چکیده

زمینه و هدف  آگاهی ماماها از قوانین و مقررات حرفه‌ای، از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است و مرور مکرر آن با روش آموزشی مناسب و در دسترس، لازمه ارتقای این آگاهی است. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه دو روش نوین آموزشی کتاب الکترونیک همراه و پادکست با روش سنتی کتابچه بر میزان آگاهی ماماها انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها در این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی، 92 نفر از ماماهای شاغل در بیمارستان‌های شهر مشهد به طور تصادفی که دارای معیارهای ورود بودند انتخاب شدند و با قرعه‌کشی در3 گروه قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود. پیش‌آزمون، در سه گروه انجام شد. در گروه اول، آموزش با کتاب الکترونیک همراه، گروه دوم آموزش با پادکست صوتی انجام شد و گروه سوم (کنترل) آموزشی را دریافت نکردند. هشت هفته بعد، آزمون مجدد صورت گرفت. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اماری SPSS 22 و آزمون‌های آماری آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه، کروسکال والیس، دقیق فیشر، کای دو و تی مستقل، تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها میزان آگاهی قبل از آموزش در هر سه گروه، در سطح متوسط قرار داشت و بین سه گروه، اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (p>0.05). میانگین نمره آگاهی در گروه کتاب الکترونیک همراه و پادکست، پس از مداخله، به طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت (p<0.05). بین میانگین نمره آگاهی، بعد از آموزش در دو گروه کتاب الکترونیک همراه و گروه کنترل، اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (p=0.6) اما اختلاف میانگین نمرات در گروه پادکست با کتاب الکترونیک همراه و کنترل، اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری داشت (P<0.001) و این روش، مؤثرتر گزارش شد.
نتیجه‌گیری با توجه به مؤثر بودن هر دو روش آموزشی، آموزش قوانین و مقررات حرفه مامایی با این روش‌ها پیشنهاد می‌شود. بهتر است به علت مؤثرتر بودن پادکست صوتی، آموزش با ارائه دادن فایل صوتی تهیه شده، به سوپروایزران آموزشی بیمارستان‌ها و مسئولین بخش‌ها یا قرار دادن آن در وبسایت بیمارستان‌ها و دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی صورت گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Midwifery knowledge of midwifery regulations is a major issue requiring a focused review through appropriate methods for educating midwives to improve their knowledge. The aim of this study was to compare the effect of pocket e-book as a new teaching method with the traditional midwifery knowledge brochure.
Materials and Methods: This is an experimental study in which 92 midwives were randomly selected from hospitals in Mashhad and randomly divided into three groups. Data were collected by researchermade questionnaire. Pretest was collected in groups. The first group did the exercises through the booklet; the second group received instruction through a pocket book. The third group was the control group and did not receive any training. After eight weeks, they were re-tested. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software.
Results: Knowledge level in all three groups was average (score 12-18). There was no significant difference between the mean of knowledge in the three groups (p> 0.05). There was a significant difference between pre-test scores (pre-intervention) and post-test (two months after intervention) in two groups of book and e-mail (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the control group. The mean score of knowledge after intervention in all three groups showed a significant difference. Both educational groups included podcasts and e-books significantly more than the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the mean score of knowledge in the e-book group and the booklet. (p> 0.05)
Conclusion: As these two methods of training are influential,‌training rules and regulations of midwifery profession can be performed using these methods.
