چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی (HPV) شایعترین عفونت منتقله از راه جنسی است که در سالهای اخیر تأثیر مصرف پروبیوتیکها بهعنوان یک استراتژی جدید بر این ویروس سنجیده شده است. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی تأثیر فراوردههای پروبیوتیک واژینال در ازبینبردن ویروسHPV در زنان میباشد.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر یک کارآزمایی بالینی یکسو کور است. بیماران گروه مورد، کپسول پروبیوتیک واژینال را هفتهای دو عدد واژینال، به مدت 6 ماه تحت نظارت پزشک متخصص دریافت کردند و 6 ماه بعد مجدد از نظر تست HPV Typing بررسی شدند و در گروه کنترل درمان روتین انجام شد. نتایج توسط نرمافزار آماری spss-24 تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: 81 زن با تشخیص نهایی HPV در دو گروه مورد و شاهد بررسی شدند؛ در گروه مورد، کپسول پروبیوتیک واژینال، هفتهای دو عدد، به مدت 6 ماه، برای 27 بیمار تجویز شد و در گروه شاهد 54 بیمار تحت فالوآپ خود قرار گرفتند. درمان با کپسول پروبیوتیک واژینال 6 ماه پس از درمان، فراوانی تست مثبت HPV را کاهش داد ولی این کاهش از نظر آماری معنادار نیست (P=0.65)، از نظر فراوانی HPV-16 و HPV-18(P=0.489)، نوعOther high risk (P=0.311) و فراوانی نوع Low risk (P=0.285) ویروس HPVشروع مطالعه و 6ماه پس از درمان بین دو گروه موردمطالعه نیز اختلاف آماری معناداری وجود ندارد..
نتیجهگیری: استفاده از کپسول پروبیوتیک واژینال 6 ماه پس از مداخله، تأثیر معناداری در ازبینبردن ویروسHPV در زنان نداشت.

Evaluation of the Effect of Vaginal Probiotic Products in Eliminating HPV Virus in Women

Introduction: Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the most common sexually transmitted infection, and in recent years, the role of probiotics as a potential strategy against this virus has been investigated. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of vaginal probiotic products on the elimination of HPV in women.
Materials and Methods: This study is a single-blind clinical trial. Participants in the intervention group received two vaginal probiotic capsules per week for six months under the supervision of a specialist, while routine treatment was provided to the control group. Six months later, all participants were re-examined for HPV typing. Data collected using a checklist were analyzed with SPSS version 24.
Results: A total of 81 women with a confirmed diagnosis of HPV were examined in both case and control groups. In the intervention group, 27 patients received vaginal probiotic capsules (two capsules per week for six months), while 54 patients in the control group underwent standard follow-up. Treatment with vaginal probiotic capsules resulted in a reduction in the frequency of positive HPV tests at six months post-treatment; however, this reduction was not statistically significant (P = 0.65). There were also no statistically significant differences in the frequencies of HPV-16 (P = 0.489), HPV-18 (P = 0.489), other high-risk types (P = 0.311), or low-risk HPV types (P = 0.285) when comparing baseline and six-month follow-up results between the two study groups.
Conclusion: The use of vaginal probiotic capsules did not have a significant effect on eliminating the HPV virus after six months of intervention.
