Introduction: Following the discovery and rapid spread of the COVID19and it’s epidemic, numerous studies have been published to identify, prevent and treatment focusing on the adult population. Limited information is available on children with COVID-19. According to studies, children at all ages are susceptible to infection and show different clinical manifestations in compare with adults. This study examined clinical manifestations, laboratory and radiological findings in children with COVID-19.
Materials and Methods: From March 20 until June 20, 2020, 6 children with COVID-19(based on RT-PCR), with average age of 13 years and 1 month and standard deviation of 1.81 were reported in Imam Khomeini Hospital in Esfarayen. Laboratory, clinical and radiological findings were extracted from their hospital records and reviewed by 2pediatricians and after adapting to clinical manifestations were presented in a descriptive case study.
Results: None of the children had a history of background disease or taking medications. The severity of the disease was mild in all children. None of the patients required mechanical ventilation and hospitalization in the ICU. No deaths were reported.
Conclusion: In the context of the emergence of viral infectious diseases and the uncertainty of the role of children in the transmission cycle; To better understanding the disease, the patient's clinical manifestations should be considered and clinical manifestations are defined after gathering more information about cases of children. Therefore, broader studies in the field of clinical and laboratory findings of children in recognizing the disease and its impact on children and society seems necessary.

Background: Administration of medications is an important part of treatment and care provided by nurses. Medication errors in nursing profession is one of the most common health care mistakes. One of the factors in the incidence of medication errors, job stress, so stress management and efficient use of preventive methods necessary to appear. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of a Stress Inoculation training on the medication error of nurses. Materials and methods: The present research is, a field trial controlled study. The population included 100 nurses in medical, surgical and pediatric hospitals constitute Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences. Nurses are selected using quota sampling permutation blocks were divided into two groups. The intervention group, stress inoculation training (workshop 2 days 8 hours a week) was conducted. The data collecting by a researcher-made forms of occupational demographic information and registration forms medication errors, during the two stage, one months before and one and a half months after the intervention was completed by both groups. Data were analyzed by means of SPSS-11/5 and SAS 9.1 statistical software using descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney, Chi-square, Fisher, T test and generalized estimation equations. Results:The mean and standard deviation of medication errors in the intervention group before stress inoculation training 5/65 ± 2/30 and a half months was 2/68 ± 1/57. Analysis of data between the mean medication errors samples before and after the intervention groups showed significant differences (P<0/05). Conclusion:Stress inoculation training can reduce the incidence of medication errors.

Introduction: The death anxiety is defined as the fear of your death and others’. Being aware of death is inescapable the anxiety beside that leads to different behaviors and the health care workers are exposed to this kind of anxiety more than others. Especially when a sudden and unexpected death occurs and a wide obvious malfunction is seen in the emergency department staffs. Study examined the factors associated with death anxiety in students of medical emergencies and emergency technicians performed. Methods: The cross-sectional study was done on157students in Sabzevar, 75 emergency technicians and 82 emergency medical students. Sampling was done using enumeration and gathering information took place by a two-part questionnaire including demographic characteristics and factors affecting on the level of death anxiety and Templer’s standard questionnaire of death anxiety. The data was analyzed by Spss statistics software using T-test, correlation and regression. Results: The results showed that there’s a significant difference(P=0/000)between the medical emergency students’ mean score of death anxiety (6/2 ± 41/24) and the emergency technicians (7.6 ± 27/26). The mean score has also a significant statistical relationship with the students’ marital status, employment status, educational certification, age and occupation (student / technician) (P=0/000) but in emergency technicians, the mean score didn’t have a significant statistical relationship with the parents’s (P<0/088), being interested in the major, the number of work shifts and missions (P<0/123). Conclusion:

Background: Some of the problems of patients with cancer are non-adhering to treatment and uncertainty in illness, which are affected by psychological issues and different patient characteristics. So by paying clinical attention to these factors, prognosis and ultimately the quality of life can be improved. This study was aimed to determine correlation between uncertainty in illness, demographic and clinical factors with adherence to treatment in patients with cancer.
Materials and Methods:This is a correlation study done on 150 patients with cancer referred to Qaem and Omid hospitals of Mashhad. Sampling was based on accessible model and according to criteria of study. The data were collected by using demographic, Michel 's uncertainty in illness and MARS adherence to treatment questionnaire, then analyzed by SPSS version 21,descriptive statistics and statistical tests of Pearson, Spearman and multiple regression with P value<0/05.
Results:The results showed there is a significant negative correlation between uncertainty in illness and adherence to treatment(r=-0 /367, p<0/001).The multiple regression analyzed uncertainty in illness, metastasis, location, age and income patients as predictors of adherence to treatment so that 46% of its variance is explained by these variables.
Conclusion: Because of significant correlation between uncertainty in illness and adherence to treatment with significant predictive capability of uncertainty in illness for adherence to treatment, nurses and health care providers with reducer strategies of uncertainty in illness can improve adherence to treatment and ultimately quality of care and life in these patients.

Background & Objectives:Myocardial infarction is one of the main causes of death and disability in the world. Adherence of therapeutic regimen is an important caring option in these patients. This study has been conducted to determine the effect of family-centered education on laboratory index of patients after acute myocardial infarction. Materials & Methods: This clinical trial was performed between October and March 2014 in CCUward of Amirkabir hospital of Arak. Research samples were 60 patients with 30-70 years old who had been selected by convenience method after the first heart attack and randomly assigned into two groups: control (patient-centered education: 30 individuals) and intervention (family-centered education: 30 individuals). On admission, blood sugar and blood lipids (Chol, TG, HDL, LDL) were examined. Theneducation to patients was done in the intervention group associated with close family member through computers in three domains (diet, pharmaceutical regimen and exercise program) in three sessions of 30-45 minutes and the same educational content were taught to the patient (without family members) in the control group. Three months after the intervention, all aforementioned items were recorded again in two groups and, finally, data were analyzed using independent t-test and Chi-square test. Results: The results indicated that laboratory indexincluding blood sugar (P=0.03), blood lipids (P=0.0001) in the family-centered group was better than patient-centered group. However, there was not a significant difference between the two groups in aforementioned items before the intervention (P> 0.05). Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, it seems that family-centered education model improves laboratory index of the patients with myocardial infarction. It is recommended that the educational interventions for the patients with myocardial infarction to be done with the participation of the family.
