چکیده

زمینه و هدف  کیفیت بالای زندگی کاری، از عوامل اساسی توانمندسازی منابع انسانی موردنیاز سیستم مراقبت بهداشتی شناخته شده است و بهبود رضایت شغلی کارکنان را نیز به دنبال دارد. پرستاران، عضو بسیار مهم سیستم مراقبت درمانی کشور محسوب میشوند؛ از این رو این مطالعه با هدف تعیین رابطه سرزندگی و احساس انسجام روانی با کیفیت زندگی کاری پرستاران با نقش واسطهای خودتمایزیافتگی انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه پرستاران زن بیمارستان امام رضا مشهد هستند که 155 پرستار به عنوان نمونه پژوهش به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای اندازهگیری متغیرها از پرسشنامههای کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون (1999)، پرسش‌نامه خودتمایزیافتگی اسکورن و فرایدلندر (1999) و انسجام روانی آنتووسکی (1992) بهره گرفته شده است. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل دادهها نیز از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Amos وSPSS22 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها نتایج نشان داد که سرزندگی به صورت مستقیم بر کیفیت زندگی کاری (0/48) و به صورت غیرمستقیم یعنی از طریق خودتمایزیافتگی بر کیفیت زندگی کاری (0/12) تأثیرگذار است (p>0.05) باید اضافه کرد، انسجام روانی به صورت مستقیم بر کیفیت زندگی کاری (0/07) تأثیرگذار نیست، همچنین به صورت غیرمستقیم یعنی از طریق خودتمایزیافتگی بر کیفیت زندگی کاری (0/02) تأثیرگذار نبود (p>0.05).
نتیجه‌گیری بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که رابطه سرزندگی با کیفیت زندگی کاری پرستاران، یک رابطه خطی ساده نیست و خودتمایزیافتگی می‌تواند رابطه سرزندگی با کیفیت زندگی کاری پرستاران را میانجی‌گری کند.

Relationship between Vitality and Sense of Psychosocial Coherence with Nurses' Quality of Work Life: the Role Mediating of Self-Differentiation

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Quality of work life is one of the most important factors that empowers human resources in healthcare system. It also improves employee’s job satisfaction. Because nursing is an important component of health care systems of a country, this survey carried out to determine relationship between vitality and Sense of psychosocial coherence with nurses' quality of work life and the role of mediating  self-differentiation.
Materials and Method: A descriptive correlational study design was used. The statistical population of this study included all female nurses of Imam Reza Hospital in Mashhad, that 155 nurses as samples of research was selected through simple random sampling. To measure the variables, Walton's quality of work life questionnaires (1999), Scorner & Friedlander self-discovery questionnaire (1999), and Antofsky's (1992) mental integrity questionnaire were used. Pearson correlation test and path analysis using Amos and SPSS22 software were used to analyze the data.
Results: Results showed that vitality affect directly on quality of work life (0/48) and indirectly through the self-differentiation influenced on quality of work life (0/12); Should be added, psychosocial coherence not affect directly on quality of work life (-0/07) and indirectly through the self-differentiation did not affect on quality of work life (0/02).  Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the relationship between vitality with the quality of nurses' work life is not a simple linear relationship and self-differentiation can mediate relationship vitality with the quality of nurses' work life.
