Introduction: The Covid-19 epidemic brought a high level of fear and anxiety. The results of previous studies have shown that the variables of fear of Covid-19, behavioral inhibition system, and negative emotion regulation strategies have a crucial role in predicting psychological well-being. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the relationship between fear of Covid-19 and psychological well-being and the mediating role of the behavioral inhibition system and negative emotion regulation strategies in this context.Materials and Methods: The design of the present study was descriptive-correlational and of the path analysis type. The statistical population of this study included Iranian adults, of whom 450 individuals were selected using the available sampling method. Data were collected using the Rif short form of the Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire, the Fear of Covid-19 Scale, the Behavioral Activation and Inhibition Scale, and the Persian short form of the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire. Pearson correlation method, multiple regression and path analysis were used for data analysis.Results: The results of the present study show that there is a significant relationship (P<0.01) between the fear of covid-19, behavioral inhibition system, and negative emotion regulation strategies with psychological well-being. In addition, the bootstrap results show that the mediating role of the behavioral inhibition system (0.001) and negative emotion regulation strategies (0.006) is significant.Conclusion: Psychological well-being is predicted through the path of fear of covid-19, behavioral inhibition system, and negative emotion regulation strategies.

Introduction: It seems eating disorder is increasing in adolescent. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment-based therapy on body image and identity styles of female students with anorexia nervosa.Materials and Methods: The research design was quasi-experimental, pre-test and post-test and control group. The statistical population was adolescent girls with anorexia in the academic year 2020-2021 Karaj. At least 30 students were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. In 10 treatment sessions, the experimental group received treatment, and the control group did not benefit from this intervention. The instruments used were Garner and Garfingel (1982) Eating Attitudes Questionnaire, Brzonsky Identity Styles Questionnaire (1989) and Imaging Physics Questionnaire (Kash & Prozinski, 1990). Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance and mixed analysis of variance.Results: The results showed that acceptance and commitment-based therapy leads to the emergence of a positive body image and the acquisition of a committed identity in students (p <0.01). Follow-up also showed that the effectiveness of the intervention is lasting.Conclusion: According to the findings, it can be concluded that the method of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy leads to the positive body image and committed identity style in female adolescent. Therefore, psychologists and counselors can use this treatment for female students with anorexia.

Introduction: Drug addiction is a chronic brain disease characterized by forced and impulsive drug use. The aim of this study was to structurally model the severity of substance dependence based on affective temperament with the mediating role of inhibition control.Materials and Methods: The research was a correlation of structural equations. The statistical population included all drug addicts who referred to Ardabil addiction treatment camps in 2021. A total of 200 of these individuals responded to the substance abuse severity, affective temperament and inhibition control test (go / no go) by Purposive sampling method. The obtained data were analyzed using smart pls3 software.Results: The results showed that affective temperament had a direct and significant effect on the severity of substance dependence. Also, the indirect effect of affective temperament on the severity of substance dependence was confirmed by the mediation of inhibition control.Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, the study of affective temperament and inhibition control is a necessary and vital step in management, prognosis and prevention of dependence and substance use.

Introduction: Transgender people are vulnerable to a high risk of mental health problems. These people face many problems in accessing health services. There is very little information about the needs of transgender people for health care and their concerns in this regard. This study aimed to examine the mental health services and needs of transgender people and their attitudes and experiences.
Materials and Methods: To select English-related studies in the databases of Science Direct, Google Scholar, Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus, Psych Info, Psych Lit, and Sociological Abstracts, the English keywords Trans, Transgender, Transphobia, Gender Dysphoria, Mental health, and Mental health service were searched from 2010 to 2022. Also, for Persian articles, the equivalent Persian keywords were searched in internal databases of the University Jihad Scientific Database (SID), Comprehensive Humanities, and Civilica Portal. Finally, out of 231 studies, 12 articles were selected for review.
Results: This study highlights the main challenges of transgender people. The results of this study showed that some of these challenges include access to health services tailored to the needs of transgender people and the need to develop mental health services for these people.
Conclusion: We can conclude that there are no medical services that meet the needs of transgender people and to improve the quality of life of these people, there is a need to develop mental health services and train specialists.

Introduction: According to the world health organization the prevalence of type 2 diabetes in our country and world will increase sharply by 2030. Improving glycemic control delays the onset and progression of diabetes complications.The purpose of this study was The effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and emotion-oriented therapy on glycemic control in type 2 diabetic patients.
Materials and Methods: This experimental study was a post-test pre-test by control group. The statistical population of all people with type 2 diabetes who referred to Sabzevar Diabetes Clinic in 1398. 45 were randomly placed in three groups (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, emotion-oriented therapy and control). Patients' blood glucose was measured using a fasting blood glucose. SPSS24 software and descriptive and analytical statistics (covariance) were used to analyze the data.
Results: The analysis showed that mindfulness-based cognitive therapy had a positive and significant effect on glycemic control (P <0.05). Emotion-oriented therapy had a positive and significant effect on glycemic control (P <0.05). Both training methods mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and emotion-oriented therapy, there is no significant difference in post-test scores (P > 0.05).
Conclusion: Considering the significant effect of methods mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and emotion-oriented therapy on glycemic control in type 2 diabetic patients, it is suggested to use these two methods to improving glycemic control in type 2 diabetic patients.

Introduction: Selective attention and misunderstanding of body image can lead to anxiety. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of interpersonal psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy on loneliness caused by body image in women referred to cosmetic surgery centers.
Materials and Methods: The present study is a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest with a control group. The statistical population of the study was all women aged 23-40 years who referred to beauty centers in Mashhad, 45 of whom were selected by random sampling in three groups of 15 people. Then an anxiety questionnaire was administered and sessions of two treatments were performed. At the end of the post-test sessions.
Results: Research has shown that cognitive-behavioral method is more effective than interpersonal psychotherapy on the feeling of loneliness in women referred to cosmetic surgery centers.
Conclusion: The best sign for cosmetic surgery seems to be a lack of self-confidence with a tendency to social interaction and an extreme focus on a particular physical feature. The effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy in reducing body image anxiety can be due to the important role of mental interpretations and behavioral habits on anxiety. Improving the state of perception of the body in a person with anxiety reduces the selective attention to a point in the body and thus reduces anxiety.

Introduction: The job burnout experience in hospital staff reduces their services quality to patients and society in addition to threating the health of themselves. The purpose of this research is to predict job burnout based on the meaning in life and emotion regulation in hospital staff of Zanjan city.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive-correlation study was conducted in 2022 on 110 employees of one of the hospitals in Zanjan. Data were gathered by Maslesh's job burnout, Grass's emotion regulation, and Steger's meaning in life questionnaires. Statistical analysis of data was done with Pearson's correlation test and stepwise regression.
Results: There is a significant relationship between job burnout, meaning in life and emotion regulation (p<0.01). In addition, the meaning in life is a stronger predictor (with a coefficient of -0.537) for job burnout. This variable alone predicts 28% of the variance of burnout (p<0.001). In the second step of the analysis, the emotion regulation variable increased the prediction power to 32.6% (p<0.001).
Conclusion: According to the findings, the effect of the life meaning on job burnout is more than emotion regulation. This article indicates that the meaning in life is one of the important concepts in job burnout, but in researches, less attention has been paid to it. However, it may be possible to prevent or reduce burnout by taking advantages of the positive consequences of meaning in life (presence or search).

Introduction: Work-family conflict and work-related mental disorders and how to deal with issues related to them are among the problems of today's working community. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of narrative and solution-oriented methods in reducing mental disorders and work-family conflict among employees with these problems.
Materials and Methods: The present study was applied in terms of purpose, with a quasi-experimental design with two groups of pretest-posttest. Using the available sampling method, among the volunteers referred to the inclusion and exclusion criteria unit, 36 people were selected and randomly assigned to three groups (experimental and control; all subjects at first according to the clinical interview in terms of Mental disorders and work-family issues were interviewed; then all subjects answered the SCL 90 and work-family conflict questionnaires.
Results: Data analysis was performed using SPSS software and using the analysis of covariance. > p) And solution-oriented (Lamidae velex - 0/36, p> 0.05). Compared to the control group, there was a significant difference in reducing work-family conflict; Also, in relation to the effectiveness of the narrative method on work-related mental disorders, a significant difference was observed in only one of the components (depression) (Lamidae-Blacks - 008, p <0.05). None of the components of psychological trauma were observed. And the research hypothesis was not confirmed.
Conclusion: Both treatments can be used in the context of work-related mental disorders and work-family conflict.

Introduction: Internet addiction is one of the effective factors in reducing academic and communication development in students. The aim of this study was to predict cyber victimization in high school high school intelligence students based on emotional self-awareness due to smartphone addiction.Materials and Methods: The statistical population included all gifted students in Alborz province in the academic year 1399-1400. 253 people were selected by available sampling method and then answered the standard questionnaires of emotional self-awareness of Grant et al., Quan et al. Data were analyzed by path analysis method using Amos-23.Results: According to the findings, the direct relationship between emotional self-awareness and cyber victimization in gifted students is not significant (p <0.05), but the direct relationship between smartphone addiction and cyber victimization in gifted students is negative and significant. (P 01 0.01 and β = -0.29). Also, the direct relationship between emotional self-awareness and smartphone addiction in gifted students is negative and significant (p /0 0.01 and β = -0.15).Regarding the mediating role of smartphone addiction in the relationship between emotional self-awareness and cyber victim, they show that this path is significant (β = 0.09 p 01 0.01).Conclusion: It can be said that there is a connection between emotional self-awareness and mobile phone addiction. As a result, smartphone addiction can be reduced by increasing students' emotional self-awareness and helping their academic growth.

Introduction: Social anxiety disorder is one of the causes of poor social and academic functioning of students. The aim of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of Psychodrama and Group Therapy Based on Acceptance and Commitment on Students' Social Anxiety.
Materials and Methods: This study was a quasi-experimental study. The statistical population included students referring to Mashhad University of Medical Sciences counselling center, from which 60 students were selected through purposeful sampling in this quasi-experimental study and randomly divided into three groups of Psychodrama (N=20), Group Therapy Based on Acceptance and Commitment (N=20) and control group (N=20). All participants were evaluated before and after the intervention and three months after the end of intervention. Social Phobia Inventory (2000) (SPIN) were used for data collection. Data analyzed by SPSS-21 software using Mixed Variance analysis and were analyzed at the significance level (P <0.05).
Results: The results showed that both Psychodrama and Group Therapy Based on Acceptance and Commitment had significant effect on reducing Social Anxiety compared to the control group. The effectiveness and continuity of the therapeutic effects of theatrical therapy and the treatment of acceptance and commitment on social anxiety have been the same.
Conclusion: Both treatments were able to reduce all symptoms of social anxiety after treatment and follow-up for three months by eliminating the vicious cycle of social anxiety. Therefore, these two therapeutic approaches can be used in the form of life skills programs in universities

Introduction: Hypertension, which is referred to as silent death, is one of the most important causes of cardiovascular disease. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) on psychological distress, cognitive fusion. Materials and Methods: The present study is applied and semi-experimental in terms of purpose and is based on a randomized controlled application with pre-test, post-test with control group. The statistical population of the study was all patients with hypertension in Mahdishahr in 1399. The sample of this study included 48 patients with hypertension who were randomly selected from the women who had referred to the comprehensive health service centers of Mehdi Shahr city, were selected according to the inclusion criteria and were randomly replaced in the control and experimental groups. Usage tools included the Gilanders Cognitive Fusion Diagnostic Scale, the Kessler Form 10 Psychological Distress Questionnaire, and the Self-Compassion Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 23 using multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) and univariate analysis (ANCOVA).
Results: Findings: The results showed that after adjusting the pre-test scores, there was a significant difference between the studied groups in the variable of psychological distress (including depression, anxiety and stress), as well as cognitive fusion and self-compassion... 001/0 = p.
Conclusion: In general, it can be said that mindfulness-based stress reduction training had an effect on psychological distress, cognitive fusion and self-compassion dimensions of people with hypertension.

Introduction: Pregnancy creates considerable changes in the physical, emotional, and well-being of women. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of mindfulness training on the well-being and emotional control of pregnant women, and pregnant mothers in 2019.
Materials and Methods: This study was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test types. The statistical population of this study was all pregnant women (n = 26) in region 1 in Tehran in 2019, and sample was purposefully selected from nulliparous pregnant women, who had been referred to the Nikan Hospital. Participants were randomly assigned to mindfulness training (n = 16) and control (n = 11). An eight-session mindfulness program was conducted at the Nikan training facility, once a week, for 90 minutes. While the control group did not receive any training. Data were collected from Reef's Welfare Scale Questionnaire (1989), and Roger & Nesshoever Emotion Control Scale (1987). As part of the analysis, SPSS 24 was used to run ANCOVA and Covariance Analysis tests.
Results: A covariance analysis test has shown that there was a difference between scores of well-being and emotional control among mindfulness training and in the control groups in the post-test phase. There was a positive effect of mindfulness training on well-being and emotional control among pregnant women (p<0.001). According to the follow-up test, the interventions continued to affect well-being and emotional control.
Conclusion: Pregnant women at risk are advised to use mindfulness training interventions as a means to improve their well-being and emotional control.

Introduction: The social situation of the society has progressed in a direction that the levels of tensions entering the educational environment has increased. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) training can be important in controlling stress and conflict in students. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy training on the hardness and individual-social adjustment the in students of Dezful University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and Methods: A quasi-experimental study with pre-test-post-test design was performed on 200 students of Dezful University of Medical Sciences (100 in experimental group and 100 in control group) by random sampling method in 2020. Data were collected using standard questionnaires including hardiness (Kobasa) and adjustment. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 16 using descriptive statistics including mean, standard deviation and repeated measures ANOVA.
Results: In the post-training period of cognitive-behavioral therapy, there was a statistically significant difference between the mean total score of hardiness, adaptation and their dimensions in the two groups (P< 0.05). These differences were also observed in the follow-up phase after 4 months of intervention (P< 0.05).
Conclusion: The Cognitive-behavioral therapy has a positive effect on the level of hardness and adjustment of the students and also, this method of treatment can be used to promote students' health and mental health. It is suggested that this educational-therapeutic approach be used in the counseling centers and student psychological services.

Introduction: It is hard to ignore attractive people. Paying attention to attractive individuals is a criterion that can estimate further motivation to make extramarital relationships. This whitethorn a threat to the stability of the marital relationship. The present study aimed to investigate the role of motivational and cognitive structure in the temptation to pay attention and communicate with attractive alternatives in married individuals.
Materials and Methods: With an available sampling method, the statistical population of the present study has consisted of married men and women who completed research questionnaires in an online design. That is, two hundred individuals met the research criteria and completed the questionnaires and the results were based on hierarchical multiple regression.
Results: The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that among the covariate variables, gender was able to predict extramarital relationships. However, men were more inclined than women to be tempted by attractive alternatives and engage in extramarital affairs. In addition, the variables such as memory, inhibitory control, planning, and adaptive motivation provided a significant prediction of the temptation variable of extramarital relationships.
Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study, it appears that improving cognitive abilities (e.g., executive functions) and motivational structure, improve the degree of resistance to the temptations to make extramarital relationships with attractive alternatives.

Introduction: Life satisfaction in people with obsessive-compulsive disorder is lower than normal people in society, so by treating this disorder, the quality of life and life satisfaction in these people can be increased. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of behavioral activation therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral therapy on cognitive emotion regulation and cognitive-behavioral avoidance in people with obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Materials and Methods: The present study is an applied research and quasi-experimental method is a pre-test-post-test with a control group. The statistical population included patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder in Karaj in 1398. A total of 45 people were selected and randomly assigned to three groups of behavioral activation therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral therapy and control group. Cognitive emotion regulation and cognitive-behavioral avoidance questionnaires were used to measure the effectiveness of treatments. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, multivariate analysis of covariance and post hoc test using SPSS-18 software were used.
Results: The results of analysis of covariance showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the effectiveness of behavioral activation therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral therapy in adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies (P=0.0001, F=57.71). But there was no statistical difference in the effectiveness of these two treatments in cognitive-behavioral avoidance. Both treatments have been equally effective in cognitive-behavioral avoidance.
Conclusion: Behavioral activation-based therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral therapy have an effect on improving cognitive emotion regulation strategies and reducing cognitive-behavioral avoidance in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Therefore, these two therapies can be used to regulate emotions and avoidance in obsessive-compulsive patients.

The statistical population of the study included all people with type 2 diabetes who referred to Sabzevar Diabetes Clinic in 1398. From the mentioned statistical population, 45 people were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into 3 groups of 15 people (2 experimental groups and one control group). Antonovski (2006) answered the questionnaire of feeling psychological cohesion. In this study, descriptive data analysis was used to describe the collected data and the data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software.
Results: The results showed that mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and emotion-oriented therapy are effective on mental cohesion in type 2 diabetic patients and there was no significant difference in their effectiveness
Conclusion: Cognitive therapies based on mindfulness and emotion-oriented therapy can be used to moderate the psychological problems of diabetic patients.

Introduction: Premenstrual syndrome is one of the most common problems in women and causes some physical and psychological changes in women. This study was conducted to examine the structural pattern of cognitive emotion regulation based on sleep quality with the mediating role of marital satisfaction in women with premenstrual syndrome.
Materials and Methods: The method of the present study was correlational using structural equation modeling. The statistical population included all women diagnosed with premenstrual syndrome in 1398 and 1399 in Kermanshah, of which 380 people who were referred to the family planning clinic in Kermanshah were selected by convenience sampling method. The research instruments included the emotional regulation questionnaire (Garnefsky et al., 2001), Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire (Enrich), and the sleep quality index (Pittsburgh, 1989). The data were analyzed by the Spearman correlation method using SPSS-21 and LISREL software.
Results: This study indicates the existence of a significant direct relationship between cognitive-emotional regulation strategies and overall sleep quality in women with PMS and also the quality of sleep directly and indirectly through marital satisfaction can be a good predictor for cognitive regulation of emotion in women with premenstrual syndrome.
Conclusion: It can be said that sleep quality and marital life satisfaction can play an important role in the cognitive regulation of emotion in women with premenstrual syndrome.

Introduction: Women's health is the basis of family and community health. Previous studies showed that one of the factors that leads to the promotion of women's general health is the level of different cognitive and emotional skills. The aim of this study was to compare the acceptance and commitment based therapy and cognitive rehabilitation of working memory and their integration on depressed girls' general health.
Materials and Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and follow-up stages with a control group. The statistical population of this study included all girls referred to psychological centers in Sabzevar in 2019 that of these clients 60 people were randomly selected and divided into 3 experimental groups and 1 control group. Participants in the first intervention group underwent 8 sessions of acceptance and commitment therapy, the second one underwent 10 sessions of cognitive rehabilitation of working memory and the third group underwent 8 sessions of acceptance and commitment therapy and 10 sessions of cognitive rehabilitation of working memory.
Results: The results of the present study showed that there was a significant difference (p=0/001) between the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive rehabilitation of working memory and the combination of these two methods.
Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that the combination of two methods was more effective than acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive rehabilitation by itself.

Introduction: Many psychological and emotional processes can be involved in the vulnerability to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). This study aimed to explain the causal relationship between emotional schemas and the severity of symptoms in patients with irritable bowel syndrome based on the mediatory role of anger. Materials and Methods: The descriptive-correlational method was used in this study for data collection. The statistical population consisted of all patients with irritable bowel syndrome referred to Imam Reza Hospital's Gastrointestinal Clinic in Mashhad in 2020, from whom 323 individuals were selected by convenience sampling. Research tools included Irritable Bowel Syndrome Severity Scoring System (IBS-SSS) by Francis et al. (1997), Novaco Anger Scale (NAS) (1994), and Leahy Emotional Schema Scale (LESS) (2002). The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling.
Results: The indirect pathway coefficient between non-adaptive emotional schemas and the severity of irritable bowel syndrome symptoms (p<0.01, β=0.128) was positive and significant at the level of 0.01. Also, the indirect path coefficient between adaptive emotional schemas and severity of irritable bowel syndrome symptoms (p<0.01, β=-0.139) was negative and significant at the level of 0.01.
Conclusion: The present study results show that anger mediates the relationship between adaptive and non-adaptive emotional schemas with the severity of irritable bowel syndrome symptoms.

Background and aim: Body image is complex concernincluding biological, psychological, internaland external social factors. The purpose of this study was to copparison of the effectiveness of interpersonal psychotherapy and congnitiye - behvioral therapy on body image in women referred to cosmetic surgery centers.Materials and methods: This experimental study was a post-test pre-test by control group. The statistical population of all women in Mashhad who had referred to women's cosmetic surgery centers 1398. 45 were randomly placed in three groups (interpersonal psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and control). The data gathering tool was multidimensional body-self relations questionnaire (Cash, 1997). content validity was used and their reliability was estimated through Cronbach’s alpha. SPSS20 software and descriptive and analytical statistics (covariance) were used to analyze the data.Results: The analysis of covariance showed that interpersonal psychotherapy had a positive and significant effect on body image satisfaction (P <0.05). congnitiye - behvioral therapy had a positive and significant effect on body image satisfaction (P <0.05). results of post hoc test indicated that both training methods interpersonal psychotherapy and congnitiye - behvioral therapy, there is no significant difference in post-test scores (P > 0.05).Conclusion: Considering the significant effect of methods interpersonal psychotherapy and congnitiye - behvioral therapy on the body image satisfaction , it is suggested to use this two method to increase women’s body image satisfaction.

Data were analyzed by analysis of covariance using SPSS24 software.Results:The results showed that the Treatment based on acceptance and commitment had an Effecton self-concept(p = 0.001, F = 24.05) and Resiliency (p = 0.002, F = 11.88)in children with cancer.The findings showed That Acceptance and Commitment based Therapy on the components of Behavior , Anxiety , popularity , Resiliency and self concept on children with cancer.Conclusion:Acceptance and commitment therapy has a positive effect on resilience and self concept of children with cancer. Therefore the use of such treatments methods is recommended to counselors and child psychologists.

Background and objectives: Considering the insufficient efficacy of the medical and educational rehabilitation treatments on behavioral problems of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), novel treatments based on Mindfulness–Based Positive Behavior support (MBPBS) therapy on mothers of these children are suggested for reducing the behavioral problems of their children. Thus, in the present study, the effect of MBPBS on mindfulness of mothers of children with ASD and the behavioral problems of children were investigated.Methods: In this study, we randomly divided 30 mothers of 8-10 year-old children with ASD into two groups of experiment and control, 15 in each group. Both groups were evaluated using Bodfish Repetitive Behavior Scale–Revised before intervention, after 8 sessions of MBPBS education of the intervention group, and one month after the intervention. Results: Mean scores of stereotyped, self-harm, monotone, obsessive, ritualistic, and limited behavior were similar at pre-test (P>0.05); while, immediately and one month after intervention, it was significantly lower in the intervention group, compared to the control group; mean scores of the above-mentioned behavior had no significant change by time in children with ASD in the control group, while it had significant decrease in the intervention group by time (P<0.001). Conclusion: MBPBS education to mothers of ASD children is effective on reducing the behavioral problems of ASD children and is thus suggested to be included in the treatment protocol of these children.

Introduction: Asthma is one of the most common chronic respiratory diseases and one of the main problems of health care systems in many societies around the world, including Iran. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of immunization against stress on anxiety, perceived stress and adherence of treatment in patients with asthma.Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 30 patients with asthma aged 25 to 55 years were selected and divided into experimental and control groups. Participants first completed research questionnaires. First, the participants completed the research questionnaires. Then, the stress immunization training package was implemented in 9 sessions for the experimental group. Then the research questionnaires were completed after the sessions and again after three months. The instruments of this study include Beck Anxiety Scale, Cohen Perceived Stress Questionnaire and the scale of adherence to the treatment. In order to analyze the data, repeated measures analysis of variance test was used in SPSS software version 20.Results: The results showed that the difference between groups was significant for the perceived stress variables (p = 0.023) and treatment follow-up (p = 0.003) but was not significant for the anxiety variable (p = 0.360). Therefore, immunization training against stress had a significant effect on perceived stress and adherence to treatment of patients with asthma.Conclusion: Immunization against stress by reducing perceived stress in patients with asthma, in addition to reducing the risk of asthma attacks by improving adherence of treatment these patients leads to better control of their disease.

Background and Aim: One of the topics in health psychology is the reaction of people to the physical symptoms of the disease. People with anxiety have misconceptions and misinterpretations of health. The present study examines the relationship between the activity of behavioral brain systems and anxiety. The disease mediates cognitive flexibility.Materials and Methods: The study method is correlational. The study population includes students aged 18 to 35 years from Bu Ali Sina University and Payame Noor University of Hamadan. In order to conduct research, 399 students were selected by convenience sampling method. Participants were assessed using a research assessment tool including three Jackson Five-Factor Questionnaires, Disease Anxiety, and Cognitive Flexibility, then the data were analyzed using path analysis method, based on AMOS-21 software.Results: The results showed that Behavioral Activation System (BAS) has a direct effect on disease anxiety and FFFS has a direct effect on cognitive flexibility, but Behavioral Activation System (BAS) has a direct effect on cognitive flexibility and war system. And FFFS have an indirect effect on morbidity, cognitive flexibility and morbidity; Cognitive flexibility also plays a mediating role between the behavioral brain system and disease anxiety.Conclusion: According to the results of the study, it can be said that the activity of Behavioral Activation System (BAS) and Fighting System (FFFS) is associated with disease anxiety and also cognitive flexibility as a mediating variable with disease anxiety.

Background: A hearing-impaired child often has communication problems and Communication problems can lead to social and behavioral problems therefore the purpose of the present study is Survey the effectiveness of group play therapy with cognitive-behavioral approach on anxiety and self-esteem of deaf students.Materials & Methods: The present study was a quasi-experimental study with pretest, post-test design and control group. The statistical population of this study included all elementary deaf students in Alborz province in 1398-99. The number of students was 45, of which 30 students were selected by available sampling method and were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. Spence children anxiety scale and Cooper Smith self-esteem inventory were used to collect data.results: The Findings show that the level of anxiety in deaf children in the experimental group and after performing play therapy with cognitive-behavioral approach has decreased compared to the control group (p <0.05). Also, the findings indicate that the self-esteem of deaf children in the experimental group compared to the control group in the post-test had a significant increase at the level of 0.05.Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, group play therapy is an effective way to reduce anxiety and increase and strengthen the self-esteem of deaf students. It seems necessary to holding group play therapy sessions in special schools for the deaf.
