چکیده

زمینهوهدف: از مهم‌ترین عوامل در کیفیت عرضة هر چه ‌بهتر خدمات پرستاران به بیماران رضایت شغلی و هوش ‌هیجانی است که بی‌توجهی به آن در بلندمدت موجب بروز عصیان، کاهش حس مسئولیت، فرسودگی شغلی و ترک خدمت را به‌دنبال خواهد داشت. بنابراین، مطالعة حاضر،با هدفتعیین ارتباطرضایت شغلی با هوش ‌هیجانی در پرستاران بخش‌های اورژانس، به‌ویژه بیمارستان‌های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر کرماندرسال 1391 انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: اینمطالعةتوصیفی- همبستگیروی150نفراز پرستاران بخش‌های اورژانس، به‌ویژه بیمارستان‌های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر کرمان به روش سرشماری با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های مشخصاتدموگرافیکی، رضایت شغلی پرستاران و هوش ‌هیجانی برادی گریوز(Bradbry- Graves) به‌صورت سرشماری انجام شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیلداده‌ها باآزمون تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه وضریب همبستگیپیرسون با استفاده از SPSS نسخة 20انجام شد و سطحمعنا‌داری05/0 درنظرگرفتهشد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمرة کلی رضایت شغلی و هوش‌ هیجانی به‌ترتیب (69/17±72/83) و (56/17±09/121) بود. بین نمرة کلی رضایت شغلی (رضایت‌ درونی ‌و رضایت ‌بیرونی) و نمرة کلی هوش ‌هیجانی ارتباط معنا‌داری با ضریب همبستگی 351/0 مشاهده شد (0001/0>P). نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس (ANOVA) و تی مستقل نشان داد بین متغیرهای دموگرافیک (سن، تحصیلات، تجربه، واحد سازمانی، جنس) با رضایت شغلی و ابعاد آن و هوش‌هیجانی و زیرگروه‌هایش ارتباطی وجود ندارد (05/0<P).
نتیجه‌گیری: رضایت شغلیبا هوش ‌هیجانی رابطةمستقیمداردوبه‌نظر می‌رسدافرادبا هوش ‌هیجانی بالاتر احساس رضایت بیشتری در کار با همکاران و بیماران دارند. پیشنهاد می‌شود مطالعات بیشتری در رابطه با ارتباط این دو مفهوم و ارتباط آن‌ با متغیرهای دموگرافیکی انجام شود.

چکیده [English]

Background & Objectives:Job satisfaction and emotional intelligence are the most important factors in providing the best quality of nurses' services to patients. Lack of attention to this problem is disrupted the organization system in the long term.It causes reduce in the sense of responsibility, burnout and eventually leave of serve. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the relationship between job satisfactions with emotional intelligence among nurses of Kerman University of Medical Sciences hospitals.
Material & Methods: This is a cross-sectional and descriptive study. The study population formed of 150 critical and emergency nurses of Kerman University of Medical Science hospitals. Data were collected via instrument which includes background information and 28 items form ofBradbry-Graves, emotional intelligence and 21 items from of job satisfaction by census method. Data analysis was performed by t-test and ANOVA test andPearson correlation coefficients.
Results: Results showed that the mean score of job satisfaction was 83.72±17.69 and the mean scoreof emotional intelligence was 121.09±17.56. It was observed that there is a significant relationship between total score of job satisfaction (intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction) and total score of emotional intelligencewith a correlation coefficient of 0.351 (P>0.0001).The results of analysis of (ANOVA) and t-test showed thatthere is not a significant relationship between demographic variables (age, education, experience, organizational unit, sex) with job satisfaction and emotional intelligence and their dimensions(P>0.05).
Conclusions: Job satisfaction is directly related to emotional intelligence and it seems that people with high emotional intelligence feel more satisfaction in their work with colleagues and patients. It is suggested that further studies should be done to reveal the relationship between these two concepts and their relationships with demographic variables.
