چکیده

زمینه و هدف: امروزه سالمندی یکی از مسائل جدی اجتماعی جامعه ایران است. یکی از استراتژی­های مدیریت پیامدهای منفی سالمندی، "سالمندی فعال" است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین وضعیت شاخص­های سالمندی فعال و عوامل پیش­بینی کننده آن انجام شد.
مواد و روش­ها: طرح این پژوهش مقطعی بود. با نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای چندمرحله‌ای، اطلاعات 268 نفر از مراکز بهداشت شهری سبزوار، در سال 1402 اخذ شد. از پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی و استاندارد و بومی سنجش سالمندی فعال در سالمندان ایرانی و آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون تی، آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه و رگرسیون) در سطح معنی­داری 05/0 استفاده شد. داده­ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS26 آنالیز شد.
یافته­ها: میانگین سنی سالمندان 19/7 ± 71/70 بود. 196 نفر سالمند جوان و 72 نفر سالمند میان‌سال بودند. میانگین نمره کل شاخص سالمندی فعال 84/15 ± 04/107 و در حد متوسط بود. میانگین نمرات حیطه­های سالمندی فعال بدین‌صورت بود: مشارکت­پذیری (14/3 ± 61/7)، ذهن ورزی (79/4 ± 31/13)، تعامل­گرایی (93/3 ± 92/21)، نقش­آفرینی (57/2 ± 53/20)، بینش عاملیت گرا (63/5 ± 69/19)، پویایی جسمی (37/2 ± 99/22). ارتباط معنی­داری بین سن افراد، جنسیت، سطح تحصیلات، کفایت درآمد، نوع اشتغال، سابقه بیماری، وضعیت همراهان زندگی، برخورداری از حمایت و میزان ورزش و فعالیت بدنی مشاهده شد (05/0p<).
نتیجه‌گیری: سالمندان جمعیت مطالعه ازلحاظ شاخص­های سالمندی فعال در حیطه متوسط قرار داشتند. با توجه به نتایج، هر چه سطح سواد و تحصیلات فرد بالاتر باشد، فرد بیشتر به سمت شاخص­های سالمندی فعال و سالمند مولد بودن پیش می­رود لذا بهبود سطح سواد و دانش­افزایی سالمندان پیشنهاد می­گردد.

Introduction: Aging is a significant social issue today. One strategy for managing the negative consequences of aging is "active aging." This study aims to determine the status of active aging indicators and their predictive factors.
Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional research utilized multi-stage cluster sampling to gather information from 268 individuals attending urban health centers in Sabzevar in 2023. Demographic data and standardized indigenous questionnaires for measuring active aging in Iranian elderly were employed, with descriptive and inferential statistics analyzed at a significance level of 0.05.
Results: The average age of participants was 70.71 ± 7.19 years, with an average active aging index score of 107.04 ± 15.84. The average scores for the domains of active aging were as follows: participation 7.61 ± 3.14, mindfulness 13.31 ± 4.79, interactionism 21.92 ± 3.93, role-playing 20.53 ± 2.57, agentic insight 19.69 ± 5.63, and physical dynamics 22.99 ± 2.37. Significant relationships were observed between age, gender, education level, income adequacy, type of employment, medical history, marital status, support, and levels of exercise and physical activity (p < 0.05)
Conclusion: The elderly population exhibited average levels concerning active aging indicators. Higher literacy and education levels were associated with improved active aging outcomes, so it is recommended that the literacy and knowledge of the elderly be enhanced to promote active aging.
