چکیده

زمینه و هدف: سرطان ازجمله بیماری‌هایی است که به درمان پیچیده و چندرشته‌ای نیاز دارد بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش تفکر مثبت و درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی در ارتقای روحیه و سازگاری روانی- اجتماعی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود.
مواد و روش­ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش ­آزمون- پس­ آزمون بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان در انجمن بیماران سرطانی شهرستان بوکان بودند که به‌صورت در دسترس 45 نفر انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی جایگزینی در سه گروه آموزش تفکر مثبت، درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه‌های آزمایشی به مدت 8 هفته و هر هفته یک جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای، تحت آموزش تفکر مثبت و شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی گروهی قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و نرم‌افزار SPSS- 25 استفاده شد.
یافته­ ها: هر دو درمان بر متغیرهای تضعیف روحیه و سازگاری روانی- اجتماعی اثربخشی معناداری در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان داشتند. همچنین بررسی نشان داد درمان آموزش تفکر مثبت اثربخشی بیشتری نسبت به شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی در متغیر تضعیف روحیه داشت. همچنین نتایج نشان داد شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی در متغیر سازگاری روانی اجتماعی نسبت به آموزش تفکر مثبت، اثربخش‌تر بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: برای کمک به بیماران مبتلا به سرطان سینه درمان‌های روان‌شناختی می‌توانند تأثیرات مثبتی داشته باشند تا با غلبه بر بحران وجودی، از عادات و قالب‌های فکری منفی خود بیرون بیایند و آگاهانه و معنی‌دار زندگی کنند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Cancer is one of the diseases that requires complex and multidisciplinary treatment. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to compare the effectiveness of positive thinking training and cognitive therapy based on mindfulness in improving morale and psychosocial adaptation in breast cancer patients.
Materials and Methods: The current research was a semi-experimental type with a pre-test-post-test design. The statistical population of this research included all breast cancer patients in the Bukan Cancer Patients Association, 45 people were selected and randomly replaced in three groups: positive thinking training, cognitive therapy based on mindfulness, and the control group. The experimental groups were trained in positive thinking and cognitive therapy based on group mindfulness for 8 weeks and one 60-minute session every week.
Results: Both treatments had a significant effect on the variables of demoralization and psycho-social adjustment in breast cancer patients. Also, the study showed that positive thinking training treatment was more effective than cognitive therapy based on mindfulness in the variable of demoralization. Also, the results showed that cognitive therapy based on mindfulness was more effective than positive thinkin training in the variable of psychosocial adjustment.
Conclusion: Therefore, to help breast cancer patients, psychological treatments can have positive effects so that by overcoming the existential crisis, they adopt a new cognitive and behavioral system and get out of their negative habits and thought patterns and live consciously and meaningfully. To discover the hidden meaning in the heart of suffering caused by cancer.
