Introduction: The early years of life are very important in the interventions and progress of autistic children, and it seems necessary to examine the role of parents in this field. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of early interventions of the Denver-parent model on improving the developmental profile of children with autism spectrum disorder.Materials and Methods: The current research is applied with AB-type single-subject designs and the statistical population was autistic children in Mahshahr, 3 autistic children were selected by purposive sampling and parents, during 12 individual sessions and 1 hour per week, learned P-ESDM. The evaluation was done in 7 stages with the questionnaire of ASQ3 and descriptive statistics, visual analysis by calculating the percentage of non-overlapping and overlapping data, and comparing graphs were used to analyze the data.Results: The results of the analysis showed that the use of early interventions of the Denver-Parent model increased the scores in the subscales of the developmental profile, with 100% PND and 0% POD, and the increasing trend of scores in various areas of growth continued until the follow-up stage.Conclusion: The implementation of early interventions of the Denver-parent model can lead to the improvement of developmental areas in autistic children and parents have a prominent role in this process, so it seems that introducing and Active participation of parents in the intervention process can be an important step to improve developmental delays in autistic children.

Introduction: Autism is a set of environmental and genetic disorders in the nervous system that result in defects in social behaviors, social communication, stereotyped behaviors and difficulty in motor skills and inability to plan motor. These factors are the severity of the disease and how affect its response to treatment.Materials and Methods: In this study, we sought to identify a common list of different genes expressed (DEG) using a meta-analysis method by bioinformatics tools. Three microwave studies were identified, including 109 samples, of which 90 were sick and 19 were healthy. These studies were analyzed by software and meta-analysis was performed on them.Results: After isolation of genes with different expression with the help of statistical analysis by R software, genes (EIF1AY, EIF2S3, IL32, ARPC4-TTLL3, LILRA5, EIF5A, XIST, RARA, TXLNG,) were obtained and then by examining their gene ontology from the final results were obtained through the enrichr database and the association of their interaction pathways with pathways and interaction networks with other genes involved in autism.Conclusion: By identifying genes with different expression in different studies that had a significant decrease or increase in expression and examining them in biological, molecular and cellular pathways in general, it was found that this set of genes can be used in autism and some pathways in the functional process. This disease has a role, so it is possible to provide desirable treatment strategies to control them by examining the targets of their effects and products.

Background: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental syndrome with two main symptoms: repetitive behavior and social interaction disorder. Camel milk, due to its antioxidant, immune-modulating, anti-inflammatory, and anti-apoptotic properties maybe have beneficial effects on ASD.Materials and Methods: Pregnant rats were injected intraperitoneally on day 12.5 of gestation with 500 mg/kg valproic acid. Then male neonatal rats were divided into five groups: Control group, valproic acid group, camel raw milk group + risperidone, and boiled camel milk group + risperidone. For the treatment period, rats have injected with risperidone (0.2 mg/kg) three times a week, and raw and boiled camel milk was given daily (10 ml/kg) for 42 days. Experiments of social interaction and repetitive behavior were measured at the beginning and end of the treatment period.Results: The offspring of mothers who received valproic acid had problems in social interactions, and sociability and social preference indexes were significantly reduced. Repetitive self-glooming behaviors also increased in VPA-rats. The treatment groups improved their social and repetitive behaviors after receiving camel milk and risperidone and were significantly different from the valproic acid and pre-treatment groups. Moreover, sociability and social preference indexes showed an increase after treatment with camel milk. Sociability index, social preference, social preference index, and repetitive behaviors before and after treatment between groups improved significantly (p <0.001) after treatment.Conclusion: Treatment with a camel milk diet improved the main behaviors of autism symptoms, such as social interactions and repetitive movements
