Background: Autism spectrum disorder is one of the neurodevelopmental disorders that has been associated with persistent deficits in communication and social interactions in several different fields. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of reality therapy on psychological capital, emotional self-regulation and anxiety sensitivity in mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder.Materials and Methods: The research method is a quasi-experimental method and its design is pre-test and post-test with a control group. This study was carrie out on mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder in Rasht, Iran. The instruments included the 16-question anxiety sensitivity questionnaire of Deacon and Wallen (2002), the 24-question psychological capital questionnaire of Luthans (2007) and the 63-question self-regulation questionnaire of Miller and Brown (1999).The data were analyzed using SPSS23 software and Mankova's multivariate analysis of covariance test. Results: The results of the research showed that reality therapy had a significant effect on psychological capital, emotional self-regulation and anxiety sensitivity in mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder. Reality therapy also had a significant effect on anxiety sensitivity and psychological capital. It also had a significant effect on emotional self-regulation.Conclusion: The average scores of psychological capital, emotional self-regulation in the intervention group under reality therapy in the post-test stage significantly increased compared to the pre-test and the control group. Also, the average scores of anxiety sensitivity in the intervention group under reality therapy in the post-test phase decreased compared to the pre-test and the control group.

Introduction: Increasing drug use among adolescents has reached an epidemicThis study aimed Causal Modeling of Tendency to Addiction Based on Anxiety Sensitivity Mediated by Mediation Difficult in Emotion Regulation in Male Adolescents.
Materials and Methods: The method of this study was descriptive-correlational. The whole students studying in Parsabad city in the year 2019 formed the statistical population of this study. Two hundred thirty-one of them were selected through cluster sampling from above statistical population and they were asked to respond to questionnaires of anxiety sensitivity, tendency to addiction and Difficulties in Emotion Regulation. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equating modeling (SEM) using SPSS-25 and Lisrel 8.8software.
Results: The results showed that anxiety sensitivity was directly and indirectly associated with tendency to addiction (with difficulty mediating emotion regulation). The research model is well-fitted with difficult mediation in emotion regulation. Model fit indices also confirmed the association between anxiety sensitivity to addiction tendency and difficulty in emotion regulation.
Conclusion: The results showed that anxiety sensitivity as an independent variable and difficulty in emotion regulation as mediator variable are important factors in predicting addiction tendency. Which can be useful in planning prevention interventions and workshops to manage and control emotion and anxiety adjustment strategies.

Background: Peptic ulcers is a common psycho- physiologic disease among students. The aim of the present study was to experiment of the effectiveness of Mindfulness Based on Stress Reduction on anxi-ety sensitivity and impulsivity among Shahid Chamran university of Ahvaz students with peptic ulcers. Materials and Methods: Through a quasi-experimental design with the pre-test, post-test and follow-up with the control group, a total number of 24 BA level students with peptic ulcers were selected through available sampling and divided to [12 experimental group] and [12 control group]. The experimental group received eight ses-sions of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through two 120-minute sessions per week. The instruments applied comprised Baret Impul-sivity Scale [BIS-11] and Anxiety Sensitivity Index [ASI], which were answered in three phases, namely prior to the treatment, after the treatment and one-month follow-up. Results: The results of Multivariate covariance showed that Mindful-ness-Base Stress Reduction reduces the impulsivity ( F= 8.80, p= 0.001) and anxiety sensitivity ( F= 5.62 , p= 0.02) in the experimental group compared with the control group, in posttest. Conclusion: Considering the efficacy of this treatment on impulsivity and anxiety sensitivity, we suggested that Mindfulness Based on Stress Reduction with other medical treatment operate for peptic ul-cers.
