چکیده

اهداف سبک زندگی سالم در دوران سالمندی اهمیت زیادی دارد. جمعیت سالمند ایران روزبه‌روز در حال افزایش است، به همین دلیل شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر سبک زندگی آنان از دغدغه‌های ذهنی سیاست‌گذاران نظام سلامت کشور است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی سبک زندگی در بازنشستگان بالای 60 سال دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار انجام شده است.
مواد و روش ها این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی در قالب مطالعات مقطعی است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از فرمول حجم نمونه مورگان 110 نفر از بازنشستگان بالای 60 سال دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و سبک زندگی سالم با پرسش‌نامه استاندارد سنجش سبک زندگی سالم در سالمندان ایرانی جمع‌آوری شد. اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده وارد نسخه 22 نرم‌افزار SPSS شد و به کمک روش‌های آمار توصیفی و آزمون تی و آنوا تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.
یافته ها از 110 نفر مطالعه‌شده، 85 نفر مرد (77/3درصد) و 25 نفر زن (22/7درصد) بودند. از نظر تحصیلات 40 نفر (6/36درصد) بی‌سواد بودند و 56 نفر (90/50درصد) تحصیلات تا دیپلم و 14 نفر (72/12درصد) تحصیلات دانشگاهی داشتند. میانگین کل نمره سبک زندگی در مردان 65/16±82/148و در زنان 05/17±40/144 بود که آزمون تی نشان داد این اختلاف معنادار است. همچنین بر اساس آزمون تی اختلاف معناداری بین زنان و مردان در حیطه‌های تفریح و ورزش (032/0P=) و روابط اجتماعی (008/0P=) مشاهده شد.
نتیجه گیری نتایج نشان داد سالمندان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار از نظر سبک زندگی در وضعیت متوسطی قرار دارند و لازم است آموزش شیوه‌های زندگی سالم به آنان با جدیت بیشتری پیگیری شود.

چکیده [English]

Background A healthy lifestyle in old age is of considerable importance. Iranian elderly population is increasing day by day. Therefore, identifying the factors affecting their lifestyle is the concern of country's health system policy makers. This study was conducted to study the lifestyle of the over 60-year-old retired staff of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences.
Materials & Methods The research was descriptive in the form of cross-sectional study. Using the Morgan table, a sample of 110 retired staff of Sabzevar Medical Science University were selected by simple random sampling method. Demographic and healthy lifestyle information was collected with the standard assessment healthy lifestyle questionnaires to assess Iranian elderly. The data were entered into SPSS version 22, and analyzed through descriptive statistics, t test, and ANOVA.
Results Out of 110 subjects, 85 were males (77.3%) and 25 were females (22.7%). In terms of education, 40 (36.6%) were illiterate, 56 (50.90%) had diplomas, and 14 (12.72%) had an academic degree. The mean(SD) total score of lifestyle in men was 148.82(16.65) and in women 144.40(17.05). T test showed that this difference was significant. According to this test, significant differences were observed between men and women with regard to recreation, exercise (P=0.032), and social relations (P=0.008) .
Conclusion The results showed that the elderly of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences were ranked average regarding their lifestyle, so their education of healthy lifstyle must be pursed more seriously.
