چکیده

زمینه و هدف  مصرف سموم شیمیایی روی محصولات کشاورزی در ایران در سال‌های اخیر رایج شده است که می‌تواند بر کیفیت نهایی مواد غذایی، تأثیر منفی داشته باشد. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کشاورزان شهرستان جوین و درباره جنبه‌های بهداشت محیطی استفاده از آفت‌کش‌ها در سال 1396 می‌باشد.
مواد و روش‌ها این مطالعه از نوع بررسی توصیفی- مقطعی است و جامعه مورد مطالعه، کشاورزان شهرستان جوین استان خراسان رضوی هستند. حجم نمونه انتخاب شده 100 نفر از کشاورزان شهرستان جوین است که به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه استانداردآگاهی و نگرش می‌باشد و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با آمار توصیفی و آنالیز پیرسون و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 20 انجام شده است.
یافته‌ها میانگین نمره شرکت‌کنندگان در مطالعه برای آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کشاورزان در رابطه با موارد بهداشتی و رعایت اصول ایمنی در حین سمپاشی‌اند 43/12 به دست آمد که قابل‌قبول می‌باشد اما میانگین نمرات برای میزان عملکرد نمره قابل‌قبولی نمی‌باشد (46/5). همچنین آنالیز پیرسون داده‌ها نشان داد که بین آگاهی و نگرش کشاورزان، رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد p-Value>0.05)).
نتیجه‌گیری عملکرد کشاورزان مورد مطالعه در خصوص استفاده از سموم و اثرات آنها مناسب و قابل‌قبول نمی‌باشد که این امر، ضرورت آموزش علمی و عملی کشاورزان را آشکار می‌سازد تا با اجرایی شدن این آموزش‌ها شاهد کاهش مقدار سم مصرفی و در نتیجه، کاهش آلودگی محیط زیست توسط کشاورزان باشیم.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: In recent years, the uses of chemical pesticides in agricultural crops more than the world standards. The aim of this study was evaluate the knowledge, attitude and practice of farmers in Jovuin on the environmental health aspects of pesticide use in the 2018 years.
Materials and Methods: This is a cross-sectional study. The population of this study is farmers of Jouvin of Khorasan Razavi province. The sample size for study was 100 farmers. The data obtained with a standard questionnaire and data analysis was performed using SPSS version 20 software.
Results: The knowledge, attitude and practice of farmers in relation to environmental health and safety principles during spraying indicate that the average score was 12.43 in attitude and awareness, but the very low mean score of individuals (5.46) in the performance. Also Pearson analysis showed the have scientific relation with attitude and awareness. (P-Value>0.05)
Conclusion: The practice of farmers in this study has received a very low score. This subject requires the scientific and practical training of farmers so that they can be used to reduce the amount of toxins consumed and thus reduce the pollution of the environment
