Introduction: Heart disease is one of the most common diseases in the world. The aim of the current research was the efficacy of written emotional expression training on adherence to treatment in heart patients.Materials and Methods: The present study was practical and quasi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design and a two-month follow-up with a control group. The statistical population included all patients with heart problems in the west of Tehran city, 40 of whom were selected by available sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. They completed Medanlo adherence to treatment questionnaire (2013). The data was analyzed using the repeated measurement variance analysis method with the help of SPSSV19 software. Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference in the adherence to treatment variable and all its components (F=7.332 and P<0.01). After the intervention in the variables of interest in treatment (F=7.694 and P<0.01), willingness to participate (F=6.959 and P<0.01), ability to adapt (F=14.113 and P<0.01), integration of treatment with life (F=9.953 and P<0.01), adherence to treatment (F=6.891 and P<0.01), commitment to treatment (F=6.892 and P<0.01), doubt in implementing the treatment (F=19.877 and P<0.01) and adherence to treatment (F=43.134 and P<0.01) of the group. Conclusion: Finally, it can be concluded that the use of written emotional expression training has elevated the adherence to treatment and its components in heart patients. Therefore psychologists, counselors, cardiologists, and clinical and health professionals can benefit from this training in order to improve the adherence to treatment of heart patients.

Background:Health-related quality of life is an index of the safety Patients and refers to the measure of a patient's functioning, well-being, and general health perception in each of three domains: physical, psychological, and social. The aim of this study is identify related factors with quality of life in hemodialysis patients.Materials and Methods:In this cross sectional study, 50 hemodialysis patients of 15 to 87 years old in mashad city were participated in 2017. We used checklists which included demographic questionnaire and SF-36 Questionnaire. Descriptive and statistical tests such as mean± standard deviation for quantitative variables, Spearman correlation coefficient,Naparametric test were used. Results:The mean score of quality of life was 43.3±8.2 that in the physical dimension was 42.8 ± 11.9 and in the psychological dimension was 43.9 ± 10.4.The highest mean of quality of life was observed in the men( 42.5 ± 6.1) , singles ( 43.6 ± 5.4), users general vehicles (44.4 ± 8.4) and people with a level of education in the guidance school (43.5±6.7).Age (p=0.04,r=-0.3) and duration to each dialysis session(p=0.007,r=-0.2) with mean score for quality of life were significantly inversely related but the correlation did not significantly with any of the individual characteristics, laboratory factors and clinical factors. The marrage (p=0.03) and duration of each dialysis session (p=0.03) and age(p=0.04) was a significant inversely correlation with the physical dimension. Conclusions: Life quality of Hemodialysis patients is low and authorities need to provide these patients with more social support and see into their welfare.

Background and purpose: Heart failure is a common and life-threatening situation. These patients have poor sleep quality. One of the possible ways of improving sleep qualityis based on self-care education in the nursing model, thus this study was aimed at assessing the effects of the partnership care model on sleep quality among patients with heart failure.
Materials and Methods: An experimental study (randomized controlled trials) was performed on 102 patients with chronic stable heart failure among whom reffered to Vasei hospital of Sabzevar in 2014. Patients were randomly assigned into two groups. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale was used as a criterion.Interventionand implementation of the partnership care model in one of the test groups were kept running for three months. Obtained data were analyzied based on descriptive and inferential statistical methods (chi-square, Mann-Whitney U, analysis of covariance & Multilevel Logistic Regression) with SPSS (Version 11.5) & SAS (Version 9.1) Softwares with 95% of confidence (95% CI).
Results: The results showed that there wasn't any statistical significant difference in the mean score of sleep quality between the two groups before the intervention. But after the intervention the values of mean and standard deviation of sleep quality were obtained 9.02±4.03 & 4.43±2.89, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups in sleep scores obtained by statistical test of Mann-Whitney U (p=0.001).
Conclusion: Implementation of the partnership care model is effective in increasing the quality of sleep among patients with heart failure. Therefor the implementation of the partnership care model among patients with choronic disease is suggested.

Background and purpose:Microsporidia infections occurvirtually in all in vertebrate and vertebrate hosts,in cluding humans. The this study is aimed atcomparison of distribution of microsporidiosis in various samples of Iranian immunocompromised patients and healthy individuals by molecular methods.
Materials and Methods: Inthiscase - control study, 258stool, blood, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) and urine sampleswere obtained fromimmunocompromisedpatients (bone marrowtransplant, kidney transplant and respiratory complications) referred to Masih Daneshvari and Shariati Hospitalduring 2010-2011.
After recording clinical data, DNA extraction was performed on all samples. To identifyhuman related microsporidiosis (Encephalitozoon spp. And Enterocytozoon spp.), polymerase chain reactionwas performedusingspecific primers andmultiplex-PCR on allsamples.
Results: Overall, the prevalence of microsporidiosis in immunocompromised patients were 4.3 and 3.9 percent in cases and control group, respectively.Incidence of microsporidiosis in patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation (5 isolates from 70 samples) was 7.1%, in patients with respiratory complications (4 isolates from 150 samples) 2.7 percent and patients undergoing renal transplantation (2 isolates from 38 samples) 5.3 percent. In the case group, most cases of infection occurred among men at the age of40-60 years. In bronchoalveolar lavage samples 3 isolates of Encephalitozoon (2%) and one isolate of Entrocytozoon (0.7%), were identified, respectively. In cancer patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation 4 isolates of Encephalitozoon (5.7%), 1 isolate of Enterocytozoon (1.4%) and in patients with renal transplants 2 isolates of Enterocytozoon (5.3%)were detected. 4 isolates of Enterocytozoon (2.2%) and 3 isolates of Encephalitozoon (1.7%) were identified in the control group that most infections occurred among menat the age of30-45years.
Conclusion:The most cases of human microsporidiosis are associated with human immunodeficiency virus infection or other states of immunosuppression, particularly in organ transplant recipients; The obtained results confirm this claim.
