چکیده

زمینه و هدف  ازدواج سالمندان، یکی از تمهیدات مناسب برای بهبود شاخص‌های کیفیت زندگی در سالمندان است که باعث می‌شود سالمندان تنها نباشند و با داشتن هم‌کلام روحیه خود را حفظ کنند.هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه رضایتمندی از زندگی، تحمل پریشانی و سبک‌های مقابله با استرس در مردان سالمند با ازدواج مجدد و مردان سالمند مجرد بود.
مواد و روش‌ها طرح پژوهش، از نوع علی- مقایسه‌ای بود. نمونه آماری شامل 40 سالمند با ازدواج مجدد و 40 سالمند مجرد تهران بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی انتخاب گردیدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه­های رضایتمندی از زندگی، تحمل پریشانی و سبک‌های مقابله با استرس استفاده شد. داده‌‌‌ها از طریق tمستقل و تحلیل واریانس، تجزیه‌و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌های پژوهش نتایج نشان داد که رضایت از زندگی مردان سالمند با ازدواج مجدد، بیشتر از مردان سالمند مجرد است (0/001>p). همچنین نتایج نشان داد بین تحمل پریشانیو سبک‌های مقابله با استرس در مردان سالمند با ازدواج مجدد و مردان سالمند مجرد، تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد (0/001>p). مردان سالمند با ازدواج مجدد، بیشتر از ارزیابی پریشانی و تنظیم­پریشانی استفاده می­کنند ولی مردان سالمند مجرد، از مؤلفه جذب و تحمل استفاده می­کنند. مردان سالمند با ازدواج مجدد در موقعیت‌های استرس‌زا از مقابله متمرکز بر ارزیابی شناختی و مقابله متمرکز بر حل مسئله استفاده می­کنند ولی مردان سالمند مجرد، بیشتر از مقابله­متمرکز بر هیجان، جلب حمایت اجتماعی و مهار جسمانی استفاده می­کنند.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری بنابراین مردان سالمند مجرد نسبت به مردان سالمند با ازدواج مجدد، آسیب­پذیری بیشتری دارند و افزایش سلامت­روان آنان باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Elderly marriage is one of the appropriate arrangements to improve quality of life indicators in the elderly which makes the elderly to not be alone and to keep their spirits together. The purpose of this study was to compare the satisfaction of life, distress tolerance and coping styles in elderly men with re-marriage and single elderly men.
Materials & Method: The research design was causal-comparative. The statistical population included 40 remarried elderlies and 40 single elderlies of Tehran, who were selected using a snowball sampling method. For data collection, life satisfaction questionnaire, distress tolerance and stress coping styles were used. Data were analyzed using independent t-test and analysis of variance.
Results: findings showed that the Life Satisfaction of elderly men with re-marriage is higher than single elderly men (p < 0/001). also, the results showed that there is a significant difference between tolerance and coping styles in elderly men with remarriage and single elderly men (p < 0/001). remarriage Elderly men more use distress assessment and distress adjustment but single elderly men use the attraction and tolerance component. elderly men whit remarriage in stressful situations use focused cognitive assessment and problem-solving focused coping. But single elderly men are more likely to use emotion-focused coping, social support, and physical restraint coping-focused.
Conclusion: Therefore, single elderly men are more vulnerable to married elderly men, and more effort is needed to increase their mental health.
