چکیده

زمینه و هدف: سلامت دهانی تاثیر بسزایی بر روی ایجاد عوارض دوران بارداری دارد و ارتقا آگاهی تامین کنندگان سلامت،میتواند منجر به تقویت درمان های پیشگیرانه و کاهش بار مالی برای جامعه گردد. لذا هدف از انجام این مطالعه ارزیابی آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان پزشکی، مامائی و پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در زمینه سلامت دهان دوران بارداری می باشد.



مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی در سال 1399 در 172 نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی، پرستاری و مامایی ورودی 92 تا 98 دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران بوسیله تکمیل پرسشنامه معتبر خودایفا که حاوی 30 سوال مشتمل بر اطلاعات زمینه ای (7سوال)، آگاهی (17سوال) و نگرش (6سوال) درخصوص سلامت دهان دوران بارداری بود انجام گرفت. اطلاعات توسط نرم افزارSPSS24 وآزمونهای اسپیرمن و کروسکال والیس و من ویتنی آنالیز شدند.

یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره اگاهی 172 نفر (52% مرد و 48% زن) از دانشجویان (۶۲ نفر پرستاری، ۲۴ نفر مامایی و ۸۶ نفر پزشکی) با حداقل صفر و حداکثر15 بطور متوسط 2.85±6.96 برآورد شد. بین نمره آگاهی با جنسیت، رشته تحصیلی ، تاهل ، تحصیلات والدین ، وضعیت اقتصادی ارتباط معنی داری یافت نشد.(P> 0.05)

نتیجه‌گیری: سطح آگاهی دانشجویان پزشکی و پیراپزشکی در زمینه سلامت دهان دوران بارداری پایین بود. باتوجه به اینکه آنها خط مقدم مواجهه با بیماران جامعه هستند لذا بازنگری کوریکولوم آموزشی این رشته ها و افزودن محتواهایی در خصوص بیماریهای دهان توصیه میگردد.

Introduction: Oral health has a significant impact on the complications of pregnancy and raising the awareness of health Providers, can lead to the strengthening of preventive treatments and reduce the financial burden on society. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the knowledge and attitude of medical, midwifery and nursing students of Iran University of Medical Sciences about oral health during pregnancy.

Materials and Methods: During this descriptive-analytical study, which is done by a standard questionnaire, the knowledge and concern of these students in the field of oral health in pregnant women have evaluated. The questionnaire consists of two parts: demographic characteristics of the samples and their personal opinion about oral health.

Results: In this study, a total of 172 students (62 nursing, 24 midwiferies and 86 medical students) participated. The knowledge score among 17 questions was minimum zero, maximum 15 and average 6.85±6.96 No significant relationship was found between knowledge score, gender and field of study.

Conclusion: The level of knowledge of medical and paramedical students in the field of oral health during pregnancy is low and it is necessary to improve this awareness.
