Introduction: Satisfaction with married life depends on various factors. Also, among the effective factors for increasing breastfeeding, we can mention the level of self-efficacy of the mother in breastfeeding. This research was conducted with the aim of the relationship between marital satisfaction and breastfeeding self-efficacy in primiparous and multiparous mothers hospitalized in Qom city in 2022.Materials and Methods: This study was of a descriptive-correlation type, which was investigated in 81 primiparous mothers and 49 multiparous mothers selected by convenient sampling method (available). Data collection was done using an ENRICH marital satisfaction questionnaire and BSES-SF breastfeeding self-efficacy questionnaire. The data was analysis by using SPSS statistical software.Results: mean and standard deviation of marital satisfaction in primiparous women (2.56±1.01) and in multiparous women (2.54±1.06) and breastfeeding self-efficacy in primiparous women (2.55±0.97) and in multiparous women (2.50±1.007). There was a significant relationship between marital satisfaction and breastfeeding self-efficacy in primiparous and multiparous mothers, respectively.Conclusion: The results of this research indicate that the status of breastfeeding self-efficacy and marital satisfaction of the mothers who participated in this study was lower than the average level. Also, there is a relationship between marital satisfaction and breastfeeding self-efficacy in the primiparous and multiparous mothers in Qom's selected Hospitals in2022. Therefore, this research confirms the necessity of educating and informing parents about the importance of supporting the spouse and its effect on improving the family's breastfeeding self-efficacy.

Introduction: Multiple sclerosis is a progressive neurodegenerative disease. marital satisfaction is an important indicator in the favorable prognosis of treatment in progressive neuropsychological disorders.The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of two approaches of coupleeclectic behavioral therapy and combined treatment of schema based on acceptance and commitment on marital satisfaction in women with multiple sclerosis. Materials and Methods: In a randomized pilot trial, During late 2019 and early 2020, 42 female patients with multiple sclerosis with their husbands were selected using purposive sampling method and using block randomization method in the form of two A treatment group and a control group were assigned. The two treatment groups underwent one of the eclectic and integrated behavioral couple therapy treatments based on acceptance and commitment for 10 sessions of 90 minutes once a week, and the control group was placed on a waiting list. Enrich Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire (1998) was completed by participants in three time periods: pre-test, post-test and follow-up. Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance and repeated measures. Results: Preliminary results showed that both treatments had a significant effect on patients' marital satisfaction index compared to the control group, which remained stable until the quarterly follow-up stage (all p's <0.05). In addition, the secondary results showed that there was no significant difference between the effectiveness of the two treatments (p <0.05). Conclusion: The findings of this study can be associated with clinical applications in planning the vision of therapeutic interventions in patients with neurodegenerative disorders.

Introduction: Effective relationship between couples is the most important part in family good function. The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of education on the effect of communication skills training and cognitive-behavioral therapy on marital satisfaction and happiness of couples with sexual desire disorders.
Materials and Methods: The research was carried out using a semi-experimental design with a post-test, pre-test, and control group design in the first 6 months of 2016. Among the patients referred to the reproductive health centers of Tehran, 60 couples who had at least one DSM-V criteria had sexual dysfunction, were selected and randomly assigned to three groups of communication skills training and cognitive-behavioral therapy and control. The instrument was the Oxford Happiness Inventory and Enrique Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire. The covariance analysis and bin porridge correction were used to analyze the data.
Results: The results showed that communication skills training and cognitive behavioral therapy could significantly increase marital satisfaction and happiness (p>0.05) and there were no statistically significant differences between communication skills training and cognitive behavioral therapy in increasing marital satisfaction and happiness.
Conclusion: It can be concluded that using communication skills and cognitive-behavioral therapy can increase the happiness and marital satisfaction in couples. Health centers and counseling can provide community mental health through the creation of weekly educational workshops to increase family sexual awareness.

Introduction: Gratitude, as a positive factor, can help enrich and strengthen relationships between couples. The aim of this study was testing a model of the relationships gratitude, marital relationship quality, and marital satisfaction.
Materials and Methods: The statistical population included all married female teachers of Sabzevar city in 1396. The statistical sample was 241 participants who were selected using the random sampling method. The data collection was performed using the ENRICH Marital Satisfaction (EMS), Gratitude Questionnaire-6 (GQ-6), perceived Relationship Quality. Amos -24 and SPSS -24 software packages were applied for data analysis. Bootstrap in Preacher and Hayes’ Macro program was used for testing mediation.
Results: Results indicated that the model with some modification had a good fit with the data. The gratitude had a positive direct effect on marital satisfaction and marital relationship quality (p<0.05). Marital relationship quality had a positive direct effect on marital satisfaction (p<0.05). The gratitude had the positive indirect effect on marital satisfaction via marital relationship quality (p<0.05).
Conclusion: Gratitude, directly and indirectly, through increased marital relationship quality, is associated with higher marital satisfaction. This study shows a stage into a better understanding of positive processes that can protect couples against marital dissatisfaction, and that can assist counselors to help couples in attaining and keeping the marital satisfaction. Background: Marital satisfaction contains positive relationship between each person and her or his spouse’s family members, positive dynamism in the original family, self-esteem and religious homogeny of couples. Religious beliefs and commitments are one of the important factors in marital satisfaction. The main aim of this study was evaluating the relationship between religious orientation and marital satisfaction among couples of Qom City. Materials and method: In this cross sectional descriptive - analytical Study, the study population included all the couples referred to counseling centers and psychological clinics of Qom City. Among them, 150 people, of those who volunteered to participate, were selected. The required information was collected using Azarbaijani’s Religious Orientation Questionnaire and Valter’s Index of Marital Satisfaction. All the data were analyzed by correlation, regression in SPSS-17. Results: findings show that there is a positive correlation between religious orientation and marital satisfaction(r= -0.511, p=0.001). This means that religious orientation can predict marital satisfaction (R2= 0.771, p=0.006). Conclusion: considering the importance of religious beliefs and orientations in families especially among couples, taking training programs for improving quality of marriage life and family is suggested.
