were categorized into 11 subcategories and then merged into four main categories based on similarities. The main theme identified was "Professional Care of Comatose Patients
Conclusion: Despite facing numerous challenges, nurses demonstrate a high level of responsibility, sensitivity, and compassion in their care for patients with decreased levels of consciousness. They strive to provide as comprehensive care as possible for these patients.
