چکیده

زمینه و هدف: بارداری با تغییرات فیزیولوژیک و بیومکانیک زیادی همراه است که باعث بروز شکایات شایع می‌شود. آموزش به مادر می‌تواند او را در به حداقل رساندن این شکایات توانمند کند. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش غیرحضوری با آموزش حضوری بر کاهش شکایات شایع دوران بارداری انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی قبل و بعد می باشد که در سال 1396، روی 100 نفر از زنان باردار تحت پوشش 3 مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت شهر مشهد، که به روش تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. پس از انجام پیش آزمون مداخله بصورت آموزش با پیامک، تلگرام و آموزش حضوری صورت گرفت. یک هفته و دو ماه بعد از مداخله، پرسش‌نامه پس آزمون تکمیل شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss20 و آزمون‌های آماری فریدمن، کروسکال والیس، کای اسکوئر و آنوا تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: «نمره شکایات شایع بارداری»، یک هفته و دو ماه بعد از مداخله نسبت به قبل از مداخله در هر سه روش آموزشی استفاده از تلگرام(001/0p

چکیده [English]

Background: Pregnancy is associated with many physiological and biomechanical changes that leading to common complaints. teaching to mother can empower her to minimize these complaints. the aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of not in perosn education, with face-to-face training on reducing to prevalence of pregnancy complications.
Methods: This is a pre-and post-semifinal study. In 2017, 100 pregnant women under the control of randomly selected 3 health centers in Mashhad were selected. After doing a pretest and, intervention was conducted using SMS, telegram and in-person training. One and two months after the intervention, a post-test questionnaire was completed. Data were analyzed using SPSS20 and Friedman, Kruskal-Wallis, Chi-square and Anova statistical tests.
