چکیده

ممقدمه و هدف: برقراری ارتباط عاطفی بین مادر و نوزاد از زمان تولد ضروری می‌باشد. اغلب مادران نخست‌زا بیان می‌کنند، نیاز به دانش، درک و حمایت دیگران برای مراقبت از نوزادشان دارند. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر برنامه توانمندسازی بر دلبستگی مادر به نوزاد در مادران نخست‌زا انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی در سال 1395، در بخش زنان بیمارستان امام سجاد و مرکز بهداشت سهراب علی-بخشی شهرستان شهریار انجام شد. در این مطالعه 80 مادرشرکت داشتند. روش نمونه‌گیری به روش در دسترس بود و مادران به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و مداخله تقسیم شدند. برای گروه مداخله برنامه آموزشی توانمندسازی انجام شد، در حالی که گروه کنترل مراقبت‌های رایج در دوران بارداری را دریافت نمودند. سپس روز اول تولد نوزادان در بیمارستان با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه دلبستگی مادر به نوزاد اوانت رفتارهای دلبستگی مادران حین شیردهی مشاهده و ثبت شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌‌های آماری تی‌تست، آزمون دقیق فیشر و کای دو و همچنین نرم افزار16 SPSS صورت گرفت؛ و میزانp

چکیده [English]

Background and Objectives: Emotional communication between mother and infant is necessary from birth. Most primigravidity women say that they need to know, understand, and support to care of their infants. So the current study aimed to evaluate the effects of an empowerment program on the mother infant attachment in primigravidity women.
Materials and Methods: This clinical trial was conducted in the women ward of Imam Sajjad Hospital and Sohrab Alibackshi center in Shahriar city in 2016. In total, 80 mothers participated. The mothers were selected through convenience method and randomly divided into 2 groups control and intervention. An empowerment educational program was implemented for the mothers in the experimental group, while the mothers in the control group only received the routine care of the study setting. Then, the first day of birth of the infants in the hospital, using maternal attachment questionnaire to the infant, observed and recorded the mother's attachment behaviors during lactation.
