Introduction: Coronaviruses are a subset of coronaviruses that range from the common cold to more severe illnesses. Symptoms of COVID19 begin a few days after becoming infected with the virus, including fever, dry cough, respiratory distress, fatigue, muscle aches, and diarrhea. Given that the virus causes severe symptoms in some patients, even without the underlying disease, it is likely to be related to the individual characteristics of the patients. Therefore, it seems necessary to study internal characteristics such as blood type, temperament or even the genes of patients.Materials and Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study in 2020. A total of 100 people were selected from those who had respiratory symptoms and had a positive QQ 19 test. Mood questionnaire was completed for each person. 3 cc of venous blood was taken from patients to evaluate blood group. Results: In the study of the relationship between sex and disease severity, 42.2% of men were admitted to the ward and 38.9% of women were mostly examined on an outpatient basis, but this difference was not significant.Compared with blood groups, O-negative blood group had the lowest and A-positive blood group had the highest prevalence. In terms of prevalence of wet and dry temperaments, 29.6% had wet temperament, 43.2% had moderate temperament and 27.2% had dry temperament. Also, in the study of cold and hot temperament, 21% had a cold temperament, 49.4% had a balanced temperament and 29.6% had a warm temperament. There was no significant relationship between cold temperament and disease severity between the three temperament groups. P = 0.21)). Also, there was no significant relationship between wet and dry temperament and disease severity between the 3 groups (P = 0.09).Conclusion: According to this study, the prevalence of covid19 disease in warm chord temperaments was higher than other blood clusters. Blood group O was less common than other blood groups, which could be helpful in the prognosis of patients.

Background: The aim of this study was to the effect of training intervention on physical activity levels on personnel of University of Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences.
Material and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 91 employed of University of Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences were sampling method. Data were collected by using measure pedometer to assess objective physical activity. Start using the pedometer, step duration, the average number of employees sitting in two weeks, to determine baseline physical activity staff and employees who have a benchmark to calculate the minimum amount of physical activity in this research were practice. The program includes 10 weeks of training (five phases) practice walking and recording the number of steps counted by the pedometer. Using an intervention program, during each phase of the stair steps were added each week.
Results: Analysis of variance with repeated measures showed that recorded the number of steps in each phase, there are significant differences in the final phase (two late weeks) intervention steps to increase the number of employees was reduced and the time to sit down.
Conclusion: Probably, this study was the first study assessed physical activity in personnel by using pedometer And results showed that use an exercise intervention in the workplace can lead to increased levels of physical activity in staff of workplace.

Background: Pneumothorax and its related mortality isvery commonin infancy and it is intensified among infants who received the mechanical ventilation treatment. Determining the effective factors in the incidence of this disease is very importantin reducing its related mortality. Our study has done with the goal of evaluating Pneumothorax prevalence and the related mortality among infants receiving mechanical ventilation in NICU and determining the effective factors on it.
Method and Materials: This descriptive analytical study was conducted at all infants hospitalized in Mahdieh University children’s Hospital. All infants with post mechanical ventilation Pneumothorax were included in this study and infants’ information about birth weight, gender of the infant, method of delivery, the site of Pneumothorax incidence, treatment with surfactant, rate of PCo2,rate of PIP, the time of Pneumothorax initialization after the mechanical ventilation and the death time after Pneumothorax prevalence were collected. Background: The aim of this study was to evaluate the short-term effects of creatine supplementation in combination with vibration exercise on physical fitness and neuromuscular performance of elderly women.
Materials and Methods: The study population included women aged over 60 years. For this purpose, 22 healthy elderly females were selected and randomly divided into three groups: vibration exercise with creatine supplementation (n=8), vibration exercise with placebo (n=7), and control (n=7) groups. Vibration exercise with creatine supplementation group, performed exercises which included six posture exercises, based on the principle of overload, for 10 days, with a frequency of 30-35 Hz and amplitude of 5 mm; and at the same time, received 20 grams creatine, for the first 5-day, and 5 grams creatine, for the later 5-day, daily. Vibration exercise with placebo group, instead of creatine, received dextrose. Evaluation factors were the static strength of hands and feet (dynamometer), the dynamic power of leg (knee open device), the static balance (standing on one leg), and dynamic balance (lifted and walking), the lower body performance (30 meters walk, tandem gate and get up and sit on a chair), and flexibility (sit and delivery). ANOVA and analysis of covariance statistical tests were used to examine the main effects; and post hoc Tukey and Sidak tests, were used to compare pairs of groups (P≤0.05).
Results: The results of ANOVA showed that there was no significant difference between the groups in the static power (P=0.89), lower body function in tandem gate test (P=0.25), and flexibility (P=0.59); but the static power and performance of leg in 30-meter walk test, was better in vibration exercise with creatine supplementation group than the control group (P

Aim and scope: In recent years, the need to decrease pain and anxiety in patients with acute leukemia during invasive diagnostic and therapeutic measures has been emphasized. This study was performed with the aim of evaluating pain and discomfort caused by bone marrow aspiration under general anesthesia compared with local anesthesia. Materials and methods: This cohort study was performed on 239 patients with acute leukemia under 18 years of age admitted to Dr. Sheikh Hospital in Mashhad during two years. Children undergoing bone marrow aspiration with either general anesthesia with propofol or local anesthesia with lidocaine were compared in terms of pain intensity (Visual Analogue Scale), resistance to procedure, and the fear and anxiety during aspiration. Results were evaluated with SPSS software version 16 using t test and chi-squared test. Results: Among the 135 patients who were under general anesthesia, 20.1% showed a slight resistance to apply the anesthesia mask. The least amounts of pain, fear, and anxiety were reported. Among the 104 patients under local anesthesia, 80.2% had physical resistance, 44.4% had severe and very severe pain, and 86.1% showed intense fear and anxiety. In the general anesthesia group, physical resistance (p=0.01), pain (p=0.01), and fear and anxiety (p

Background and Purpose: Pregnancy in the rudimentary horn is a rare but serious phenomenon in obstetrics، and is associated with the rupture of uterus and maternal mortality. In the present report، we present a rudimentary horn pregnancy in the15th week of gestation.
The Patient: A multiparous 33-year-old woman in the 15th week of gestation with severe abdominal pain underwent an emergency laparotomy. A ruptured rudimentary horn in was observed in operation and fetus was within the intact sac in peritoneum cavity. The fetus and placenta were extracted and the right tube and the rudimentary horn were removed. The patient was discharged from hospital with no particular complication after 3 days.
Conclusion: Rudimentary horn pregnancy is rare but it must be considered because of its severe complications.
