Introduction: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of peer educationadherence of dialysis patients l. Methods: The present study is a clinical trial that was conducted in 1398 with the participation of 60 dialysis patients by available sampling method and random allocation of samples in two experimental and control groups (30 people in each group). . Before the intervention, information about the samples was collected through demographic questionnaires and adherence to diet and medication of dialysis patients. Then, the peer education intervention was designed based on the educational needs of patients in different areas for the intervention group. Face-to-face and solo procedures were performed during two sessions of dialysis. One month after the end of the second session, the diet and medication adherence questionnaire of dialysis patients was given to both groups again and the data were analyzed using SPSS software version 19. Results: In the pre-test, independent t-test did not show a significant difference in the scores of diet and medication adherence between the control and intervention groups (p> 0.05). While in the post-test stage, there was a significant difference in the scores of diet and medication adherence between the experimental and control groups (p <0.05). Paired t-test also showed a significant difference between before and after the intervention in the experimental group (p <0.05). Discussion and Conclusion: Peer education promotes adherence to diet and medication of dialysis patients, so the use of this educational method for dialysis patients along with other educational methods is recommended.

Introduction: In recent years, researchers have considered the anticancer activity coumarins, due to their powerful biological activity and poor toxicity that can neutralize the side effects induced by radiotherapy. The aim of this study was to investigate the cytotoxic effects of coumarin on HT-29 and A549 cancer cells.
Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, the stoke of coumarin was prepared and then for 1,3, and 5 days at concentrations of5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 μM the cells were treated and evaluated on viability days and morphology of the cells indefinite days. The IC50 concentration of coumarin was calculated using MTT assay in two cell lines. Also, the expression of the involved genes in apoptosis such as Bax, Bad, and Bcl-2 was evaluated by the qRT_PCR method. Data were analyzed by a one-way ANOVA test.
Results: The results showed that coumarin reduced the viability and proliferation of HT-29 and special A549 cells by dose and time significantly (P≤0.001), as well as the viability rate of cells in treated cells on the fifth day, significantly decreased compared to the control group (P <0.05). Morphological changes such as reduced chromatin density, cell turnover were also noticeably observed in the cells. Also, molecular results showed that coumarin could significantly increase the expression of Bax, Bad genes and decrease the expression of Bcl-2 gene expression. That these genetic changes in A549 cells were significantly greater than HT-29.
Conclusion: Coumarin is capable of anti-proliferative activity and induces apoptosis effectively against colon and lung cancer cells.

Introduction: The cost of hospital services has increased sharply, so we must pay attention to the proper management of costs in hospitals and the need to make optimal use of available facilities and resources by using economic analysis. This study aimed to investigate the types of efficiency of hospitals in Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences before and after establishing the Health System Reform.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted to measure hospitals' technical, scale, and managerial efficiency under the auspices of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences using the comprehensive data analysis model and Pabon Lasso model in 2014 and 2018.
Results: Hospitals' average technical efficiency and scale had increased from 0.945 in 2014 to 0.924 in 2018. Also, the average change in total productivity was equal to 0.978, which indicates an improvement in the productivity situation during the study period.
Conclusion: One of the reasons for the increase in the number of hospitals with technical efficiency and scale 1 is the start of Heshmatieh Hospital and the optimal use of resources by the above hospital. In this study, the Malmquist index and Pabon Lasso model show that hospitals' performance has improved after establishing the Health Reform Plan. Still, the values of various types of performance calculated through data envelopment analysis show a slight decrease in performance. Sabzevar hospitals are after the implementation of the Reform plan. Therefore, the correct distribution of resources effectively improves the hospital's function.

Introduction: Satisfaction with married life depends on various factors. Also, among the effective factors for increasing breastfeeding, we can mention the level of self-efficacy of the mother in breastfeeding. This research was conducted with the aim of the relationship between marital satisfaction and breastfeeding self-efficacy in primiparous and multiparous mothers hospitalized in Qom city in 2022.Materials and Methods: This study was of a descriptive-correlation type, which was investigated in 81 primiparous mothers and 49 multiparous mothers selected by convenient sampling method (available). Data collection was done using an ENRICH marital satisfaction questionnaire and BSES-SF breastfeeding self-efficacy questionnaire. The data was analysis by using SPSS statistical software. Results: mean and standard deviation of marital satisfaction in primiparous women (2.56±1.01) and in multiparous women (2.54±1.06) and breastfeeding self-efficacy in primiparous women (2.55±0.97) and in multiparous women (2.50±1.007). There was a significant relationship between marital satisfaction and breastfeeding self-efficacy in primiparous and multiparous mothers, respectively. Conclusion: The results of this research indicate that the status of breastfeeding self-efficacy and marital satisfaction of the mothers who participated in this study was lower than the average level. Also, there is a relationship between marital satisfaction and breastfeeding self-efficacy in the primiparous and multiparous mothers in Qom's selected Hospitals in2022. Therefore, this research confirms the necessity of educating and informing parents about the importance of supporting the spouse and its effect on improving the family's breastfeeding self-efficacy.

Introduction: Inadequate nutrition is one of the causes of high cholesterol and blood lipid, which if untreated, due to the high inflammation of liver cells, can lead to fatty liver. The aim of this study was to evaluate the anti-hyperlipidemia effect of herbal tea of Rosa damascena Mill and Cassia angustifolia Vahl on lipid profile in male rats.
Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 28 male rats (220 ± 20 g) were randomly divided into four groups (n = 7 each): control, control + high-fat diet, experimental group + high-fat diet + herbal tea, and experimental group + herbal tea. The groups were treated with herbal tea of Cassia angustifolia Vahl (0.4 g/kg) plus Rosa damascena Mill (0.2 g/kg) in three time periods with two days interval. After 28 days, the animals were anesthetized, and blood samples were collected from the heart. Blood parameters were measured using an autoanalyzer.
Results: Based on the results, lipid profile, except for the AST enzyme, significantly decreased in the experimental group with high-fat diet + herbal tea. In the experimental group with normal diet + herbal tea, the profile did not show any significant difference; however, AST enzyme increased significantly (p ≤ 0.05), as compared to the control group.
Conclusion: Herbal tea prepared with a combination of Cassia angustifolia Vahl and Rosa damascena Mill can be considered as a drug with rapid efficacy in people with hyperlipidemia.

Introduction: The aim of this study was to compare the effect of direct cranial electrical stimulation and cognitive-behavioral therapy on cognitive functions and psychological well-being of methamphetamine-dependent patients.Materials and Methods: This experimental study was a post-test pre-test by control group. The statistical population was all male patients dependent on methamphetamine referred to Gam Addiction Treatment Clinic in Ghaemshahr in 1399, from which 45 statistical samples were selected by convenience sampling method and randomly divided into 3 groups of 15 (Experiment 1, Experiment 2 and Control) were divided. Subjects in all three groups answered the Wechsler Form A (1945) and Reef (1989) psychological well-being questionnaires in three stages of pre-test, post-test and follow-up. For experimental group 1, direct electrical stimulation from the skull with a maximum current of 2 mA and a maximum voltage of 80 volts, and for the experimental group 2, sessions of cognitive-behavioral therapy on the protocol of cognitive-behavioral therapy (Bailing, McCabe, Anthony, 2011) It was performed for 12 sessions and the control group did not receive any treatment. SPSS24 software and descriptive and analytical statistics (Analyze of Covariance and Post-Hoc) were used to analyze the data. Results: The analysis showed that direct electrical stimulation from the skull and cognitive-behavioral therapy had a positive and significant effect on cognitive functions and psychological well-being (p < 0.05). But the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy was greater (p < 0.05).Conclusion: Cognitive-behavioral therapy can be used to reduce psychological problems cognitive functions and improvement in methamphetamine-dependent patients.

Introduction: At present, Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria has caused many problems to control nosocomial infections due to its resistance to various antibiotics and MexAB-OprM efflux pumps play an important role in making Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains resistant to antibiotics. The aim of this study was to determine the antimicrobial effect of silver nanoparticles and probiotic Lactobacillus plantarum on MexA gene expression.
Materials and Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 49 strains were collected from 8 medical diagnostic laboratories in Mashhad during the years 1398-1399 for 8 months. Evaluation of antibiotic susceptibility pattern of strains was using disk diffusion method based on CLSI protocol. After treatment of multidrug resistant bacteria with inhibitors, microdilution method and Real time-PCR technique were used to determine the effective dilution of silver nanoparticles and probiotics on the expression of MexA gene of its producing bacterium, respectively.
Results: All samples were identified and all of them were resistant to more than two antibiotics and had MexA gene. The minimum growth inhibition concentration in agar dilution method was up to 250 μg / ml for silver nanoparticles and up to 18 μg / ml for probiotics. Silver nanoparticles had a greater effect in inhibiting bacterial growth compared to probiotics and this effect is less than the combined effect of probiotics and silver nanoparticles (P> 0.05).
Conclusion: Silver and probiotic nanoparticles have inhibitory and antibacterial activity to reduce the performance of MexAB-OprM efflux pump in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. (P> 0.05).

Introduction: Many psychological and emotional processes can be involved in the vulnerability to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). This study aimed to explain the causal relationship between emotional schemas and the severity of symptoms in patients with irritable bowel syndrome based on the mediatory role of anger. Materials and Methods: The descriptive-correlational method was used in this study for data collection. The statistical population consisted of all patients with irritable bowel syndrome referred to Imam Reza Hospital's Gastrointestinal Clinic in Mashhad in 2020, from whom 323 individuals were selected by convenience sampling. Research tools included Irritable Bowel Syndrome Severity Scoring System (IBS-SSS) by Francis et al. (1997), Novaco Anger Scale (NAS) (1994), and Leahy Emotional Schema Scale (LESS) (2002). The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling.
Results: The indirect pathway coefficient between non-adaptive emotional schemas and the severity of irritable bowel syndrome symptoms (p<0.01, β=0.128) was positive and significant at the level of 0.01. Also, the indirect path coefficient between adaptive emotional schemas and severity of irritable bowel syndrome symptoms (p<0.01, β=-0.139) was negative and significant at the level of 0.01.
Conclusion: The present study results show that anger mediates the relationship between adaptive and non-adaptive emotional schemas with the severity of irritable bowel syndrome symptoms.
