Background: Obesity in patients is followed by decreased kidney function and leads to renal damage in healthy people. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of aerobic exercise with and without green tea consumption on kidney function in sedentary postmenopausal women.Materials and Methods: Out of 60 volunteers, 29 sedentary postmenopausal women with a body mass index higher than 25 kg/m2 were randomly divided into three groups, exercise, supplement and exercise+supplement. Aerobic exercise program was performed for 8 weeks, 3 sessions per week and each session for 45 minutes at 65-75 % of maximum heart rate. Supplement groups consumed 6 g of green tea powder in 600 ml of almost boiling water (80 °) daily and one hour before their meals for 8 weeks. Combined group performed exercise and consumed supplement, simultaneously.Results: In supplement group, creatinine levels (p=0.048) decreased significantly; While none of the variables in exercise group (uric acid (p=0.432), urea (p=0.681) and creatinine (p=1)) and exercise+supplement group (uric acid (p=0.597), urea (p=0.270) and creatinine (p=0.235)) had no significant change. Between groups changes in any of the variables was not significant too.Conclusion: Eight weeks of aerobic exercises in water alone and in combination with green tea consumption did not improve renal function in obese and overweight postmenopausal women, while green tea consumption alone decreased serum creatinine and improved renal function.

Background: Depression is of paramount importance to people with chronic internal diseases.One of these diseases is type 2 diabetes. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of depression in diabetic patients.Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytic cross-sectional study was performed on 384 diabetic patients.These subjects were selected randomly from among all type 2 diabetic patients referring to the diabetes clinic in the winter of 2016.Data was collected using questionnaire containing general information and 21 questions for depression diagnosis. A score above 16 is indicative of depression symptoms. Statistical analysis was performed by SSPS software )version 9( with non-parametric Chi-square index.The results of the prevalence of depression among 108 male and 276 female diabetic patients showed that 25% of men and 75% of women were depressed.Results: The results of examining the variables of gender, family size, marital status, educational level, occupation, income, and duration of diagnosis on depression showed that depression in men and women significantly depends on the aforementioned factors. With the values of (p = 0/02, p =0/00, p = 0/006, p = 0/00, p = 0/00, p = 0/00, p =0/00) ,respectively. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of depression and the age of the patients(p =0/4).Conclusion: Depression is very common in diabetic patients, so psychiatric counseling is recommended for depression in diabetic patients.

Background & Objectives: Nurses are the individuals who have been exposed to damage caused by improper anxiety. This stress can affect the mental health and nursing performance. So the present study aimed to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on the anxiety levels of nurses working in hospitals of Sabzevar. Materials & Methods: In this randomized trial, 135 nurses working in Sabzevar hospitals were enrolled and then randomly were assigned to intervention and control groups. The samples were completed demographic questionnaire, questionnaire of emotional intelligence (Bar-One), and Spiel-Berger’s Situational and Characteristic anxiety questionnaires. Then the components of emotional intelligence were trained for intervention group. In termination of training questionnaires were completed and analyzed by T-test and non-parametrical tests and pResults: Totally, 80% of samples were female and average age was 32.11±6.68 years. Before intervention the deference between groups was not significant (p<0.05). After intervention a negative relationship was found for emotional intelligence between tow groups. Also the relation between Situational and Characteristic anxiety in studied groups was significant (p<0.003). After intervention the emotional intelligence has a higher score than before intervention and anxiety status showed a lower status than before intervention in intervention group (p<0.001). Conclusion: Our results show an inverse significant relation between emotional intelligence score and anxiety status, so that nurses with training of emotional intelligence components have a lower anxiety status.

Objectives In recent years, researchers tried to find new compounds with herbal origins to treat and prevent diseases. The current study aimed at investigating the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of Melilotus officinalis and Fraxinus excelsior alcoholic extracts, commonly used in traditional medicines. Methods After preparing the ethanolic extracts of M. officinalis and F. excelsior by the maceration method, the antioxidant properties were investigated by the cupric ion reducing assay (cupric assay) and the anti-inflammatory effects were also investigated through the prevention test of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and its transformation potential.Results The obtained results showed that both mentioned plants had antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. The antioxidant properties changed based on the concentration of extracts, and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties increased along with the concentration increase. The highest amount of phenolic compound in F. excelsior was 0.04 mg/g of dry extract; this plant also showed the highest antioxidant effect (0.714±0.045). The highest amount of flavonoid compounds in M. officinalis was 9.23 mg; this plant showed the highest anti-inflammatory effects (0.21±0.033 ). Conclusion The employed screening methods were useful to find biological components with different properties.

Introduction: Non-alcoholic fatty liver is a fatty liver accumulation that increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, liver carcinoma and diabetes, and physical exercises can possibly reduce liver fat. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of aerobic training on high and moderate levels on serum levels of FGF-21 and PON-1 in non-alcoholic fatty liver. Materials and Methods: To five equal groups: 1 control(healthy); 2) control(Fatty Liver) ; 3) saline; 4) high intensity exercise; 5) moderate intensity exercises. The period of exercise trainings was performed at 8 weeks, five times a week and 45 minutes in an exercise session. Serum samples were collected 48 hours after the last exercise session and at 12- hour fasting. One-way analysis of variance and Tukey test were used at the level of P Results: The levels of FGF-21had a significant decrease in the high and moderate intensity exercise groups than the control(Fatty Liver) (P≤0.001). Also, the levels of PON-1 had a significant increase in the high and moderate intensity exercise groups than the control(Fatty Liver) (P≤0.01), but no significantly difference between the two groups was observed. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, it seems that high and moderate intensity exercise training can decrease FGF-21 and increase paraoxonase-1 serum levels which can result in reduced risk of liver diseases in rat Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease.

Background and Objectives: Osteoporosis is a systemic skeletal disease, due to which the fractures result in huge economic and social costs every year for the health system of the country and the people, therefore, the present study was conducted to review the risk factors for osteoporosis.Materials and Methods: The present article is a narrative review in which articles published in Persian and English at the Google scholar, SID, PubMed, and Science Direct databases from 2000 to 2016 using key words of osteoporosis, Bone density, Risk factor, Bone Mineral Density, Age, Sex, BMI and Menopause.Results: In the study of 19 articles in this study, the most important risk factors for osteoporosis were odds ratio, the age of 60 years old 22.9(19), body mass index (BMI) less than 25, 4.2 (22), inactivity Physical exercise 2.1 (20) and exercise less than 3 hours 2.8 (21), the number of deliveries more than 3 times 2.1 (22), hookah consumption 12.7 (20) and menopause 29.6 (23), Low dairy consumption was 34.2 (23), family history of 2.3 (23), Use of glucocorticoids 3.6 (22).Conclusion: The most important risk factors for osteoporosis mentioned in the studies related to the lifestyle, Therefore, health programs, attention to nutrition and physical activity from childhood and adolescence should be considered by health policy-makers.

Background: Several studies have suggested the role of inflammatory factors in the development and progression of complications of diabetes. Among the inflammatory biomarkers CRP, has the most rapid reaction and subside the normal level following a successful treatment. Sectional and longitudinal studies have confirmed the anti-inflammatory effects of exercise and its effects on various inflammatory and pre inflammatory cytokine mentioned. The purpose of this study was to compare three different ways of training on CRP levels in type 2 diabetic patients after a ten -week training is designed.
Methods: 52 patients with type 2 diabetes (65-40 years) were randomly divided into four groups: aerobic training, resistance, combined (aerobic and resistance) and control groups and each group consisted of 13 subjects. Exercise 3 times a week for 60 minutes each session lasted for 10 weeks.The high-sensitivity CRP (hs-CRP) at baseline and at the end of the study were measured by ELISA. The data analysis was done by SPSS20 and p<0.05 considered as significance level.
Results: aerobic and combined exercise significantly subsides hs–CRP level in type II diabetes patients, this decrease was more significant pronounced in combined exercise and resistance exercise has not significantly effect on hs–CRP level
Conclusion: According to the findings aerobic exercise training is particularly suitable compound to prevent inflammatory biomarkers such as CRP elevation in patients with type 2 diabetes. Therefore more studies in future maybe useful to prevent diabetic complications.

Background: Hospitals, as an important unit in the modern treatment system, using various sources, are responsible for providing, maintaining and promoting health for individuals in the community. In order to perform this important service, it is necessary to meet their needs properly. This study was conducted to design a model of factors affecting hospital services supply chain.Materials and Methods: This is a combined (qualitative-quantitative) research in which the opinions of fifteen experts about the hospital supply chain from six provinces of the country were used. After conducting a semi-structured interview, their opinions were collected until saturation and then analyzed. The framework analysis approach was used to determine the effective factors. Using Delphi method, the level of agreement of experts was evaluated.Results: After analysis and coding, finally seven main topics including financial resources, human resources, technologies, induced demand, management, supply and distribution, and construction and equipment were identified. Meanwhile, management (mean 4/42±0/46 and mean rank 5/56) was identified as the most important factor.Conclusion: Although financial or human resources and other factors inside or outside the organization affect the hospital services supply chain, but investing to improve management prevents or reduces the impact of many challenges.

Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the concentration of nitrate and nitrite in groundwater resources of Jiroft city and compare them with WHO standard. Materials and Methods: This was descriptive-analytical and cross-sectional study. The samples were taken from 55 wells in different parts of Jiroft in a one-year-period study. Each season three samples were taken from each source. Nitrate and nitrite concentrations were determined by spectrophotometry. SPSS 16 software were used for data analysis. Statistical tests used, included One-way ANOVA and Post Hoc Tests (Tukey HSD and the Tamhane). Results: The annual average concentration of nitrate and nitrite in the water wells of Jiroft were 10.05 and 0.01 mg/L, respectively. Nitrate and nitrite levels in different seasons showed no significant differences (P>0.05). Nitrate concentrations were significant differences between first zone and zone 2 and 3, second zone and zone 5 and 6, Third zone and zone 5 and 6. Nitrate concentrations in residential areas was more than garden and vacant lands (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nitrate and nitrite concentrations in wells were less than WHO standard but It is likely that some wells will have nitrate concentrations above the standard level, in the future. It is suggested that nitrate increasing factor in wells have to be controled and proper strategy should be considerd for prevention, reduction and control of nitrate concentration.

Background & Objectives: Textile industry is one of the largest industries producing dying wastewater. Discharge of this wastewater to acceptor waters endangers aquaticslife through reducing light transmission, reducing dissolve oxygen, and increasing COD. This study investigated the efficiency of calcium peroxide nanoparticles in removal of Reactive Red 198 from synthetic wastewater and wastewater of YAZDBAF textile factory. Materials & Methods: This experimental study was performed in spring and summer of 2014 in Environmental Health Engineering Research Center of Kerman University of Medical Science. Characteristic of synthesized nanoparticles was determined by TEM and XRD. Adsorption experiments in batch system were performed on synthetic sample and real wastewater. The effect of solution pH (3-13), initial concentration of dye (10-300 mg/L), contact time (5-90 min) and adsorbent dosage (0.05-0.6 g) was investigated and adsorption isotherms were determined. Data was analyzed by SPSS version 21, Excel 2007 softwares and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: Synthesized adsorbent particles had uniformly spherical shape with approximately diameter of 15-25 nm. The optimum pH for removal of reactive red 198 was 3-7. The equilibrium contact time was 50 minutes and optimum dosage of adsorbent was 0.4 g/100 mL. In these optimum conditions, removal efficiency in synthetic and real sample was 99.58 and 76.18 percent, respectively. Conclusion: Based on the results, calcium peroxide is an efficient adsorbent in removing reactive red 198 and, with attention to simplicity of synthesis, it can be used as an applied in treating textile wastewaters.

Introduction:Depression is one of the most common psychiatric disorders in patients with diabetes that its incidence in addition to the impact on the course of treatment, can be changed the prognosis. This study aimed to determine the effects of progressive muscle relaxation on depression in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods & Materials: This study was a clinical trial that conducted on 77 patients who referred to Diabetes center of Sabzevar city. The participants completed the Beck Depression Inventory and if they earned 14-28 (mild to moderate depression), included to study. Then, participants after consent, were divided Randomly into two groups of progressive muscle relaxation (n= 37) and control (n= 40).relaxationperformed 2 times a week for 20-30 minuteswithin 6 weeks, under the supervision of a researcher. Beck Depression Inventory was completed at the end of the sixth week again.In analytic measurements of this study used of statistical analysis in SPSS software (Version 16). A P value of < 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. Results: The mean depression score after intervention in relaxation group compared to control group was ranged from 20.91±4.20 to 11.29±2.85 and from 20.60±4.21 to 19.99±3.61, respectively.According to independent t-test, there was significant differencebetween case and control groups (P<0/001). Paired t-test showed statistically significant difference in terms of depression scores before and after intervention(P<0/001); while in control group had not any statistical significancy (p=0.204) Conclusion:Progressive Muscle Relaxation is effective way to reduce depression in patients with diabetes type 2.

Introduction: Social capital is one of the variables influencing the economic, social and health development of society. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the social among Iranian university students. Materials and MethodsThis study is a cross-sectional study. The statistical population of this research includes all students of Iran University of Medical Sciences in 2017. 367 people were selected randomly using the Cochran sampling formula. In order to collect the data, the Delaouiz Social Capital Questionnaire (2005) was used along with a number of underlying variables. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were used for face validity and Cronbach's alpha, respectively. Also, for analyzing the data, spss17, and one-way ANOVA, t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient were used.Results: Social capital in this research with an average of 91/54 was moderate. The results showed that the students had the lowest level of in the dimension trust (10.97) and in the group's participation with the average (17.47) had the highest social capital. Also, there was no significant relationship between age, college, sex and marital status with social capital. But the variables of employment status, educational level, and residence status had a significant relationship with social capital.Conclusion: Social capital can affect the mental and social health of students as well as their level of scientific and social progress. Therefore, attention to the social capital of students and its promotion should be one of the main goals of the authorities of the university and society.

Introduction: Many investigations revealed that the inflammatory process induced by cerebral ischemia/reperfusion causes brain damages and cognitive impairments. On the other hand, Menaquinone-4 (MK-4) is one of the important vitamin K2 types that has anti-inflammatory effects. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the effect of administration of MK-4 on the level of gene expression of proinflammatory cytokines following global ischemia/reperfusion in the hippocampus of male Wistar rats. Materials and Methods: In this research, 20 adult male Wistar rats (250-300 g) were randomly selected in 5 experimental groups and studied: control (intact), sham (surgery without carotid artery occlusion), ischemia/reperfusion, ischemia/reperfusion + intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection of DMSO as MK-4 solvent, treatment (ischemia/reperfusion + i.p. injection of MK-4). For induction ischemic model, common carotid occlusion was performed for 20 minutes. In the treatment group i.p. injection of 200 mg/kg MK-4 was done 20 minutes after obstruction (immediately and 2 hours after reperfusion). 24 hours after reperfusion, mRNA expression level of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 were assessed. Results: I.p. administration of MK-4 could significantly decrease mRNA expression level of TNF-α (p < 1.15), IL-1β and IL-6 (p < 0.001) induced by ischemia/reperfusion. Conclusion: The findings of this study show that MK-4 administration following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion could diminish the expression of the pro-inflammatory factors in the hippocampus and maybe cause neuroprotective effects. Background:. The new methods of the teaching of cardiovascular system have been surface anatomy educate is necessary for physical examinations in clinic. . The purpose of the present study was to identify of the effectiveness surface in the anatomy education of heart auscultation. Material and Methods: A descriptive analytical study was conducted on 34 of the medical students were into divided two group according to sex then separately instructed to the small groups 17 (n=2) the students for teaching of the surface heart auscultation. Before and after education of heart auscultation the surface anatomy, they exactly find proper exact location for heart.. The collected data were analyzed by using pair and t tests.Results: Out of 34 students 10 were male and 24 female , the average age of the students was 21.54± 1.63 in the males whereas it was 20.56± 1.6 in the females. Mean of time to the find correct foci for mitral , tricuspid, aorta and pulmonary of heart auscultation after surface anatomy education was significantly lesser compared with the current or before applying new education method (P < 0.001). Results showed heart auscultation for mitral, pulmonary and aorta was significantly compared better when compared with the result before surface anatomy education.Conclusion: The results showed that teaching of the surface anatomy heart auscultation for medical students result in better finding of exact heart auscultation and decreased the time taking for finding such location.

Evaluation of immune response to HBV vaccine in the staff and students of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences (2014-15) Background:Hepatitis B is a bloodborne infections and it is predicted that about two billion people in the world have been exposed to the hepatitis B virus. Because of occupational reasons, medical students and staffs are more susceptible to expose to this disease than other members of society. Materials and Methods:This study is a descriptive-analytic study and 238 staffs and students of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences were randomly selected and sampled. Then, the antibody titer of surface anti-protein of hepatitis B virus (HBs- Ab) was measured using ELISA method and the results were analyzed using the software Stata 12 after recording the demographic results and information. Results:Out of 238, 156 persons were female ( 65.5%) and 82 persons ( 34.5%) were male. 66% of individuals had antibody higher than 10 mu/ml and 37.4 % of individuals showed the appropriate answers higher than 100 u/ml. The relationship between job, sex and marital status with the immune response was significant. 100% of people who received full dose along with the booster vaccine were immune. Over time, the percentage of immune people has been decreased. Conclusion:Considering the reduction of response to vaccines over time and healthcare personnel being at risk, it is recommended that antibody titer was periodically examined in these individuals in 5 to 10 years to administer a booster dose in the case of a decrease in antibody titers.

Background: Family performance is one of the most important indices warranting the family life quality and psychological health and shows family’s coping skill against distresses, conflicts and problems. So the present research seeks to study the efficacy of an education based on schema therapy in married women.Materials & Methods: the present research was quasi experimental study with pre- and post- tests and control group. Statistical society was Tehran 5th district family counseling center married women’s clients. Sample size was estimated 30 persons with G*power software. Volunteers through available sampling after considering inclusion criteria were randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups. Family performance in both groups assisted by Mc Master Family assessment device (FAD) (1960). The experimental group received 13 educational sessions based on schema therapy. After the training and one month later, the participants completed again the questionnaire. The data was analyzed by means of spss software version 24 and MANCOVA at a significant level of 0.05. Results: analysis by MANCOVA showed family performance in experimental group after education were significantly different compaired to control group (p<0.05).Conclusion: the results of this research showed significant improvement in family performance in experimental group compaired to beginning of the survey. So education based on schema therapy was effective on family performance.

It seems that exercise training can improve glucose homeostasis and leptin level in human. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of aerobic interval, non-liner resistance and concurrent training on the level of serum leptin and insulin resistance in overweight women. Materials and Methods In this semi-experimental study, 40 volunteers women were randomly assigned (n = 10 each) to non‐training control, aerobic interval training, non-liner resistance training, or concurrent training group. Introduction: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have been identified as an attractive source for cell therapy of damaged tissues. The multipotential differentiation capability, easy accessibility, low immunogenicity and significant role in wound healing physiology have led to the widespread use of these cells for wound healing. In this review study, the role of mesenchymal stem cells in repair of skin wounds is discussed . Materials and Methods: This review was written based on findings from a search of the PubMed and Google Scholar databases between 1990 and 2020. Results: Mesenchymal stem cells have important roles at all stages of wound healing. These cells migrate to the site of skin damage and not only differentiate into the skin cells but also through paracrine signalling inhibit the immune and inflammatory responses, induce proliferation and differentiation of resident progenitor cells and result in angiogenesis, epithelialization and granule tissue formation. In the regeneration and maturation phase, the MSCs reduce scar formation and wound contraction and increase collagen expression and wound tensile strength. These cells alter their function based on the biomolecular properties of the lesion site, and create a wound-healing rather than fibrotic microenvironment .
Conclusion: Todays, significant advances have been made in the delivery of MSCs into healing wounds. These cells are delivered via intravenous or intradermal injection, or delivered with scaffolds, as a fibrin polymer spray or with hydrogels. In addition, the extracellular vesicles and conditioned medium of MSCs alone are effective. Future studies could lead to more effective strategies for the use of mesenchymal stem cells in wound healing . Received

Background: In this study antimicrobial activities, antioxidant activities and phytochemical compounds in the essential oil and extracts of Cumbopogon olivieri were studied.Material & Methods: For investigation of phytochemical compounds such as total phenolic and total flavonoid contents in three extracts (Methanolic, ethanolic and aqueous) and essential oil by Folin-Ciocaltiu, Aluminum Chloride colorimetric and GC-MS methods and antioxidant activities of extracts by two methods (DPPH and FRAP) and antimicrobial activities of essential oil and extracts of Cumbopogon olivieri against three bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli and two fungi such as Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger by two methods (well diffusion and Minimal Inhibitory Concentration (MIC)) respectively.Results: The results showed that, the methanolic extract had maximum total phenolic and flavonoid contents and antioxidant activity and aqueous extract had minimum value of this compounds and activity. In investigation of essential oil, three compounds such as piperitone (82.95%), carene (2.493%) and limonene were the major constituents. The results of antimicrobial activity showed that, the essential oil and extracts had good inhibition effect on all of bacteria and fungi and this inhibition depends to concentration.Conclusion: Overall, based on the results obtained, the plant can be a good candidate for the treatment of diseases caused by oxidative stress, and diseases caused by pathogenic microbes. Also due to power up the plant in the elimination of pathogens, could be a viable alternative to antibiotics.

Background & Objectives: Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in men. This type of cancer is the second leading cause of death and is of the highest prevalence in men. Therefore, having a general picture of the characteristics and changes of the cancer epidemiology is essential for this type of cancer. The aim of this study was to investigate the epidemiology of prostate cancer and its incidence trends in Iran. Methods: This cross - sectional study conducted on date extracted from cancer registry system in Iran during 2003 to 2009. After separation of the data for prostate cancer, number of cases, incidence, and standardized incidence were studied, and the epidemiological characteristics of the disease during the studied period were presented. Results: Incidence of prostate cancer in Iran has an increasing trend, so that the number of cases recorded in 2003 and 2009 are 1548 and 3856 cases, respectively. The lowest age-standardized incidence rate (ASR) observed in 2003 whit 5.4 and the highest ASR observed in 2009 whit 12. Among provinces, Tehran has the highest cases of prostate cancer and Sistan and Baluchistan province has the lowest cases. The highest incidence rate reported in the age group above 50 years. Conclusion: Prostate cancer is a disease of older men that its incidence is increasing in Iran. Due to the changing in lifestyle of the people and the aging of the population, planning to conduct epidemiological and etiological studies about this cancer and early detection of disease by using screening test seems necessary.

Background:Chin position and morphology have impact on facial esthetics.Genioplasty(Osteotomy)and alloplastic chin augmentation which are corrective chin surgeries have their own advantages and disadvantages.There are some controversies regarding the most suitable surgical option.Because of lacking such study in Iran and to determine indications for them we tend to design our study.Matrials & methods:in our interventional study on 30 patients (Female:18 ,Male:12) which are randomly categorized in two group, we perform either of the surgeries.patients with cleft of the lip and palate, Developmental syndromes and cases of severe retrogenia were excluded from our study.Our patients were evaluated at first week, third month and sixth month in post operative period in term of neurosensory deficiet, morbidity, infection and satisfaction.The data were analyzed with Fisher exact test and mann witney test.Results:The mean age for osteotomy and alloplastic method were 25.37 and 31.67 respectively.Morbidity, satisfaction and infection rate for either groups were 33.3%-80%-0(for osteotomy)and 13.3%-86%-6.6%(for alloplastic method)Conclusion:The risk for development of mental nerve paresthesia and infection in alloplastic method was lower and higher(respectively)in regard to osteotomy.Alloplastic chin augmentation is recommended for mild microgenia .Osteotomy is standard of the care for patients with severe and functional chin deficiencies.

Background: Emergence of drug resistant strains and the limited use of antifungal drug due to possible toxic effects on humans, the high cost of their production and environmental pollution has made the search for novel bio-antifungal compounds a necessity. Microorganisms, particularly soil bacteria produce a wide range of active antimicrobial substances that some of them have antifungal properties. The purpose of this study is isolation and identification of the bacteria affecting the growth of fungi from Khorramabad agricultural soil.Materials and Methods: Agricultural soils were collected from different areas of Khorramabad, Lorestan Province. The bacteria were isolated using nutrient broth and nutrient agar, then, the antifungal activity of their extracts and supernatant in the SCA media on several species of fungi was studied applying disk diffusion method.Results: Four strains showing a remarkable antifungal effect against some fungi, including Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus and Candida albicans. These isolates were identified by biochemical features and 16S rRNA sequence. Analysis of their sequencing through BLAST in NCBI data bank showed that these bacterial similarly closed to Pseudomonas sp. and Acinetobacter sp. genus.Conclusion: This study was the first report of antifungal analysis of soil isolated bacteria from Khorramabad. These bacteria could be a potential candidate for biocontrolling pathogenic fungi.The extraction, identification and development of their inhibitory metabolites can be used in the design and production of antifungal agents.

Introduction: Gratitude, as a positive factor, can help enrich and strengthen relationships between couples. The aim of this study was testing a model of the relationships gratitude, marital relationship quality, and marital satisfaction.
Materials and Methods: The statistical population included all married female teachers of Sabzevar city in 1396. The statistical sample was 241 participants who were selected using the random sampling method. The data collection was performed using the ENRICH Marital Satisfaction (EMS), Gratitude Questionnaire-6 (GQ-6), perceived Relationship Quality. Amos -24 and SPSS -24 software packages were applied for data analysis. Bootstrap in Preacher and Hayes’ Macro program was used for testing mediation.
Results: Results indicated that the model with some modification had a good fit with the data. The gratitude had a positive direct effect on marital satisfaction and marital relationship quality (p<0.05). Marital relationship quality had a positive direct effect on marital satisfaction (p<0.05). The gratitude had the positive indirect effect on marital satisfaction via marital relationship quality (p<0.05).
Conclusion: Gratitude, directly and indirectly, through increased marital relationship quality, is associated with higher marital satisfaction. This study shows a stage into a better understanding of positive processes that can protect couples against marital dissatisfaction, and that can assist counselors to help couples in attaining and keeping the marital satisfaction. Introduction: Nursing record is the most important communication method between clinical caregivers including nurses & midwives. Studies have shown that recording errors is considerable among Iranian nurses. Insufficient education in the field of recording is of a significant. Cause. So, recording education can improve clinical caregivers' performance in this field. The aim of this study was comparison the effect of nursing record educatoin based on critical thinking with rutine method.
Materials and Methods: This quasi-experimental study of two groups before and after was carried out on 70 nursing and midwifery personnel.at first, sampling method was simple randomization. Then, samples randomly assigned to the experiment and control groups. The recording skills of nurses and midwives assessed before and after using the standard checklist of the Ministry of Health and Treatment in three different times. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 20 and t-test,and linear regression test.
Results: Comparison the mean scores of nurses' performance in two groups of routine and critical thinking education did not show significant difference before education.(P>0/05). There was significant difference between the mean score of nurses' performance in two groups before and after education (P<0.001). But, the mean scores was higher in critical thinking group. There was no significant differences between work experience, field, and grade, with recording skills (P>0/05).
Conclusion: Nursing record educatoin based on critical thinking is more effective than intraward routine educations.

Background Many industries can pollute water quality due to their wastewater discharging into water resources. Textile industries are one of the main sources of water pollution. Due to their high toxicity, wastewaters containing dyes cause many environmental problems. Acidic dyes are one of the main classes of dyes. In this study, nano-alumina and micro-alumina powder have been used for the adsorption of acid red 14 dye.Materials & Methods This study was carried out in the batch system in laboratory scale. Different parameters such as initial dye concentration, pH, and adsorbent dose were examined. Spectrophotometry (UV/VIS Lambda 25 Perkin Elmer, Shelton) was used to quantify the remaining dyes concentration. Adsorption isotherm and kinetic behaviors of adsorbent for acidic dye removal were studied and fitted to different models.Results The result showed that with increasing the contact time, acid red 14 removal efficiency by micro-alumina and nano-alumina powder and amount of adsorption per mass unit (qe) increased to 18 and 40 mg/L, respectively, and when adsorbent dose increased from 0.2 to 1.2 g/L, qe decreased from 23 to 12 and 47 to 39, respectively. With increasing the pH value in examined range, the removal efficiency decreased from 30 to 6 and 60 to 15 for micro-alumina and nano-alumina powder, respectively. The results of the study of adsorption of acid red 14 by micro-alumina and nano-alumina powder revealed that its kinetics obeyed pseudo-second order (R2>0.99 and 0.98, respectively). The results of present study on adsorption of acid red 14 on micro-alumina and nano-alumina powder revealed that isotherm obeyed Langmuir adsorption (R2 >0.99 and 0.98, respectively). Conclusion The present study showed that the nano-alumina rather than mciro-alumina can be a promising adsorbent for the removal of acidic dyes such as acid red 14.
