چکیده

زمینه و هدف: برخی افراد فعالیت روزانه و برخی دیگر، فعالیت شبانه را ترجیح می‌دهند. طبق مطالعات سطح عملکرد، ممکن است تحت تاثیر ریتم‌های شبانه روزی قرار گیرد. بارکاری فکری بالا زمانی اتفاق می افتد که وظیفه خواسته شده بیش از ظرفیت فرد باشد. با توجه به احتمال وجود ارتباط بین تیپ‌های شبانه روزی با بار کاری فکری، در مطالعه پیش‌رو رابطه بین تیپ‌های شبانه روزی با بار کاری فکری در کارگران مونتاژ یک صنعت تولیدی بررسی شد.
مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مقطعی است که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده روی 120 نفر خانم مونتاژکار شاغل در یک صنعت تولیدی انجام شد. برای بررسی تیپهای شبانه روزی و بارکاری فکری به‌ترتیب از نمونه نسخه ایرانی پرسشنامه صبحگاهی-شامگاهی هورن-استبرگ (Moring- Evening Questionnaire (MEQ)) و NASA-TLX (Task Load Index) استفاده گردید. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار20 SPSS، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، اسپیرمن و آزمون کای دو انجام و 05/0 P value

Introduction and Aims: Some of people prefer daily activities; others, nightly ones. Studies have shown that performance levels may be affected by circadian rhythms. The high mental workload occurs when the task is greater than the capacity of the operator. Regarding the probable relationship between circadian types and mental workload, we decided to evaluate this factor in the assembly workers of a manufacturing company.
Materials and Methods: The study was a descriptive -analytic and cross-sectional one being carried out among 120 female assembly workers of manufacturing company. In order to evaluate of circadian types and mental work load, Iranian version of MEQ (Moring- Evening Questionnaire) and NASA-TLX (NASA-Task Load Index) have respectively been used.
