چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هر بیمار بدون درنظر گرفتن سن، جنس، نژاد و دیگر تفاوت‌ها، از حق آگاهی، انتخاب، احترام، رازداری، حفظ حریم شخصی، مراقبت و درمان صحیح، محافظت و اعتراض برخوردار است. وظیفه درمانگر نیز رعایت حقوق بیمار است که لازمه آن داشتن آگاهی مناسب از این حقوق است. مواد و روش ها: تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی - تحلیلی - مقطعی است؛ که در 6 ماهه دوم سال 1389 انجام شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش کارشناسان توانبخشی شاغل در مراکز بهزیستی شهر تهران بودند.روش نمونه‌گیری، تمام شماری و شامل تمامی کارشناسان توانبخشی مشغول به کار بالینی با حداقل 6 ماه سابقه کاری بود که مجموعاً 62 نفر می‌شدند. اطلاعات لازم شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک، مقیاس رعایت حقوق بیمار و مقیاس آگاهی از حقوق بیمار از طریق پرسشنامه محقّق ساخته اعتبار سنجی شده، گردآوری شد. برای تحلیل آماری از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون تی مستقل، و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: میزان آگاهی از حقوق بیمار در 7/59 درصد از کارشناسان در سطح خیلی خوب، 5/35 درصد در سطح خوب و 3/5 درصد در سطح متوسط قرار داشت. میزان رعایت حقوق بیمار در 79 درصد موارد در سطح متوسط، در 6/13 درصد در سطح ضعیف و فقط در 5/8 درصد در سطح خوب قرار داشت. میزان رعایت حقوق بیمار با سطح تحصیلات رابطه مثبت و معنادار داشت (03/0>P). میزان رعایت حقوق بیماران در کارشناسان مذکر از مؤنث بالاتر بود (02/0>P). رابطه بین آگاهی از حقوق بیمار با میزان رعایت آن مثبت و معنادار بود (001/0>P). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به وجود ارتباط مثبت و معنادار بین آگاهی از حقوق بیمار با میزان رعایت آن، اقداماتی از قبیل گنجاندن آموزش حقوق بیمار در برنامه‌های درسی مقاطع مختلف رشته های توانبخشی و برگزاری دوره های بازآموزی مداوم بسیار توصیه می‌شود.

Background: Patients, regardless of their age, sex, race, and other differences, have a right to knowledge, choice, respect, confidentiality, territoriality, and efficient care and treatment in health care settings. Rehabilitation experts, like other health care providers, should be knowledgeable and observant of these rights. This study was designed to determine the relationship between experts’ knowledge of patients’ rights and their level of observance of these rights. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional, descriptive and analytical study, all experts working in rehabilitation and welfare centers in the city of Tehran with at least 6 months work experience were included by census method. Sixty-two experts were examined by a questionnaire with confirmed validity and reliability, consisting of 2 subscales measuring knowledge and observance of the participants on patients’ rights. Results: Of all the participants, 79% were female and 77.4% had bachelor’s degrees. The mean age was 35.9 (SD=8) years. Knowledge on patients’ rights was at the very good level in 59.7%, at the good level in 35.55%, and at the moderate level in 5.3%.
