چکیده

زمینه و هدف  تروما یکی از علت‌های مهم مرگ‌ومیر در جهان است. متعاقب بستری شدن بیمار و تحت مراقبت قرار گرفتن فوری و تنش‌های ناشی از این اتفاق، عمدتاً خانواده بیماران دچار تشویش و نگرانی می‌شوند. در این وضعیت، اطمینان‌بخشی به همراهان بیماران، انتقال اطلاعات بالینی به بستگان وی و ارائه حمایت‌های خانواده‌محور، از سوی پرسنل پرستاری بخش ICU مهم می‌باشد. نظر به اهمیت این مسئله، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی حمایت اطلاعاتی بر کاهش نگرانی بیماران ترومایی بستری در بخش ICU بیمارستان آیت‌الله کاشانی شهرکرد در سال 1396 صورت پذیرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها پژوهش حاضر، جزو مطالعات کارآزمایی بالینی، از نوع مطالعات موازی، با گروه کنترل و شاهد بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، همراهان بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه هستند که به صورت تصادفی 60 نفر انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه 30 نفر قرار گرفتند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری تحقیق، پرسشنامه 50 سؤالی محقق‌ساخته بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با برنامه spss20  و استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها نتایج حاصل نشان داد که نمره نگرانی قبل و پس از برگزاری جلسات، تفاوت معناداری دارند و میانگین نمرات نگرانی گروه آموزش به طور معنی‌داری کاهش پیدا کرده است (0/05>P).
نتیجه‌گیری با توجه به مؤثر بودن حمایت اطلاعاتی و ارائه پشتیبانی‌های لازم به همراهان و خانواده‌های بیماران، در راستای کاهش علائم نگرانی و اضطراب آنها، پیشنهاد می‌شود در بخش‌های پرتنشی همچون ICU، واحد مراقبت از خانواده استقرار یابد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Trauma is one of the major causes of mortality with more than five million deaths and disabilities each year in the world. Looking for hospitalization and taking immediate care Patient and the tensions caused by this happen most of the patient's family is distressed, worried, and anxious. in this situation, reassurance to the family and companions of patients ,Conveying patient clinical information to relatives and providing family-based support, the ICU sector is important for nursing personnel. Given the importance of this issue, done the present study aims to Determine Effectiveness informational support of truma patients' family Accepted to entensive care unite on their Worry in the Ayatollah Kashani Hospital shahrecord at1396.
Materials and Methods: The present study was included in clinical trials and parallel studies with control and control groups.The statistical population of the study consisted of patients admitted to the intensive care unit.They randomly selected 60 people and were divided into two groups of 30 people.The instrument for measuring the questionnaire was a researcher-made questionnaire.Data analysis was performed using spss20 program and using covariance analysis test. Results: The results showed that Concerns before and after the sessions were significant Mean score of anxiety in the intervention group significantly decreased (p> 0.05).
Conclusion: In general, due to the effectiveness of information support and provide necessary support to relatives and families of patients, To reduce symptoms of anxiety and anxiety, It is suggested that, In the tense sectors such as ICU, the Family Care Unit will be deployed.
