Background and Objective: The development of wastewater treatment facilities has increased concern over their energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Energy consumption is the main source of carbon emissions in wastewater treatment plants. The environmental impact of energy consumption in wastewater treatment plants can be reduced through different strategies, such as use of renewable energy sources.Materials and Methods: Solar trickling filter pilot was designed and studied at Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences. wastewater was provided from the fish pool effluent. Results of project were analyzed with Retscreen Software. Results: The mean removal of BOD5, COD, TC and TSS were 90%, 69%, 92% and 53%, respectively. The removal efficiency of BOD5, COD and TSS decreased with increasing organic and hydraulic loading rate and cloudiness. Pilot activity reduces about 0.1 tons of CO2 emissions per year. pilot was not economically feasible due to its small size. Conclusion: solar trickling filter system is associated with problems such as cloudiness, dust accumulation on the plates, sudden electric motor interruption due to battery drain and so on, however, its efficiency was optimal and expected to expand in industrial scale in Iran with high sunny days.

Background: Individuals with social phobia don’t have a flexible approach to deal with stress and they are weak to practice social skills. This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the Heimberg- Becker group cognitive- behavioral therapy in Improving Female Adolescents Social Anxiety and Cognitive Flexibility.
Materials and Methods: In this experimental design, 24 patients with social phobia were selected from 2013-2014 highschool female students of Esfarayen, Iran. They randomly assigned to experimental (Cognitive-Behavioral Group Therapy Heimberg- Becker) and control groups. All subjects of both groups responded to Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN), Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI), Client Satisfaction Questionnaire (CSQ), and Clinical Global Index (CGI) at pre and post treatment. Data were analyzed by t-test and multiple analyses of variance (MANOVA) using SPSS-19 statistical package and P values less than 0.05 were considered significant. Also, improvement percents were computed.
Results: Results showed that CBGT compared to control group lead to more significant improvement in cognitive flexibility and social anxiety (P

Purpose: This study is conducted to investigate the relative efficacy of behavioral cognitive techniques, medical therapy and their combination in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder.
Methods and Material: This study is based on behavioral-cognitive theories and biochemical treatment of mental disorder. Four groups of 8 were randomly selected from among single and married men and women referring to psychotherapy clinics. Obsessive compulsive disorder scale of Madsly, Bell Brown, Salkovskis, Van open and medicinal treatment were used for measurement.
Results: No Significant differences were found to exist between the subjects as for their age, education, sex and duration of suffering from the disorder; however, the difference was significant in their marital status. Also, each individual treatment procedure reduced the symptoms of obsession, depression and anxiety, changed their beliefs, unhealthy feeling and partially improved their social adaptation. However, the combination of medicinal and behavioral-cognitive techniques had higher efficacy.
