چکیده

زمینه و هدف: تصویر بدنی مفهوم پیچیده‌ای است که در بردارنده عوامل بیولوژیکی، روان‌شناختی، درونی و عوامل اجتماعی خارجی است. براین اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی روان‌درمانی بین‌فردی و درمان شناختی- رفتاری بر تصویر بدنی زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز جراحی زیبایی انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌ ها: این پژوهش نیمه تجربی از نوع پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش را تمامی زنان 40-33 ساله ناراضی از تصویر بدنی مراجعه کننده به مراکز زیبایی شهر مشهد در سال 1398 تشکیل دادند که تعداد 45 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به صورت گمارش تصادفی در سه گروه آزمایش روان-درمانی بین‌فردی، آزمایش شناختی- رفتاری و گروه کنترل جای گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه چندبعدی نگرش فرد در مورد تصویر بدنی کش (1997) بود و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزارSPSS24 و از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی (کوواریانس) استفاده شد.

یافته ‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که روان‌درمانی بین‌فردی بر افزایش رضایت از تصویر بدنی موثر است (05/0> P). روش درمانی شناختی- رفتاری بر افزایش رضایت از تصویر بدنی موثر است (05/0> P) و بین اثربخشی روش درمان شناختی- رفتاری و روش روان‌درمانی بین فردی بر تصویر بدنی زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز جراحی زیبایی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد (05/0< P).

نتیجه گیری: باتوجه به تاثیر معنادار روش روان‌درمانی بین فردی و درمان شناختی- رفتاری بر تصویر بدنی زنان، پیشنهاد

می‌شود از این دو روش در جهت افزایش رضایت تصویر بدنی زنان بهره برده شود.

چکیده [English]

Background and aim: Body image is complex concernincluding biological, psychological, internaland external social factors. The purpose of this study was to copparison of the effectiveness of interpersonal psychotherapy and congnitiye - behvioral therapy on body image in women referred to cosmetic surgery centers.

Materials and methods: This experimental study was a post-test pre-test by control group. The statistical population of all women in Mashhad who had referred to women's cosmetic surgery centers 1398. 45 were randomly placed in three groups (interpersonal psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and control). The data gathering tool was multidimensional body-self relations questionnaire (Cash, 1997). content validity was used and their reliability was estimated through Cronbach’s alpha. SPSS20 software and descriptive and analytical statistics (covariance) were used to analyze the data.

Results: The analysis of covariance showed that interpersonal psychotherapy had a positive and significant effect on body image satisfaction (P <0.05). congnitiye - behvioral therapy had a positive and significant effect on body image satisfaction (P <0.05). results of post hoc test indicated that both training methods interpersonal psychotherapy and congnitiye - behvioral therapy, there is no significant difference in post-test scores (P > 0.05).

Conclusion: Considering the significant effect of methods interpersonal psychotherapy and congnitiye - behvioral therapy on the body image satisfaction , it is suggested to use this two method to increase women’s body image satisfaction.
