چکیده

زمینه و هدف: آموزش به فعالیت‌های گفته می‌شود که با هدف آسان ساختن یادگیری از سوی معلم طرح‌ریزی می‌شود و بین معلم و یک یا چند یادگیرنده به‌صورت یک کنش متقابل جریان می‌یابد. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر روش‌های آموزشی همتا و غیرهمتا بر یادگیری بالینی دانشجویان هوشبری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ ها: این پژوهش تجربی از نوع پیش آزمون - پس آزمون بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش را تمامی دانشجویان هوشبری مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سبزوار در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 به تعداد 48 نفر تشکیل دادند که تمامی بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به صورت گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه همتا و غیر همتا جای گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه چندقسمتی بود که روایی آن توسط متخصصان و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (a= 0/93) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزارSPSS16 و از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی (کوواریانس) استفاده شد.
یافته ‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که یادگیری از همتایان بر عملکرد بالینی دانشجویانF=295/68, T=17,19) P

چکیده [English]

Background and aim: The training is a series of activities that the teacher does to facilitate the learning of learners on their own or with the help of educational materials.
the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of peer-to-peer education methods on clinical learning of anesthesia students in Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences
Materials and methods: This experimental study was a post-test pre-test. The statistical population of this study consisted of 48 students of anesthesiology students of the Bachelor of Science from 95-96. According to the characteristics of the statistical society, all anesthesia students of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences were selected as samples,and simple random sampling method was chosen. They were randomly assigned to peer and non-peer groups.The data gathering tool was a multi-part questionnaire. content validity was used and Their reliability was estimated through Cronbach’s alpha. SPSS16 software and descriptive and analytical statistics (covariance) were used to analyze the data.
Results: The analysis of covariance showed that learning from their peers had a positive and significant effect on students' clinical performance (F = 295 / 68, T =17.19 P
