چکیده

چکیده
اهداف: اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای، یک اختلال شایع و ناتوان‌کننده در کودکان است که با میزان بالایی از مشکلات توجه و مشکلات ارتباطی همراه است که ماهیت پیچیده این اختلال، بررسی و به کارگیری درمان‌ های جدید از جمله ذهن آگاهی را ایجاب می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه تاثیر درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر کارکرد اجرایی و کاهش نشانه‌های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای در دانش‌آموزان انجام پذیرفت.
مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان پسر مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای 15-11 سال شهر گرگان در سال 1396 بود که از بین آنها 30 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و سپس در 2 گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گروه گواه(15 نفر) به صورت تصادفی گمارده شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌ های نشانه‌ های مرضی کودک(CSI-4) فرم والدین و پرسشنامه عصب-روانشناختی بود. آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه90 دقیقه‌ای به‌ صورت گروهی تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها بعد از اتمام جلسات با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیره و چند متغیره تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن ‌آگاهی بر کاهش نشانه های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای دانش‌آموزان موثر است. همچنین درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌ آگاهی در بهبود کارکرد اجرایی و خرده مقیاس‌های تصمیم‌گیری، سازماندهی و بازداری دانش‌آموزان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای موثراست.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌توان استنباط کرد که درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن ‌آگاهی بر بهبود کارکرد اجرایی و کاهش نشانه های اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای موثر است.

چکیده [English]

Abstract

Objective: Oppositional Defiant Disorder a common and debilitating disorder in children is associated with high levels of attention problems and communication difficulties, The complex nature of this disorder requires the investigation and application of new therapies, including mindfulness. The present study was conducted with the aim of studying the effect of cognitive-mindedness-based therapy on executive function and reducing symptoms of oppositional defiant disorder in children was conducted.
Materials and Methods:The research method is a semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with control group. The statistical population consisted of all male students withOppositional Defiant disorder aged 11-15 year-old in Gorgan city in 1396, Out of which 30 of them were selected using available sampling method and then randomly assigned to two groups (15 people) and control group (15). The research tool includes the Child Health Inventory(CSI-4) Parent Formand Neuropsychological Questionnaire. The experimental group was trained in 8 sessions of 90 minutes in group.The data were analyzed after the completion of the sessions using single-variable and multi-variable covariance analysis.
Results:The results showed that mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on in reducing symptoms of oppositional defiant disorder in students.Also, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy in Improvementthe executive function and the subscales of decision making, organization and dispossession of students with oppositional defiant disorder.
Conclusion:Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that mindfulness-based cognitive therapy is effective on Improvement the executive function and reducing the symptoms of oppositional defiant disorder.
