Abstract

Abstract
Background: Aflatoxin M1 is produced by metabolizing aflatoxin B1 in the liver of the animal and is introduced into milk. Therefore, they are a threat to public health. The aim of this study was to investigate aflatoxin M1 in cow's milk and aflatoxin B1 in animal feed in Islamshahr.
Materials & Methods: In the winter of 1397, spring and summer of 1398, raw cow milk samples were collected from 5 livestock centers in each season.
