چکیده

زمینه و هدف: سردرد میگرنی یک بیماری عصب‌شناختی است که سردردهای متوسط تا شدید را در یک طرف یا دو طرف سر ایجاد می­کند. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه جنسیتی اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بافتاری بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی افراد مبتلا به میگرن انجام شد.
مواد و روش­ها: این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بر روی بیماران مبتلا به میگرن مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه‌های مغز و اعصاب بیمارستان قائم و فارابی شهر مشهد انجام شد. 30 بیمار به‌صورت در دسترس، بعد از تشخیص نهایی توسط متخصص مغز و اعصاب انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. جلسات مداخله در 16 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای به مدت 4 ماه برای گروه آزمایش اجرا و پرسش‌نامه زمینه‌یابی سلامت (فرم کوتاه) تکمیل شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS26 و تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره تحلیل شد.
یافته­ها: نتایج تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که طرحواره درمانی بافتاری به‌طور معناداری باعث بهبود سلامت جسمی و روانی در بیماران مبتلا به میگرن شد (01/0>P). نتایج نشان داد که طرحواره درمانی بافتاری باعث بهبود بیشتر سلامت جسمی در زنان مبتلا به میگرن شد اما در مؤلفه سلامت روانی تفاوتی بین زنان و مردان وجود نداشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین می­توان نتیجه­گیری کرد که طرحواره درمانی بافتاری در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، تأثیر معناداری بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به میگرن داشت و برای بهبود سلامت جسمی در زنان اثربخش‌تر بود.

Gender Comparison of the Effectiveness of Tissue Treatment Plan on Improving the Quality of Life of Migraine Patients

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Migraine headache is a chronic neurological disease that varies in frequency and intensity. This research aimed to compare the effectiveness of a tissue therapy plan in improving the quality of life for individuals with migraines, based on gender.
Materials and Methods: The research employed a semi-experimental pre-test/post-test design with a control group. The statistical population included all patients diagnosed with migraines who visited the neurology clinics of Qaim and Farabi hospitals in Mashhad in 1401 (2022). A sample of 30 patients was selected based on availability after final diagnosis by a neurologist and was randomly assigned to two groups of 15: an experimental group and a control group. The intervention comprised 16 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes, conducted over a period of 4 months for the experimental group. Additionally, participants completed a health background questionnaire (short form). Research data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 and multivariate covariance analysis.
Results: The results of the multivariate analysis of covariance indicated that tissue schema therapy significantly improved both physical and mental health in migraine patients (P < 0.01). Further analysis revealed that tissue schema therapy improved the physical health of women with migraines, while there was no significant difference between men and women regarding the mental health component.
Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that, compared to the control group, tissue schema therapy significantly enhanced the quality of life for migraine patients and was particularly effective in improving physical health in women.
