چکیده

زمینه و هدف: دوران پس از زایمان بیشترین خطر را در ارتباط با بیماری‌های روان‌پزشکی و عمدتاً افسردگی پس از زایمان برای زنان دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده، رضایت زناشویی و همدلی زنان مبتلا به افسردگی پس از زایمان و عادی بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع علی ـ مقایسه‌ای است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مبتلا به افسردگی پس از زایمان و عادی مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی پیربازار و عینک شهر رشت در طی مهر تا آذرماه سال 1397 بود که از میان آنها 120 زن (60 نفر مبتلا به افسردگی پس از زایمان و60 نفر عادی) به روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. به‌ منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده زیمن و همکاران (1988)، پرسشنامه رضایت‌زناشویی اینریچ (1988) و مقیاس همدلی زناشویی جولبف و فارینگتون (2006) و پرسشنامه افسردگی بک استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از شاخص‌های توصیفی و آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و آزمونt مستقل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS ویرایش 18 انجام شد.

چکیده [English]

Background and Aim: Postpartum period has the highest risk associated with psychiatric illnesses and mainly postpartum depression for women. The present study was conducted to determine the difference between perceived social support, marital satisfaction and empathy in women with Post-Partum Depression (PPD).
Materials & Methods: It is a descriptive study of the causal-comparative type. The present Statistical population includes all Post-Partum depressed women and normal ones who visited the comprehensive health centers of Piribazar and eynak in Rasht city, from among whom 120 women (60 with PPD and 60 normal) were chosen by the convenience sampling method. To collect data, Zimet et al. (1998) scale of Perceived Social Support, ENRICH (1988) Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire, Jolliffe & Farrington (2006) scale of marital empathy and Beck Depression Inventory were used. The data was analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive indexes and Multivariable Analysis of Variance and T Test.
