Background: The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of Transcranial Direct Current Brain Stimulation (tDCS) and computer-based cognitive rehabilitation on improving impulsivity in children with attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder.
Materials and Methods: The current research design was quesi-experiment with pre-test-post-test and control group. 60 children with attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder were selected by purposeful sampling and randomly replaced in three groups: experiment 1, experiment 2, and control (20 people in each group). Data were collected using Connors Parent Rating Scale (1978), Raven's Progressive Matrices Test (2000) Test and Barrett's impulsivity questionnaire (1995). The subjects of the first experimental group received Transcranial Direct Current Brain Stimulation (tDCS) and second experimental group also received Captain Log's rehabilitation intervention. The control group did not receive any intervention.
Results: The results showed that there is a significant difference between the groups impulsivity (P<0.05). The experimental groups of transcranial direct current brain stimulation (tDCS) and computer-based cognitive rehabilitation had lower impulsivity compared to the control group. Also, by controlling the effect of the pre-test in the two experimental groups, there is significant difference between the two methods of transcranial direct current brain stimulation (tDCS) and computer-based cognitive rehabilitation (P<0.05).
Conclusion: According to the results, it can be said that the intervention of transcranial direct current brain stimulation (tDCS) and computer-based cognitive rehabilitation was effective in improving the impulsivity in children with attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder. Therefore, both interventions can be used to improve the impulsivity in children with attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder.

Background: Peptic ulcers is a common psycho- physiologic disease among students. The aim of the present study was to experiment of the effectiveness of Mindfulness Based on Stress Reduction on anxi-ety sensitivity and impulsivity among Shahid Chamran university of Ahvaz students with peptic ulcers. Materials and Methods: Through a quasi-experimental design with the pre-test, post-test and follow-up with the control group, a total number of 24 BA level students with peptic ulcers were selected through available sampling and divided to [12 experimental group] and [12 control group]. The experimental group received eight ses-sions of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through two 120-minute sessions per week. The instruments applied comprised Baret Impul-sivity Scale [BIS-11] and Anxiety Sensitivity Index [ASI], which were answered in three phases, namely prior to the treatment, after the treatment and one-month follow-up. Results: The results of Multivariate covariance showed that Mindful-ness-Base Stress Reduction reduces the impulsivity ( F= 8.80, p= 0.001) and anxiety sensitivity ( F= 5.62 , p= 0.02) in the experimental group compared with the control group, in posttest. Conclusion: Considering the efficacy of this treatment on impulsivity and anxiety sensitivity, we suggested that Mindfulness Based on Stress Reduction with other medical treatment operate for peptic ul-cers.

Background and Aim: The spread of violence and aggression in Iranian society, especially in recent years, is one of the most serious social harm. The present study aimed to determine a structural model for aggression based on the emotion regulation, alexithymia, impulsivity and sensation seeking in students.Materials and Methods: The method of this research is descriptive and the research design is correlation of the type of structural equation modeling. Sample of the research includes 210 students (136 girls and 74 boys) from the Islamic Azad University of Rasht in the second semester in 1391-97 year that They were selected by cluster sampling method and completed aggression questionnaire (AQ), emotional dysregulation scale (DERS), Baret's impulsivity questionnaire, Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TASS), and Zuckerman's sensation seeking Scale. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive indexes, Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling. Results: The results of this study showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of emotion dysregulation, impulsivity, alexithymia and sensation seeking with aggression in students (P
