Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was studying the comparative effects of a gluteus medius strength training program and balance training program on postural control in adult and elder women.
Method: this study is semi-experimental with pre-test – post-test design. Forty five elderly women (55-65 aged) participated in this study and divided randomly in three groups: gluteus medius (GM), balanced and control.
