Backgrounds and Objectives: Women make up half of the population of every society and their health builds up families' and societies' health. Therefore the higher quality of life of them in families can put a great positive effect on the quality of life of other family members. The objective of this study was to assess the quality of life in women referred to health centers of Neyshabur. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 387 women referring to health centers of Neyshabur who were chosen randomly in 2012. The data required in this study was gathered through World Health Organization Brief Quality Of Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF). Data analysis was performed by descriptive statistics and analytic statistics by means of SPSS software, version 16. Results: The mean age of studied women was 28.72±7.56. According to the result, the mean score of quality of life among women was 13.87±1.69. The lowest and the highest mean scores were observed in physical health dimension (12.8±1.87) and social relationship dimension (14.65±2.82), respectively. According to multivariate linear regression model there was a meaningful relation between overall quality of life with age, family income, spouse education levels, history of chronic disease in family (P< 0.05). Conclusion: According to the results, quality of life of studied women are in moderate level and variables such as family income and history of chronic disease in family are the most effective factors on their quality of life. So according to the vital role of women in families, it seems appropriate interventions should be carried out by concerning authorities to improve QoL of them.

Background & Objectives: Nurses are the professionals who are doing important work in the hospital and always are exposed to occupational injuries. Safety climate that is important factor is measured by using quantity questionnaire and show a snapshot of organization safety Status. To assess safety climate, a valid and reliable tool is needed. The aim of this study was developing and psychometric questionnaire to assess safety climate among the nurses.
Materials & Methods: This psychometric study was conducted among the 480 nurses in five hospitals in Iran. Using nurse's safety literature and other nurse's safety climate questionnaire, a 25 items questionnaire was developed. Face validity, content validity by using quality and quantity methods, construct validity by using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses was examined. To evaluate the questionnaire reliability the internal consistency and test-retest reliability method was used. The data was analyses by spssv16 and lisrelv8.5.
Results: The content validity index of questionnaire was estimated. Exploratory factor analyses extracted 6 factors with 60.69 percent of total variance. RMSEA, GFI and AGFI indexes were estimated 0.050, 0.92 and 0.89. Cronbach's alpha was calculated 0.79 and Pierson coefficient showed significant correlation between test and retest results (p

Background and aim: Due to the high production rate and the manual nature of the manufacturing of Arc opal dishes the probability of the musculoskeletal disorder onset is high. The aim of present study was to detect and assess the risk of musculoskeletal disorders and its relation to the work pace among the staffs in one of the dishes manufacturing companies.
Materials & Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study was carried out on the 100 staffs employed on the decoration section of the company that had job experience equal to one year. They was selected randomly. . To detect the disorders in different parts of the body and to assess the risk of MSDs were used Nordic questionnaireand QEC method respectively. Using SPSS15 software, we analyzed data that used one way ANOVA and Independent Sample t- test.
Results: The results from Nordic questionnaire revealed that the most prevalent disorders in past year related to back (93%), neck(89%), and shoulder(82%) regions respectively. The QEC showed that level of worker exposure with risk factors in back(53%), shoulder(58%), Wrist – Hand(71%) and neck(58%) regions is high. Also 71 percent of worker employees have inappropriate posture during work. A significant relation was found between the MSDs and the work pace.
Conclusion: Considering the high prevalence of MSD and analyzing the related risk factors which signifying the risky condition of work environment, it proposed to apply the ergonomic intervention for reduction of work pace.

Background and aims: Development and rapid increase of computer usage in all aspects of industry and society has been caused remarkable increase in musculoskeletal disorders of upper limbs. So, this study was conducted to determine the prevalence of upper musculoskeletal limbs disorders, to assess potential risk to them and their relations with demographic characteristics among computer users of a power company`s Computer Users.
Materials and Methods: In this cross sectional and descriptive - analytic study, all computer users who worked in official units (60 people) of a power company that had entry criteria were chosen in 1390. In this study, Nordic questionnaire and RULA method were used. Data gathering was analyzed by applying SPSS13 software, statistical tests, Chi-Square and Independent Sample T- test.
Results: The results of the questionnaire revealed that the most pain was related to back (80.00%), neck (73.30%), arms/ wrists (73.30%), and shoulder (46.70%) respectively, in past year.
