چکیده

زمینه و هدف: صلاحیت بالینی از ضرورت های مهم حرفه پرستاری بوده و اخیراً پرستاران در این زمینه مورد انتقاد زیادی قرار گرفته اند. به همین دلیل، یافتن مؤلفه ها و عوامل مؤثر بر صلاحیت بالینی و ارتقاء آن همیشه مورد توجه نظام های آموزشی، بهداشتی و درمانی بوده است. هوش معنوی نیز به عنوان عامل مهم در کارآمدی و موفقیت پرستاران مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. لذا برای یافتن شواهدی در این خصوص، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت هوش معنوی و همبستگی آن با صلاحیت بالینی پرستاران طراحی و اجرا گردید.
مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش توصیفی - همبستگی بر روی 212 پرستار بیمارستان های آموزشی شهر مشهد از طریق نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه هوش معنوی و صلاحیت بالینی بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارآماری SPSS 11.5 و از آزمون های آنالیزواریانس، کراسکال والیس، تی تست، همبستگی و رگرسیون خطی ساده و تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که 3/53 درصد پرستاران دارای نمره هوش معنوی بیشتر از میانگین و 7/46 درصد نمره کمتر از میانگین بودند. میزان صلاحیت بالینی اکثر پرستاران، 8/۵۳ درصد با توجه به خودارزیابی در محدوده خوب؛ 2/48 درصد طبق ارزیابی سرپرستاران در محدوده متوسط و در مجموع 3/۵۳ درصد نظر پرستار و سرپرستار در حیطه متوسط قرار داشتند. آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین هوش معنوی پرستاران و صلاحیت بالینی آن ها همبستگی معنادار و مثبت وجود دارد (001/0

Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Nurses’ Clinical Competency

Background and Purpose: Clinical competency is one of the requirements in nursing profession، for which nurses have recently been criticized. For this reason، health educational systems always intend to discover and improve factors that affect clinical competency. On the other hand، spiritual intelligence is considered as a significant factor in nurses’ success and efficacy. Therefore، the present study was designed to determine the spiritual intelligence status and its relationship with nurses’ clinical competency.

Material and Methods: This descriptive correlational study was conducted on 250 nurses of Mashad educational hospitals selected by multi-stage sampling. Demographic، clinical competency and spiritual intelligence questionnaires were used for data collection; the obtained data were analyzed in SPSS 11.5 using ANOVA، Kruskal Wallis، t-test، correlation and simple linear regression and covariate analysis.

Results: The results showed that %53.3 of the nurses' scores on spiritual intelligence were above the mean، and %46.7 below the mean. Most nurses’ (%53/8) scores of clinical competency scores was reported good (by self-assessment)، %48.2 of the scores in the average range (by matron assessment)، and %53.3 of them in the average range (by the overall assessment).
